ગુજરાત ગૌણ સેવા પસંદગી મંડળ, ગાંધીનગરની જાહેરાત ક્રમાંક: ૨૧૨/૨૦૨૩૨૪, ગુજરાત ગૌણ સેવા, વર્ગ-૩, ગ્રૂપ-A તથા ગ્રૂપ-B ની સંયુક્ત સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષાના અંતે તા.૧૯/૦૯/૨૦૨૪ના રોજ ગ્રૂપ-A તથા ગ્રૂપ-B માટેની મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા માટે લાયક ઠરેલાં ઉમેદવારોની અલગ-અલગ કામચલાઉ યાદી પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવામાં આવેલ છે.
મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા માટે પાત્રતા ધરાવતાં સદર યાદીમાં સમાવિષ્ટ ઉમેદવારોએ મુખ્ય પરીક્ષામાં ભાગ લેવા માટે નવેસરથી ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવાની રહે છે. ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવા માટે ઉમેદવારોએ નીચે મુજબની સૂચનાઓ ધ્યાને લેવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે.

1. ग्रुप-A તથા ग्रुप-B બંને ग्रुप માટે ઓજસની વેબસાઈટ https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in/५२ ओनलाधन अर ५२वानी रहेशे.
2. જે ઉમેદવાર ગ્રૂપ-A અને ગ્રૂપ-B એમ બંને ગ્રૂપની મુખ્ય પરીક્ષાઓ માટે લાયક ઠરેલ અને તેઓ ગ્રૂપ-A અને ગ્રૂપ-B ની બંને મુખ્ય પરીક્ષાઓ આપવા માંગતા હોય તો "Both Group A and Group B* ઓપ્શન સિલેક્ટ કરવાનો રહેશે. જો તેઓ ગ્રૂપ-A અને ગ્રૂપ-B પૈકીની કોઈ એક મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા આપવા માંગતા હોય તો તેઓ પોતાની પસંદગીનો કોઈ એક ઓપ્શન ગ્રૂપ-A અથવા ગ્રૂપ-B સિલેક્ટ કરી શકે છે.
3. બંને ગ્રૂપ માટે તા.૧૫/૧૦/૨૦૨૪ના રોજ ૧૪:૦૦ કલાકથી તા.૨૫/૧૦/૨૦૨૪ના રોજ ૨૩:૫૯ કલાક દરમિયાન ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.
4. ઓનલાઇન અરજી માટે ઉમેદવારે https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in/ વેબસાઈટ પર Call Letter/Preferenceolा मेनुमा ४६ने Secondary Exam Call Letter/Preference મુજબનો વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે.
5. જેથી નીચે મુજબની સ્ક્રિન ખુલશે. જેમાં Select Job માં તમારી જાહેરાત પસંદ કરી
કન્ફર્મેશન નંબર અને Birth Date નાંખવાના રહેશે. જે બાદ Captcha Code દાખલ કરી Ok બટન પર Click કરવાનું રહેશે.
. ત્યારબાદ મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા માટેનું મેઈન પેજ ઓપન થશે જેમાં નીચે મુજબના વિકલ્પોમાંથી કોઈ એક વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે.

ખાસ પગાની કલમના
જો ઉમેદવાર ગુપ -A અને ગ્રૂપ - 8 બેગ બંને ગ્રૂપ ની મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા માટે સાચક કરેલ હોય અને તેઓ ગ્રૂપ-A અને ગ્રુપ -B ચંચ બંને પરીક્ષા આપવા માગતા હોય તો "Both Group A and Group B" ખોપ્શન સિલેક્ટ કરવાનું રહેશે. પરંતુ જો ઉમેદવાર ગ્રુપ A બને ગ્રુપ - 8 બંને ગ્રુપ ની મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા માટે લાવક કરેલ હોય પરંતુ પાત્ર ગ્રુપ - A બથવા માત્ર ગ્રુપ-Bની પરીક્ષા આપશે માગતા હોય તો તેઓ પોતાની પસંદગીનું કોઈ પણ વિક ઓપ્શન હિટલેટ કરી શકા

જે ઉમેદવાર Group A અને Group B બંને ગ્રૂપની મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા માટે લાયક ઠરેલ હોય તેવા ઉમેદવારો જો બંને ગ્રૂપની પરીક્ષા આપવા માંગતા હોય તો "Both Group A and Group B* મુજબનો વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે. પરંતુ જે ઉમેદવાર માત્ર Group A અથવા માત્ર Group Bની પરીક્ષા આપવા માંગતા હોય તો બંને ગ્રૂપ પૈકી કોઈ પણ એક ગ્રૂપ પસંદ કરી શકશે.
7. જે ઉમેદવાર માત્ર Group A અથવા માત્ર Group B માટેની મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા માટે લાયક ઠરેલ હોય તેવા ઉમેદવારોએ બંને ગ્રૂપ પૈકી જે ગ્રૂપ માટે લાયક ઠરેલ હોય તે ગ્રૂપ પસંદ કરવાનું રહેશે.
8. ઉક્ત વિકલ્પોની નીચેના ભાગે નીચે મુજબની સૂચનાઓ પણ દેખાશે. જે અગત્યની હોવાથી સદર સૂચનાઓ વાંચ્યા બાદ જ નીચે આપેલ Apply Now બટન પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
૧. સરકારશ્રીના સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તા. ૧૮/૦૫/૨૦૨૩ના જાહેરનામા ક્રમાંક: GS/2023/15/0125/Kથી નિયત કરેલ પરીક્ષા નિયમોની જોગવાઇને આધીન મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા માટે લાયક ઠેરવવામાં આવેલ ઉમેદવારોએ મુખ્ય પરીક્ષાના ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ ભરવાની સાથે સાથે જાહેરાતમાં દર્શાવેલ હોય ફક્ત તે જગ્યા /સેવા માટે જ મંડળ દ્વારા નિયત કરવામાં આવેલ ઓનલાઇન પત્રકમાં દરેક જગ્યા /સેવા સામે OJAS વેબસાઇટના માધ્યમથી પોતાનો પસંદગી ક્રમ ઓનલાઇન માધ્યમથી આપવાનો રહેશે. ટપાલ કે અન્ય રીતે આપવામાં આવેલ પસંદગી ક્રમ માન્ય રાખવામાં આવશે નહિ.
૨. મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા માટે લાયક ઠરેલ ઉમેદવારો તેઓએ જે ગૃપ માટે ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરેલ છે તે ગ્રૂપની જગ્યાઓ પર પસંદગી ક્રમ આપતા પહેલા જાહેરાતમાં દર્શાવેલ કચેરીઓ, જગ્યાઓની સંખ્યા, પગાર ધોરણ વગેરે વિગતો કાળજીપૂર્વક વાંચી લેવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે.
૩. મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા માટે લાયક ઠરેલ ઉમેદવારો તેઓએ જે ગૃપ માટે ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરેલ છે માત્ર તે ગૃપની જગ્યાઓ પર પસંદગી ક્રમ આપી શકશે. જે ઉમેદવારોએ બન્ને ગ્રૂપ માટે અરજી કરેલ છે તેઓએ બન્ને ગૃપની જગ્યાઓ માટે અલગ-અલગ પસંદગી ક્રમ આપવાનો રહેશે.
૪. ઉમેદવાર જે જગ્યા/સેવા માટે પોતાનો પસંદગી ક્રમ એક વખત દર્શાવી ઓનલાઇન અરજી ફોર્મ સબમીટ કરી દીધા બાદ તે પસંદગી ક્રમ કાયમી ગણવામાં આવશે તથા તેમાં કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો ફેરફાર, સુધારા વધારા, અથવા ક્રમ બદલવાની વિનંતી કોઇપણ સંજોગોમાં માન્ય રાખવામાં આવશે
૫. ઉમેદવારોએ જણાવેલ જગ્યાઓ માટેના પ્રેફરેન્સથી તે જગ્યાઓ ઉપર નિમણૂંકનો હક્ક પ્રસ્થાપિત થતો નથી. કેટેગરી પ્રમાણેની ભરવાપાત્ર જગ્યાઓની સંખ્યા અને ગુણવત્તા ક્રમ ધ્યાને લઈ, ઉમેદવારે આપેલ પસંદગી ક્રમ મુજબ જગ્યાની ફાળવણી કરવામાં આવશે.
૬. જે ઉમેદવારે ફક્ત અમુક જ જગ્યાઓ/સેવા માટે પસંદગી ક્રમ દર્શાવેલ હોય તો તેવા કિસ્સામાં ઉમેદવાર અન્ય જગ્યા પર નિમણૂંક ઇચ્છતા નથી તેમ માની તે ઉમેદવારોએ જે જગ્યા/ સેવા માટે પસંદગી ક્રમ દર્શાવેલ છે, ફક્ત તે જગ્યાઓ માટે જ પસંદગીક્રમ મુજબની કેટેગરીવાઇઝ પ્રમાણેની ભરવાપાત્ર જગ્યાઓની સંખ્યા અને ગુણવત્તાક્રમ ધ્યાને લઇ જગ્યા ફાળવવામાં આવશે. પસંદગી ન કરેલ હોય તે જગ્યાઓ ખાલી હોવા છતાં તે જગ્યાઓ માટે ઉમેદવાર હક્કદાર રહેશે નહિ.
૭. દિવ્યાંગ ઉમેદવારોના કિસ્સામાં જે તે જગ્યાના શારીરિક માપના ધોરણો લાગુ પડશે અને ઉમેદવારો આ જગ્યાઓ માટે જ પ્રેફરેન્સ આપી શકશે.
૮. ઉમેદવારે મુખ્ય પરીક્ષાના પસંદગી સાથેના Online Application Form માં દર્શાવેલ જગ્યાઓના પસંદગી ક્રમ સાથેનું અરજી પત્રકની પ્રિન્ટ કાઢી સાચવી રાખવાનું રહેશે.

9. ત્યારબાદ Application Form ઓપન થશે જેમાં ઉમેદવારની મૂળ અરજીપત્રકની વિગતો દેખાશે. જેમાં નામ, સરનામું, મોબાઇલ નંબર વગેરેમાં સુધારો થઈ શકશે નહીં, પરંતુ માત્ર વિધવા અંગે તથા લહિયાની સુવિધા મેળવવા અંગેના વિકલ્પો ઉપલબ્ધ હશે. જેમાં સંબંધિત ઉમેદવારોએ વિગતો ભરવાની રહેશે.
10. ઉમેદવારે Group A ના સંવર્ગોમાં નિમણૂક માટે સંવર્ગની પસંદગીનો ક્રમ દર્શાવવાનો રહેશે. જેમાં આપની પસંદગીના સંવર્ગ/કચેરી પસંદ કરવા તે સંવર્ગ/કચેરી પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે. ત્યારબાદ વચ્ચેના વાદળી બટન >> પર કલિક કરતાં તે જમણી બાજુ આપની પસંદગીના ક્રમાનુસાર ગોઠવી શકાશે તથા ડાબી બાજુના તમામ સંવર્ગની યાદીમાં તે વાદળી રંગના દેખાશે.
પસંદગી દૂર કરવા કે ક્રમમાં ફેરફાર કરવા લાલ બટન << પર કલિક કરવાનું રહેશે, જેનાથી પસંદગી વખતનો વાદળી રંગ દૂર થઈ ફરી સફેદ રંગ દેખાશે. જેને આપના નવાં પસંદગી ક્રમ મુજબ પસંદ કરી શકાશે.
11. ઉમેદવારે જે સંવર્ગ કે કચેરીમાં નિમણૂક માટે પસંદગીનો ક્રમ દર્શાવેલ હશે તે જ સંવર્ગ કે કચેરી ફાળવણી માટે ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે.
12. ઉમેદવાર જે સંવર્ગ કે કચેરીનો પસંદગીનો ક્રમ ખાલી રાખશે તે સંવર્ગ કે કચેરીમાં નિમણૂક માટે કોઈ હક્ક દાવો કરી શકશે નહિં.
13. Group Aમાં નિમણૂક માટેના સંવર્ગોની સંખ્યા ઘણી વધારે છે. આથી ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરતી વખતે સંવર્ગોની પસંદગીનો ક્રમ આપવામાં સમય લાગી શકે છે, જેથી કોઈ દ્વિધા ઊભી ન થાય તે માટે મંડળે તા.૩/૧/૨૦૨૪ના રોજ પ્રસિધ્ધ કરેલ જાહેરાત ક્રમાંક ૨૧૨/૨૦૨૩૨૪માં સામેલ સંવર્ગોની યાદી ધ્યાને લઈને પસંદગી ક્રમ માટેની યોગ્ય વિચારણા કર્યા બાદ જ ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવા સૂચન છે કે જેથી સહજતાથી ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરી શકાય.
14. Group Aના સંવર્ગો પૈકી જુનિયર ક્લાર્ક, કલેક્ટર કચેરીઓ મુજબના સંવર્ગ માટે પસંદગીના ક્રમ સાથે ૩ જિલ્લાઓની પસંદગીનો ક્રમ પણ દર્શાવવો જરૂરી છે, જેમાં ઉમેદવારે માત્ર ત્રણ જિલ્લાઓની પસંદગીનો ક્રમ દર્શાવવાનો રહેશે.
જે અંગે નીચે મુજબની સૂચનાઓ/સ્પષ્ટતાઓ ખાસ ધ્યાને લેવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે.
• "જુનિયર ક્લાર્ક, કલેક્ટર કચેરીઓ" મુજબના સંવર્ગ માટે ભરતી નિયમોનુસાર ઉમેદવાર વધુમાં વધુ ત્રણ જિલ્લાઓનો જ પસંદગી ક્રમ આપી શકે.
ઉમેદવારના મેરીટ અને પસંદગી ક્રમ મુજબ ઉમેદવારના પસંદગી મુજબના ત્રણ જિલ્લામાં જો જગ્યા ઉપલબ્ધ ન હોય એટલે કે જો ઉમેદવારને તેની પસંદગી મુજબના ત્રણ જિલ્લા પૈકી એકમાં પણ ફાળવણી ન થાય તો તે સંજોગોમાં ઉમેદવારને અન્ય જિલ્લામાં જિલ્લાના અંગ્રેજી મૂળાક્ષર પ્રમાણેના નામ મુજબ ઊતરતા ક્રમ અનુસારના જિલ્લામાં મેરીટ અનુસાર નિમણૂક અંગે મહેસૂલ વિભાગ કાર્યવાહી કરશે. એટલે કે જો ઉમેદવારે પસંદ કરેલ 3 જિલ્લામાં મેરીટ અને પસંદગી પ્રમાણે જિલ્લો ન મળે તો ઉક્ત ૩ જિલ્લા સિવાય બાકી રહેતા જિલ્લાના નામના અંગ્રેજી મુળાક્ષર પ્રમાણે ઉતરતા ક્રમમાં આવતાં જિલ્લામાં મેરીટ અનુસાર નિમણૂક કરવામાં આવશે. આથી પસંદગી ક્રમ આપવામાં જરૂરી ચોકસાઇ રાખવી.
15. Group Bના સંવર્ગોમાં નિમણૂક માટે પણ પસંદગીનો ક્રમ દર્શાવવાનો રહેશે. જેમાં આપની પસંદગીના સંવર્ગ/કચેરી પસંદ કરવા તે સંવર્ગ/કચેરી પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે. ત્યારબાદ વચ્ચેના વાદળી બટન >> પર કલિક કરતાં તે જમણી બાજુ આપની પસંદગીના ક્રમાનુસાર ગોઠવી શકાશે તથા ડાબી બાજુના તમામ સંવર્ગની યાદીમાં તે વાદળી રંગના દેખાશે.

17. ઉમેદવાર જે સંવર્ગ કે કચેરીનો પસંદગીનો ક્રમ ખાલી રાખશે તે સંવર્ગ કે કચેરીમાં નિમણૂક માટે કોઈ હક્ક દાવો કરી શકશે નહિં.
18. Group B માં નિમણૂક માટેના સંવર્ગોની સંખ્યા ઘણી વધારે છે. આથી ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરતી વખતે સંવર્ગોની પસંદગીનો ક્રમ આપવામાં સમય લાગી શકે છે. જેથી દ્વિધા ઊભી ન થાય તે માટે મંડળે તા.૩/૧/૨૦૨૪ના રોજ પ્રસિધ્ધ કરેલ જાહેરાત ક્રમાંક ૨૧૨/૨૦૨૩૨૪ માં સામેલ સંવર્ગોની યાદી ધ્યાને લઈને પસંદગી ક્રમ માટેની યોગ્ય વિચારણા કર્યા બાદ જ ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવા સૂચન છે કે જેથી સહજતાથી ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરી શકાય.
19. ઓનલાઇન દર્શાવેલ પસંદગીનો ક્રમ જે તે સંવર્ગમાં નિમણૂક માટેની ફાળવણી માટે આખરી ગણવામાં આવશે. ઉમેદવારે એકવાર ઓનલાઇન દર્શાવેલ પસંદગીના ક્રમમાં ફેરફાર કરી શકાશે નહીં.

20. પસંદગીનો ક્રમ અપાઈ ગયા પછી ઉમેદવારે નીચે મુજબની બાહેધરી વાંચીને "Yes" પર ક્લિક કરીને બાંહેધરી આપવાની રહેશે. ત્યારબાદ Save & Lock Data પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
21. ત્યારબાદ ઉમેદવારે મોબાઇલ પર કે ઇમેલમાં મળેલ OTP (One Time Password) એન્ટર કરીને "Save & Lock Data" બટન પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે. એકવાર Save & Lock Data પર ક્લિક કર્યા બાદ એપ્લિકેશન ફોર્મમાં કોઈ સુધારો થઈ શકશે નહીં.
22. Application Form save થયા પછી ઉમેદવારે Print Main Exam Form પર ક્લિક કરીને
અરજીપત્રકની પ્રિન્ટ કાઢીને સાચવીને રાખવાની રહેશે.
23.જા.ક્ર. ૨૧૨/૨૦૨૩૨૪, ગુજરાત ગૌણ સેવા, વર્ગ-૩ (ગ્રૂપ - A તથા ગ્રૂપ - B) ની જગ્યા માટે ઉમેદવારોની પસંદગી યાદી બનાવતા પહેલાના ‘પ્રમાણપત્રો ચકાસણી કાર્યક્રમમાં," આ સંયુક્ત સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષાના ઉમેદવારોએ OJAS Website પર Online Application Form માં દર્શાવેલ જન્મ તારીખ, જાતિના પ્રમાણપત્ર, શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, માજી સૈનિક સ્ટેટસ તથા રમત-ગમતના વધારાના ગુણ મેળવવાની લાયકાત અંગેનું માન્ય રમત-ગમતના પ્રમાણપત્રો અસલમાં રજુ કરવાની શરતે તા. ૧૯/૦૯/૨૦૨૪ના રોજ પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવામાં આવેલી મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા માટે લાયક ઠરેલ ઉમેદવારોની કામચલાઉ યાદી મુજબના તમામ ઉમેદવારોને તદ્દન કામચલાઉ ધોરણે મુખ્ય પરીક્ષામાં બેસવા દેવા મંડળ દ્વારા આથી નિર્ણય કરવામાં આવેલ છે.
જા.ક્ર. ૨૧૨/૨૦૨૩૨૪, ગુજરાત ગૌણ સેવા, વર્ગ-૩ (ગ્રૂપ - A તથા ગ્રૂપ - B) ની જગ્યા માટે મુખ્ય પરીક્ષાના અંતે ઉમેદવારોની પસંદગી યાદી બનાવતા પહેલા ઉમેદવારોએ અસલ માન્ય પ્રમાણપત્રો રજુ કરવાના રહેશે અને Document Verification ના તબક્કે ઉમેદવારનું પ્રમાણપત્ર અમાન્ય ગણાશે તો તે પ્રમાણપત્ર અન્વયે મળેલ લાભ કે વધારા ગુણનો લાભ મુળ અસરથી રદ કરવામાં આવશે, તેની તમામ ઉમેદવારોએ નોંધ લેવા વિનંતી છે.
24.ઉમેદવારે કોઈ પણ ગ્રૂપની મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા માટે પરીક્ષા-ફી ભરવાની રહેશે નહીં.

Gujarat Secondary Service Selection Board, Gandhinagar Notification No: 212/202324 Gujarat Secondary Service, Class-III, Group-A & Group-B Joint Competitive Examination Dated 19/09/2024 for Group-A & Group-B Separate Provisional List of Qualified Candidates for Main Exam has been published.
Shortlisted candidates who are eligible for the main examination have to apply online afresh to appear in the main examination. Candidates are requested to note the following instructions to apply online.
1. Ojas website https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in/52 onladhan ar 52wani raheshe for both Group-A and Group-B groups.
2. Candidates who have qualified both Group-A and Group-B Mains Examinations and want to appear in both Group-A and Group-B Mains Examinations should select “Both Group A and Group B* option. If they want to appear in either of Group-A and Group-B Mains Exams, they can select either option Group-A or Group-B of their choice.
3. Online application has to be done between 15/10/2024 14:00 hrs to 25/10/2024 23:59 hrs for both groups.
4. For online application, the candidate has to select option 46 as per Secondary Exam Call Letter/Preference in the Call Letter/Preferenceola menu on https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in/ website.
5. So the following screen will open. In which select your advertisement in Select Job
Confirmation number and Birth Date have to be entered. After that you have to enter Captcha Code and click on Ok button.
6. Then the main page for the main exam will open in which one of the following options has to be selected.
(1) Both Group A and Group B
(2) Group A Only
(3) Group B Only

If the candidate has appeared for both Group-A and Group-8 Bag mains examination and wants to appear for both Group-A and Group-B Chanch examination then “Both Group A and Group B” option has to be selected. But if the candidate has appeared for the main examination of both Group-A and Group-8 groups but is eligible for Group-A and wants to give only Group-B examination, then he can hit any vic option of his choice.

Candidates who have qualified for both Group A and Group B Mains Examination, if they wish to appear in both the Group Examinations, then they have to select the option “Both Group A and Group B*”. If they want to give, they can choose any one of the two groups.
7. Candidates who have qualified the main examination for Group A only or Group B only will have to select the group for which they have qualified out of the two groups.
8. The following instructions will also appear below the said options. It is important to click on the Apply Now button given below only after reading the above instructions.
1. General Administration Department of Govt. 18/05/2023 Notification No: GS/2023/15/0125/K Candidates qualified for the Main Examination subject to the provisions of the examination rules prescribed by the Board for filling the online form of the Main Examination only for the post/service mentioned in the advertisement. In the online form, one has to give his selection order online through the OJAS website against each post/service. Preference given by post or otherwise will not be accepted.
2. Candidates who have qualified for the main examination are advised to carefully read the details of offices, number of posts, pay scale etc. mentioned in the advertisement before giving selection order to the posts of the group for which they have applied online.
3. Candidates who have qualified for the main examination will be able to give selection rank only to the posts of the group for which they have applied online. Candidates who have applied for both the groups will have to give separate preference order for the posts of both the groups.
4. After submitting the online application form for the post/service for which the candidate has indicated his selection order once, that selection order will be considered permanent and any kind of change, amendment, or request for change of order will be accepted under any circumstances.
5. Preference for the posts declared by the candidates does not establish the right of appointment to those posts. Taking into account the number of category-wise vacancies and the merit order, the vacancies will be allotted in the order of preference given by the candidate.
6. Candidates who have indicated the order of preference only for certain posts/services, in case the candidate does not want appointment to other posts, the candidates for whom the order of preference has been indicated, only for those posts, category-wise number of vacancies to be filled and Space will be allocated based on merit. Candidates will not be eligible for the posts not selected even if they are vacant.
7. In case of disabled candidates the physical measurement norms of that post will be applicable and candidates can give preference for these posts only.
8. The candidate has to take a printout of the application form with the selection order of the posts mentioned in the online application form along with the choice of the main examination and keep it.

9. Then the Application Form will open in which the details of the original application form of the candidate will appear. In which the name, address, mobile number etc. will not be able to be amended, but only options will be available regarding the widow and getting the facility of Lahiya. In which the concerned candidates have to fill the details.
10. The candidate has to indicate the rank of cadre preference for appointment in Group A cadres. In which you have to click on that department/office to select the department/office of your choice. Then by clicking on the middle blue button >> it can be arranged in the order of your choice on the right side and it will appear in blue color in the list of all classes on the left side.
To remove the selection or change the order, click on the red button <<, which will remove the blue color of the selection and make it appear white again. Which can be selected according to your new preference order.
11. The category or office in which the candidate has indicated the order of preference for appointment will be considered for allotment.
12. A candidate shall not claim any right for appointment to the cadre or office in which the selection order of the cadre or office remains vacant.
13. The number of cadres for appointment in Group A is very high. Hence, it may take time to give the order of selection of classes while applying online, so that no confusion arises, after considering the list of classes included in advertisement no. It is suggested to apply online only so that one can easily apply online.
14. Among the Group A cadres for Junior Clerk, Collector office wise cadres it is necessary to indicate the preference order along with the preference order of 3 districts, in which the candidate has to indicate the preference order of only three districts.
Regarding which the following instructions/clarifications are advised to take special note.
• As per recruitment rules for "Junior Clerk, Collector Offices" wise cadre candidates can give preference rank of maximum three districts only.
According to the merit and selection order of the candidate, if there is no vacancy in the three districts of the candidate's choice i.e. if the candidate is not allotted in even one of the three districts of his choice, then in that case the candidate will be appointed in the other district according to the descending order of the name of the district in English alphabetical order according to the merit. The revenue department will take action. That is, if the candidate does not get the district as per the merit and choice in the 3 districts selected by the candidate, then the appointment will be made according to the merit in the district in the descending order of the name of the district except the said 3 districts. Hence, the necessary precision should be maintained in the selection order.
15. The order of preference shall also be indicated for appointment in Group B cadres. In which you have to click on that department/office to select the department/office of your choice. Then by clicking on the middle blue button >> it can be arranged in the order of your choice on the right side and it will appear in blue color in the list of all classes on the left side.
To remove the selection or change the order click on the red button <<. Due to which the blue color of the selection will be removed and the white color will appear again. Which can be selected according to your new preference order.
16. The category or office in which the candidate has indicated the order of preference for appointment will be considered for allotment.
17. A candidate shall not claim any right for appointment to the cadre or office in which the selection order of the cadre or office remains vacant.
18. The number of cadres for appointment in Group B is very high. Hence it may take time to rank the categories while applying online. So that no confusion arises, it is suggested to apply online only after considering the list of categories included in the advertisement number 212/202324 published on 3/1/2024 by the board after due consideration for selection order so that online application can be done easily.
19. The order of preference shown online will be considered final for allotment of appointment in that category. The order of preference once indicated by the candidate online cannot be changed.
20. After the selection order is given, the candidate has to read the following undertaking and click on "Yes" to undertake. Then click on Save & Lock Data.
21. Then the candidate has to enter the OTP (One Time Password) received on the mobile or in the email and click on the "Save & Lock Data" button. Once clicked on Save & Lock Data no correction can be made in the application.
22. After the application form is saved, the candidate clicks on Print Main Exam Form
A printout of the application form should be taken and kept.
