ગુજરાત સરકાર શિક્ષણ GH/SH/105/SMS/1011/258/G.1, વિભાગ , ગાંધીનગરના તા.૧૫/૧૧/૨૦૧૯ ofl જાહેરનામા ક્રમાંક: અને તા.૧૨/૦૯/૨૦૨૪ જાહેરનામા ક્રમાંક:સરકારી ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં શિક્ષણ સહાયક ભરતી માટેના અગત્યના ઠરાવો GH/SH/51/SMS/1011/258/P.F.1/G.1,  માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં અંદાજે કુલ- ૧૬૦૮ શિક્ષણ સહાયકોની નીચે દર્શાવેલ જગ્યાઓ સીધી ભરતીથી ભરવા માટેની જાહેરાત તા.૨૫/૦૯/૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ વર્તમાનપત્રોમાં પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવામાં આવેલ જે અંતર્ગત નિયત શૈક્ષણિક તેમજ વ્યવસાયિક લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારની પસંદગી યાદી તેમજ પ્રતિક્ષાયાદી તૈયા૨ ક૨વા માટે નિયત નમૂનામાં ઓનલાઈન અરજીઓ માંગવામાં આવે છે. નિયત લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોએ તા.૨૫/૦૯/૨૦૨૪ના રોજ વર્તમાન પત્રોમાં આવેલ જાહેરાત અન્વયે તારીખ ૧૦/૧૦/૨૦૨૪ થી તા.૨૧/૧૦/૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ ૨૩:૫૯ કલાક સુધી https://gserc.in/ વેબસાઈટ ૫૨ આપેલ જાહેરાત સંબંધિત અગત્યની સૂચનાઓનો વિગતવાર અભ્યાસ કર્યા બાદ જ ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.

1. શૈક્ષણિક અને વ્યવસાયિક લાયકાત :-

શિક્ષણ વિભાગ, ગુજરાત સરકારના તા.૧૫/૧૧/૨૦૧૯ના જાહેરનામાં ક્રમાંક: GH/SH/105/SMS/1011/258/G.1, અને તા.૧૨/૦૯/૨૦૨૪ના જાહે૨નામા ક્રમાંક GH/SH/51/ SMS/1011/258/P.F.1/G.1 મુજબ નિયત લાયકાત ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈશે. જે મુજબ,

અરજી કરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખે ઉમેદવારની ઉંમર ૩૯ વર્ષથી વધુ હોવી જોઈશે નહિ.

તા. ૧૨/૯/૨૪ ના જાહેરનામા સાથેના Appendix -1 માં આપેલ વિષય સામે દર્શાવેલ સ્નાતક અનુસ્નાતકની શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત તેમજ વ્યવસાયિક લઘુત્તમ લાયકાત ભા૨તમાં કેન્દ્રીય અથવા રાજય અધિનિયમથી અથવા તે હેઠળ સ્થપાયેલી અથવા સંસ્થાપિત યુનિવર્સિટીઓ પૈકી કોઈમાંથી અથવા તે તરીકે માન્ય થયેલી અન્ય કોઈ પણ શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થામાંથી અથવા યુનિવર્સિટી ગ્રાન્ટ કમિશન અધિનિયમ-૧૯૫૧ ની કલમ-૩ હેઠળ ડીમ્ડ યુનિવર્સિટી તરીકે જાહેર થયેલી કોઈપણ શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થામાંથી મેળવેલ હોવી જોઈશે અને કોલમ -૯ માં દર્શાવેલ વિષય માં રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા લેવાયેલ દ્વિસ્તરીય TAT (Higher Secondary) 90% ગુણ સાથે પાસ કરેલ હોવી જોઈશે. (Appendix -1 બીડાણ માં સામેલ છે)

ઉમેદવારે જે વિષય/માધ્યમમાં દ્વિસ્તરીય TAT (Higher Secondary)-૨૦૨૩ પાસ કરેલ હશે તે વિષય/માધ્યમની જગ્યા માટે ઉમેદેવારી નોંધાવી શકશે.

ઉમેદવાર ગુજરાત મુલકી સેવા વર્ગીકરણ અને ભરતી (સામાન્ય) નિયમો-૧૯૬૭ માં ઠ૨ાવ્યા પ્રમાણે કમ્પ્યુટરના ઉપયોગની પાયાની જાણકારી ધરાવતો હોવો જોઈશે.

ઉમેદવાર ગુજરાતી અથવા હિન્દી અથવા બંને ભાષાનું પૂરતું જ્ઞાન ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈશે.

2. વયમર્યાદામાં છૂટછાટ

અનુસૂચિત જાતિ, અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિ, સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક પછાત વર્ગ, આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગ(EWS)ના ઉમેદવારોને વય મર્યાદામાં પાંચ વર્ષ સુધીની છૂટછાટ મળશે.

• તમામ કેટેગરીના મહિલા ઉમેદવારોને (ઉપરોક્ત અનામત કેટેગરીમાં મળતી છૂટછાટ ઉપરાંત) વધુમાં વધુ ૪૫ વર્ષની ઉંમર સુધીની મર્યાદામાં પાંચ વર્ષની છૂટછાટ મળવાપાત્ર છે.

• દિયાંગ ઉમેદવારોને મહત્તમ વયમર્યાદામાં ઉપર મુજબની છૂટછાટ મળવા ઉપરાંત દસ વર્ષની છૂટછાટ મળવાપાત્ર છે. (40 % કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા હોય તેવા મેડીકલ બોર્ડના તબીબી પ્રમાણપત્રને આધિન )

• માજી સૈનિકો માટે ઉપલી વયમર્યાદામાં તેઓએ લશ્કરી સેવાઓ તરીકે બજાવેલ ફરજનો કુલ સમયગાળા ઉપરાંત ત્રણ વર્ષની છૂટ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.

• માજીસૈનિક સિવાય તમામ કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવારોને ઉપલી વયમર્યાદામાં મળવાપાત્ર છૂટછાટ સાથેની ઉંમર કોઈપણ સંજોગોમાં 45 વર્ષ કરતાં વધવી જોઈશે નહિ.

 

3. જાહેરાત સંબંધિત અન્ય મહત્વની બાબતો:

• દ્વીસ્તરીય TAT (Higher Secondary) પરીક્ષા-૨૦૨૩માં મેળવેલ ગુણને આધારે નિયત લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોની પસંદગી યાદી તૈયાર કરવામાં આવશે.

• દ્વીરતરીય TAT (Higher Secondary) પરીક્ષા-૨૦૨૩માં સમાન ગુણના કિસ્સામાં ઉમેદવારનો મેરીટ કમ નક્કી ક૨વા માટે જે ઉમેદવાર વયસ્ક હશે તેને અગ્રતા આપવામાં આવશે. દ્વીસ્તરીય TAT (Higher Secondary) પરીક્ષામાં સમાન ગુણ સાથે સમાન જન્મતારીખના કિસ્સામાં ક્રમશ: અરજદારના નામ,અટક અને માતાના નામના પ્રથમ અક્ષરને (આલ્ફાબેટિક કમ ) આધારે અગ્રીમતા નક્કી કરવામાં આવશે.

• ઉમેદવારોએ કરેલ અરજી (પ્રમાણપત્રો સહિત) જે જિલ્લામાં વૈરિફિકેશન કરાવી જમા કરાવવા ઈચ્છતા હોય તે જિલ્લાનો વિકલ્પ ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મમાં ફરજિયાત પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે.

• જે ઉમેદવારોનો PML-1 (પ્રોવિઝનલ મેરિટ લીસ્ટ -૧) માં સમાવેશ થશે તેઓને તે અંગેની જાણ SMS/વેબસાઈટથી કરવામાં આવશે. ત્યાર બાદ ઉમેદવારોએ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ વેરીફીકેશનનો લેટર ઓનલાઈન મેળવી, પસંદગી સમિતિ દ્વારા નિશ્ચિત કરવામાં આવેલ સમયગાળામાં જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ નિયત થયેલ ૨થળે ડોક્યુમેન્ટ વેરીફીકેશન ફરજિયાત કરાવવાનું રહેશે.

• ડોક્યુમેન્ટ વેરીફીકેશન ન કરાવનાર ઉમેદવારોની ઉમેદવારી આપોઆપ રદ થશે. અને PML (પ્રોવિઝનલ મેરિટ લીસ્ટ -૧) માંથી તેવા ઉમેદવારનું નામ કમી ક૨વામાં આવશે અને આગળની ભરતી પ્રક્રિયામાં તેઓનો સમાવેશ કરવામાં આવશે નહિ. આ અંગે ઉમેદવાર કોઇપણ પ્રકા૨નો હક્ક દાવો કરી શકશે નહી અને આ અંગે કોઈ લેખિત/ મૌખિક રજૂઆત કે પત્રવ્યવહાર ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહી.

• જિલ્લાના ડોક્યુમેન્ટ વેરીફીકેશન સેન્ટરની યાદી વેબસાઈટ પર મૂકવામાં આવશે.

• હાલ સરકારી અથવા બિન સરકારી અનુદાનિત પ્રાથમિક / માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં શિક્ષણ સહાયક / વિદ્યાસહાયક તરીકે સેવા બજાવતા હોય તેવા ઉમેદવારો આ જાહેરાત અન્વયે અરજી કરવા માંગતા હોય તો શિક્ષણ વિભાગના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક: પીઆરઈ/૧૧૨૦૧૭/સીંગલ ફાઈલ-૬/૧, તા.૨૨/૩/૧૭ની જોગવાઈ મુજબ નિમણુક સત્તાધિકારીનું સદર જાહેરાત બાદનું અત્રેથી સૂચવેલ નિયત નમૂનામાં જ NOC મેળવ્યા બાદ અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. સૂચવ્યા મુજબની NOC રજૂ ન કરનાર ઉમેદવાર સદર ભરતી પ્રક્રિયામાં ઉમેદવારી નોંધાવવાને હક્કદાર રહેશે નહી: (NOC નો નમુનો વેબસાઈટ પર ઉપલબ્ધ છે.)

• સરકારશ્રીની પ્રવર્તમાન જોગવાઈઓ મુજબ અનામત કક્ષાના ઉમેદવારો બિન અનામત વર્ગના ઉમેદવારોની સાથે નિયત ધોરણો (એટલે કે વય મર્યાદા, બિન અનામત વર્ગના ઉમેદવારો માટે અપનાવેલ હોય તેના ક૨તાં વધુ વિસ્તૃત કરેલ અન્ય ક્ષેત્ર) માં છૂટછાટ લીધા સિવાય પોતાની ગુણવત્તાના આધારે પસંદગી કરવા ઈચ્છે તો પોતાની અનામત કેટેગરીનો લાભ જતો કરી બિન અનામત જગ્યા માટે વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરી શકશે.

• ઉમેદવારે ઓનલાઈન અરજીપત્રકમાં વિગતો ભરતા સમયે જાતિ (કેટેગરી) અંગે જે વિગત દર્શાવેલ હશે તે અરજીપત્રક કન્ફર્મ થયેથી જાતિ (કેટેગરી)માં પાછળથી ફેરફાર કરવાની વિનંતી માન્ય રાખવામાં આવશે નહી.

• સરકારી/અનુદાનિત શાળામાં પ્રાથમિક/માધ્યમિક/ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક વિભાગમાં શિક્ષક તરીકે ફરજ બજાવતા ઉમેદવારોએ

સદર ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા અન્વયે ભરતી સમિતિ દ્વારા મેરીટ કમ પ્રેફરન્સના ધોરણે ફળવાયેલ કોઈપણ શાળામાં હાજર થવાનું રહેશે.

જો ઉમેદવાર પસંદગી આપેલ જગ્યામાં ઠાજર નઠી થાય તો બાળકોના શૈક્ષણિક કાર્યમાં સુધારણાના હેતુથી સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા ઠાથ ઘરવામાં આવેલ પ્રક્રિયાની સુચારૂ કાર્યવાઠીમાં અવરોધ ઉભો કરવા તેમજ બેરોજગાર ઉમેદવારોને રોજગારીની તકથી વંચિત રાખી સરકારશ્રીના શિક્ષિત નાગરીકોને રોજગારી પૂરી પાડવાના લથામાં અવરોધ ઉભો કરવા બદલ તેમના વર્તમાન મસિક પગાર માંથી રૂ.૫૦૦૦/- ૪૦ માસ માટે એમ કુલ રૂ.2,00,000/-સરકારશ્રીના સંબંધિત સદરે તેમના નોકરી સ્થળના જિલ્લાના સંબંધિત જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી/જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી/ સંબંધિત અધિકારી દ્વારા તેઓના પગારમાંથી કપાત કરી સરકારશ્રીમાં જમા કરાવવાના રહેશે.

 

4. પગાર ધોરણ:-

• સરકારી ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક વિભાગના શિક્ષણ સઠાયડને પ્રથમ 5 વર્ષ સુધી ફીકરા રૂા.૪૯૪૦૦/- માસિક વૈતન મળવાપાત્ર થશે. હાલની જોગવાઈ મુજબ પાંચ વર્ષની સંતોષકારક સેવા પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ પે-મેટ્રિક્સ મુજબ લેવેલ-૭ (પૃ.૩૯૯૦૦-૧૨9900) અથવા સરકારશ્રીની તે વખતે અમલમાં હોય તે જોગવાઈઓ અનુસાર પગાર ધોરણ મળવાપાત્ર થશે.

5. ભરવાપાત્ર જગ્યાઓ:-

• જે તે જિલ્લામાં સરકારી ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં જિલ્લાવાર, વિષયવાર અને કેટેગરીવાર ભરવાપાત્ર જગ્યાઓની વિગતો વેબસાઈટ પર દર્શાવવામાં આવેલ છે.

• પ્રસ્તુત જાહેરાતમાં નિર્દેશ કરેલ જગ્યાઓ ફેરફારને આધિન છે. વર્ગઘટાડા અથવા અન્ય આકસ્મિક કારણોસર જગ્યા ૨૫ થાય તેવી ખાલી જગ્યાઓ ઉપર ઉમેદવારનો કોઈ હક દાવો રહેશે નહિ, પસંદગી સમયે ઉપલબ્ધ ખરેખર ખાલી જગ્યા પર જ પસંદગી પામેલ ઉમેદવારને મેળવેલ મેરીટકમ અનુસાર પસંદગીની તક પ્રાપ્ત થશે. જેની નોંધ લેવી.

• સદર જાહેરાત સમગ્રતયા કે જાહેરાતમાં દર્શાવેલ પૈકી કોઈપણ ખાલી જગ્યાઓ રદ કરવા બાબતે ભરતી સમિતિનો નિર્ણય આખરી રહેશે.

• સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તા. ૧૧/૧૧/૨૦૧૪ ના ઠ૨ાવ ક્રમાંક-સીઆરઆર/૧૦૯૬/૨૨/૧૩/ ગ.૨ (ભાગ-૧) ની જોગવાઈઓ ધ્યાને લઈને, મહિલાઓ માટે અનામત જગાઓ રાખવામાં આવેલ છે. અનામત જગ્યાઓ માટે લાયક મહિલા ઉમેદવાર ઉપલબ્ધ નઠી થાય તો, તે જગ્યા સંબંધિત કેટેગરી (બિન અનામત, આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગ, અનુસૂચિત જાતિ, અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિ, સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ)ના પુરૂષ ઉમેદવારથી ભરવામાં આવશે.

• દિવ્યાંગ ઉમેદવારોની જગ્યાઓ જે તે કેટેગરી સામે સ૨ભર ક૨વામાં આવશે. દિવ્યાંગ ઉમેદવારોની જગ્યા માટે લાયક ઉમેદવારો ઉપલબ્ધ નહીં થાય તો તે જગ્યા અન્ય લાયક ઉમેદવારોથી ભરવામાં આવશે.

6. અરજીપત્રક ઓનલાઈન ભરવા બાબતની અગત્યની સૂચનાઓ:-

અરજી પત્રક ભરતાં પહેલાં વેબસાઈટ ઉપર મૂકવામાં આવેલી જાહેરાત માટેની સૂચનાઓનો કાળજીપૂર્વક અભ્યાસ કરવા વિનંતી.

લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારો ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક વિભાગ માટે ઓનલાઈન અરજી તા.૧૦/૧૦/૨૦૨૪ થી તા.૨૧/૧૦/૨૦૨૪ના ૧૧:૫૯ કલાક સુધી ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરી શકશે. અરજી કર્યા બાદ ઉમેદવાર ફ્રી ભરે ત્યાં સુધી અરજીની વિગતો edit sરી શકશે. અરજી ફી ભર્યા બાદ ઉમેદવારની અરજી કન્ફર્મ (submit) થયેલ ગણાશે અને ત્યારબાદ ઉમેદવારની અરજીની વિગતો ફ્રિઝ થશે અને તેમાં સુધારો કરી શકશે નહિ.

અરજી કન્ફર્મ (submit) થયા બાદ પણ ઉમેદવારને અરજીમાં ક્ષતિ ધ્યાને આવે અને વિગતો edit કરવાની જરૂરીયાત જણાય તો ઉમેદવાર Home Page પર Withdraw Application ટેબ દ્વારા પોતાની અરજી Withdraw s4 શકશે. અરજી Withdraw કરતા સમયે ઉમેદવારના મોબાઈલ પર OTP આવશે. જે એન્ટર કરતાં અરજી Withdraw થઈ જશે. ત્યારબાદ ઉમેદવારે Home Screen પર New Application ટેબ દ્વારા નવેસરથી અરજી કરવાની રહેશે અને પુનઃ ફી ભરી અરજી કન્ફર્મ (submit) કરવાની રહેશે.

ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવામાં ઉમેદવારે ભૂલ કરેલ હશે તો તેવી અરજી ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહિ અને અરજી રદ થવાને પાત્ર રહેશે જેથી ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરતી વખતે ઉમેદવારે તેની શૈક્ષણિક અને વ્યવસાયિક લાયકાત તથા અન્ય તમામ વિગતો સંપૂર્ણ ગંભીરતા સાથે ચોકસાઈપૂર્વક ભરવી અને કાળજીપૂર્વક અરજી કરવી.

> રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા વર્ષ-૨૦૨૩ માં લેવાયેલ દ્વિસ્તરીય TAT (Higher Secondary) પરીક્ષાના બેઠક નંબર તથા અન્ય

જરૂરી વિગતો ઉપરથી આ પરીક્ષામાં મેળવેલ ગુણ પોર્ટલ પર પ્રદર્શિત થશે અને ઉપ્રમેદવાર તે વિષય અને માધ્યમ માટે જ અરજી

કરી શકાશે. ( ઉમેદવાર 60% કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈએ)

- ઉમેદવાર આ જગ્યાઓ માટેની લઘુતમ લાયકાત ધરાવતા હશે તો દ્વિરતરીય TAT (Higher Secondary) પરીક્ષામાં મેળવેલ

ગુણ ના આધારે જ મેરિટ યાદી તૈયાર કરવામાં આવશે. આથી જો ઓનલાઈન અરજી વખતે આ પરીક્ષાના ગુણ અથવા અન્ય

માહિતી બાબતે વિસંગતતા જણાય તો જરૂરી આધાર પુરાવા સહિત તાત્કાલિક રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડનો સંપર્ક કરવાનો રહેશે.

અરજી કરવાનો સમયગાળો પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ પાછળથી કોઈ રજૂઆત ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહિ. જેની નોંધ લેવી.

 

> તા. ૧૨/૯/૨૪ ના જાહેરનામા સાથેના Appendix -1 માં આપેલ વિષય સામે દર્શાવેલ રનાતક અને અનુસ્નાતકની લાયકાતો તેમજ વ્યવસાયિક લાયકાત ભા૨તમાં કેન્દ્રીય અથવા રાજય અધિનિયમથી અથવા તે હેઠળ સ્થપાયેલી અથવા સંસ્થાપિત યુનિવર્સિટીઓ પૈકી અથવા તે તરીકે માન્ય થયેલી કોઈપણ શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થામાંથી અથવા યુનિવર્સિટી ગ્રાંટ કમિશન અધિનિયમ- ૧૯૫૧ ની કલમ-૩ હેઠળ ડીમ્ડ યુનિવર્સિટી તરીકે જાહેર થયેલી કોઈપણ શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થામાંથી મેળવેલ હોવી જોઈશે.

> માત્ર અને માત્ર વેબસાઈટ પર ઓનલાઈન અરજી જ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે. ટપાલ, કુરીયર, ઈ-મેઈલ કે અન્ય માધ્યમથી અરજી ફોર્મ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહી. આ કચેરીને પણ અરજીપત્રકો મોકલવા નહી.

- ઉમેદવારે અરજીપત્રકમાં પોતાનો મોબાઈલ નંબર અવશ્ય આપવાનો રહેશે આ નંબર પસંદગી પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ ન થાય ત્યાં સુધી બદલવો નહી.જેથી આ ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા અંગેના SMS સરળતાથી મળી શકે તેમજ જરૂરીયાતના સંજોગોમાં સંપર્ક કરી શકાય.

- અરજી હી : બિન અનામત ઉમેદવાર માટે અરજી ફી રૂ. ૨૦૦/- (અંકે રૂપિયા બસો પૂરા) અને અનામત વર્ગ (SC/ST/SEBC/EWS/PH/Ex-serviceman) ના ઉમેદવારો માટે અરજી ફી રૂ. ૧૫૦/- (અંકે રૂપિયા એકસો પચાસ પુરા) ઉમેદવારે ભરવાના રહેશે. કોઈપણ સંજોગોમાં ભરેલ ફી પરત મળી શકશે નહી.

- ઉમેદવારે અરજી શ્રી ફરજિયાત પોર્ટલ પ૨ના ઓનલાઈન માધ્યમથી જ ભરવાની રહેશે. ભરવાપાત્ર નિયત અરજી ડેબીટ કાર્ડ/કેડીટ કાર્ડ, નેટ બેંકીંગના માધ્યમથી ભરી શકશે.

- ઓનલાઈન અરજી કર્યા પછી કરેલ અરજીની ફાઈનલ પ્રિન્ટ આ વેબસાઈટ ઉપરથી ડાઉનલોડ કરી અરજીની પ્રિન્ટ મેળવી અને ઉમેદવારે પોતાની પાસે રાખવાની રહેશે અને અરજી વેરિફિકેશન સમયે જરૂરી આધારો સાથે રજૂ કરવાની રહેશે.

- ઉમેદવારની અરજી વેરિફિકેશન બાદ ભરતીની જોગવાઈઓ પરિપૂર્ણ થતી હશે અને મેરિટ યાદીમાં સ્થાન મેળવેલ હશે તેવા

ઉમેદવારો જ નિમણૂક મેળવવાને લાયક બનશે. જેથી માત્ર અરજી કરવાથી નિમણૂક અંગેનો કોઈ હક્ક પ્રસ્થાપિત થતો નથી. > સરકારી ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શાળાના શિક્ષાણ સહાયકની ભરતી સંબંધે તમામ સૂચનાઓ/ વિગતો વખતો વખત વેબસાઈટ પરથી જોવા મળી શકશે. ઉમેદવારોએ નિયમિત રીતે વેબસાઈટની ચકાસણી કરવાની રહેશે. વેબસાઈટ પર મૂકેલ કોઈપણ સૂચના/વિગતથી અવગત ન થનાર ઉમેદવારો ભરતીના કોઈપણ તબક્ક સામેલ ન થઈ શકે તો આ અંગે ઉમેદવારની અંગત જવાબદારી રહેશે, આ અંગે કોઈ લેખિત કે મૌખિક રજૂઆત ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નઠી.

>> અરજીપત્રકમાં દર્શાવેલ અનામત કેટેગરી અંગે ના લાભ અંગે સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારીના પ્રમાણપત્ર ચકાસણીના દરેક તબડકે રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે. જે તે અનામત કેટગરી સંબંધે સરકારશ્રીના ધારા-ધોરણો મુજબ નિયત નમૂનામાં તથા ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખે પ્રમાણપત્રોની અવધિ પૂર્ણ ન થયેલ હોય તેવા પ્રમાણપત્રો ગ્રાઠા રાખવામાં આવશે ડોક્યુમેન્ટ વેરીફીકેશન સમયે નિયત નમૂનામાં તથા નિયત અવધિ જળવાતી ન હોય તેવા પ્રમાણપત્રો રજૂ ક૨નાર ઉમેદવારોને જે તે અનામત કેટેગરીનો લાભ મળવા પાત્ર રહેશે નહી. જે તે અનામત કેટેગરીના પ્રમાણપત્રો અન્વચે નીચેની વિગતો ધ્યાને લેવાની રહેશે.

- અનામત વર્ગના ઉમેદવારો બિન-અનામત જગ્યા માટે અરજી કરી શકશે અને તેઓને બિન-અનામતના ધોરણો લાગુ પડશે.

- જાહેરાતમાં જે તે કેટેગરીમાં દર્શાવેલ કુલ જગ્યાઓ પૈકી મહિલા ઉમેદવારો માટે અમુક જગ્યાઓ અનામત હોય ત્યારે મહિલા

ઉમેદવારોની અનામત જગ્યાઓ સિવાયની બાકી રહેતી જગ્યાઓ ફડત પુરૂષ ઉમેદવારો માટે અનામત છે તેમ ગણવાનું નથી. આ

જગ્યાઓ પર પુરૂષ તેમજ મહિલા ઉમેદવારોની પસદંગી ઉમેદવારના મેરીટકમ ધ્યાને લઈ કરવામાં આવે છે. તેથી આવી જગ્યાઓ

માટે પુરુષ તેમજ મહિલા ઉમેદવારોની પસંદગી થઈ શકશે.

- તે કેટગરીમાં મહિલા અનામતની જગ્યા પર ઉમેદવાર ઉપલબ્ધ ના થાય તેવા કિસ્સામાં આવી ખાલી રહેતી જગ્યા તે જે કેટેગરીના પુરૂષ ઉમેદવારથી ભરવામાં આવશે.

A. જાતિ અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર:

મૂળ ગુજરાતનાં અનુ, જાતિ, અનુ, જન જાતિ, સામાજીક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ અને આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગના ઉમેદવારોને

જ અનામત વર્ગના ઉમેદવારો તરીકે લાભ મળશે.

અનુ. જાતિ, અનુ. જન જાતિ, સામાજીક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ અને આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગ પૈકી ઉમેદવાર જે વર્ગના હોય

તેની વિગતો અરજીપત્રકમાં અચૂક આપવાની રહેશે.

ઉમેદવારે અરજીપત્રકના કેટેગરીના કોલમમાં જે તે અનામત કક્ષા દર્શાવેલ નહી હોય તો પાછળથી અનામત વર્ગના ઉમેદવાર તરીકે

લાભ મેળવવાનો હક્ક દાવો માન્ય રાખવામાં આવશે નહીં.અનામત વર્ગના ઉમેદવારોએ જાતિ અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર ગુજરાત સરકાર

દ્વારા વખતો વખત નિયત કરેલ નમૂનામાં મેળવેલ હોવું જોઈશે તથા જણાવવામાં આવે ત્યારે અચુક સામેલ કરવાનું રહેશે. જાતિ

પ્રમાણપત્ર રજૂ કરવામાં ઉમેદવાર નિષ્ફળ જશે તો ઉમેદવારી "રદ" ગણવામાં આવશે.

 

B. નોન ક્રિમિલેયર સર્ટીફિકેટ:

સામાજીક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગના ઉમેદવારોએ ઉજ્ઞાત વર્ગમાં સમાવેશ ન થતો હોવા અંગેનુ (નોન ક્રિમિલેયર સર્ટીફિકેટ) સામાજીક ન્યાય અને અધિકારીતા વિભાગના તા.૦૧/૧૧/૯૫, તા.૦૬/૦૨/૯૧, તથા ૨૭/૦૪/૨૦૧૦ ના ઠરાવથી નિયત થયેલ પરિશિષ્ટ-૪ મુજબના નમૂનામાં રજૂ કરવાનું રહેશે.

SEBC કેટેગરી (શા.શે.પ. વર્ગ) ના ઉમેદવારોએ નોન-કીમીલેયર સર્ટિફીકેટની મહતમ અધિ ઈશ્યુ થયા- વર્ષ સહિત ત્રણ નાણાકીય વર્ષની ૨હેશે. પરંતુ આવું પ્રમાણપત્ર સંબંધિત જાહેરાત માટે ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ સુધીમાં ઈશ્યુ થયેલ હોવું જોઈએ તથા અરજી કરવાની અંતિમ તારીખ સુધી માન્ય હોવું જોઈશે તો જ ઉપલી વયમર્યાદામાં છુટછાટ તેમજ કેટેગરીની અનામત જગ્યાનો લાભ મળશે.

સામાજીક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગના પરિણીત મહિલા ઉમેદવારે આવુ નોન ક્રીમીલેયર પ્રમાણપત્ર તેમના માતા-પિતાની આવકના સંદર્ભમાં રજૂ કરવાનું રહેશે. જો આવા ઉમેદવારોએ તેમના પતિની આવકના સંદર્ભમાં આવુ પ્રમાણપત્ર રજૂ કરેલ હશે તો તેની અરજી "રદ" ક૨વામાં આવશે.

ઉમેદવારે ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરતી વખતે જે નોન-કીમીલેયર ચર્ટિફીકેટની વિગતો જણાવેલ હોય તે જ પ્રમાણપત્ર અરજીપત્ર વેરિફિકેશન વખતે રજૂ કરવાનું રહેશે. જો આવા પ્રમાણપત્રમાં ભુલ હોવાના કારણે ઉમેદવાર જાહેરાતની છેલ્લી તારીખ બાદનું નવું પ્રમાણપત્ર મેળવે તો પણ સામાજીક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગના ઉમેદવાર તરીકે પાત્ર થવા માટે ઓનલાઈન અરજીમાં જણાવેલ પ્રમાણપત્ર જ માન્ય રહેશે.

જો સામાજીક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગના ઉમેદવારે આવું પ્રમાણપત્ર અરજી વેરિફિકેશન દરમિયાન રજૂ કરેલ નઠિ હોય તેમજ તેઓ બિન અનામત ઉમેદવાર તરીકેની વયમર્યાદામાં આવતા નહીં હોય તો તેઓની અરજી વિચારણામાં લેવામાં આવશે નહિ.

C. આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગો (EWS):

E.W.S. કેટેગરી (આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગ) ના ઉમેદવારોએ રાજય સરકારના સામાજીક ન્યાય અને અધિકારીતા વિભાગના તા.13/09/2019 ના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક; ઈ. ડબલ્યુ.એસ /122019/ 45903/અ થી નિયત થયેલ નમૂના-ગ માં મેળવેલ આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગો માટેના પ્રમાણપત્રનો નંબર અને તારીખ ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરતી વખતે દર્શાવવાના રહેશે.

સામાજીક ન્યાય અને અધિકારીતા વિભાગના તા.૧૩/૦૯/૨૦૧૯ ના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક:- ઈડબલ્યુએસ/૧૨૨૦૧૯/ ૪૫૯૦૩/અ ની જોગવાઈ મુજબ આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગો (EWS) માટેના પાત્રતા પ્રમાણપત્રો ઇસ્યુ (Issue) થયા તારીખથી ત્રણ વર્ષ સુધી માન્ય ગણવામાં આવશે. માન્ય પ્રમાણપત્ર ધરાવતાં હશે તો જ ઉપલી વયમર્યાદામાં છૂટછાટ તેમજ કેટેગરીની અનામત જગ્યાનો લાભ મળશે. અન્યથા તેઓ જનરલ- સામાન્ય કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવાર તરીકે ઉમેદવારી નોંધાવી શકશે અને તે કિસ્સામાં વયમર્યાદા, પરીક્ષા ફી અંગે તેમજ અનામત જગ્યા પર પસંદગીનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર થશે નઠી.

આ પ્રમાણપત્ર ઈસ્યુ થયા તારીખથી ત્રણ વર્ષના સમયગાળા દરમિયાન અરજદારના કુટુંબની આવકમાં રાજ્ય સરકારે નિર્ધારિત કરેલ આવકમર્યાદા કરતા વધારો થાય તો અરજદારે તે અંગે પ્રમાણપત્ર ઈસ્યુ કરનાર સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારી સમક્ષ તેની સ્વૈચ્છિક કબુલાત કરવાની રહેશે તથા આવા પ્રમાણપત્રનો અરજદારે ઉપયોગ કરવાનો રહેશે નહીં. જો અરજદાર અથવા તેના વાલી ઈરાદાપૂર્વક વિગતો છુપાવશે તો તેઓએ મેળવેલ અનામતનો લાભ રદ કરવાપાત્ર ઠરશે અને તેઓ કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહીને પાત્ર બનશે.

D. શારીરિક અશકતતા અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર:

• દિવ્યાંગ ઉમેદવારે તેના સમર્થનમાં સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તા.૦૧/૧૨/૨૦૦૮ ના પરિપત્ર ક્રમાંક-૧૦૨૦૦૮-૪૬૯૫૪૦-ગ-૨ થી

નિયત થયેલ નમૂનામાં અથવા રાજ્ય સરકાર કે ભારત સરકારે આ હેતુ માટે માન્ય કર્યા મુજબ સરકારી હોસ્પિટલના

સુપ્રિન્ટેન્ડેન્ટ/શિવિલ રાર્જન/મેડિકલ બોર્ડ દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ પ્રમાણપત્ર રજૂ કરવાનું રહેશે. વેરીફિકેશન વખતે જો

પ્રમાણપત્રની નકલ સામેલ ક૨વામાં નહી આવેલ હોય તો તે પાછળથી સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહીં અને દિવ્યાંગ અનામતનો લાભ

મળવાપાત્ર થશે નઠી.

સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક સીઆરઆર-૧૦૨૦૧૭-૧૨૨૧૩૯-ગ.૨ તા. ૧૭/૦૯/૨૦૨૧ મુજબ દિવ્યાંગ ઉમેદવારોને

કુલ જગ્યાના ૪% અનામત સુનિશ્ચિત કરવામાં આવેલ દિવ્યાંગતા (Benchmark disabilities) ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારો માટે

અનામત રહેશે. શિક્ષણ વિભાગના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક : BMS/11/2019/631243/G તા. ૧૯/૦૫/૨૦૨૩ માં નીચે દર્શાવ્યા મુજબ

દિવ્યાંગ ઉમેદવારો માટે ખંડ A, B અને C હેઠળ દર્શાવેલ દિવ્યાંગતાના દરેક ખંડ માટે એક ટકા તેમજ ખંડ D અને E ઠેઠળ દર્શાવેલ દિવ્યાંગતા માટે 1% જગ્યાઓ અનામત રહેશે.

દિવ્યાંગતા ૪૦% કે તેથી વધુ હોય તેવા ઉમેદવારને જ દિવ્યાંગ અનામતનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે. દિવ્યાંગ અનામત નો લાભ

મેળવવા ઈચ્છતા ઉમેદવારે ઉપર દર્શાવેલ ખંડ (A) થી (B) પૈકી કઈ દિવ્યાંગતા છે તે દર્શાવવાનું રહેશે:

દિવ્યાંગ માટેની અનામત જગ્યાઓ ઉપર જે ઉમેદવાર પસંદગી પામશે તેઓ પોતે જે કેટેગરીના (બિન અનામત/અનુ.જાતિ/ અનુ, જનજાતિ/ સા.શૈ.પ.વર્ગ/આ.પ.વર્ગ) ઉમેદવાર હશે, તે કેટેગરીના ગણવામાં આવશે.

B. માજી સૈનિક અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર:

• सामान्य पहीवर विभागना ता. 22/01/2018 ना हेरनामा मांड: GS/2018-(2)-RES-1085-3433-G2 नी माल સૈનિકની વ્યાખ્યામાં આવતા ઉમેદવાર માટે 10% જગ્યાઓ અનામત રહેશે. તથા વયમર્યાદામાં છૂટછાટ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.

માજી સૈનિક ઉમેદવારો કે જેઓએ નૌકાદળ / હવાઈદળ/ભૂમિદળ માં ઓછામાં ઓછા છ માસની સેવા કરી હોય અને માજી સૈનિક તરીકેનું સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું ઓળખકાર્ડ અને ડિસ્ચાર્જ બુક ધરાવતાં હોય તો ઉપલી વયમર્યાદામાં તેઓએ બજાવેલ ફરજનો સમયગાળા ઉપરાંત ત્રણ વર્ષ સુધીની છૂટછાટ મળશે.

F. વિધવા હોવા અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર :

ગુજરાત સરકાર શિક્ષણ વિભાગ, સચિવાલય, ગાંધીનગરના તા.૧૨/૦૯/૨૦૨૪ ના જાહેરનામાં ક્રમાંક: GH/SH/51/SMS/1011/258/P.F.1/G.1 मुभन शयनल मेरीट याही तैयार डरती पणते महिला विधवा मेहवार मारे તેણીએ રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વરા લેવાયેલ દ્વિ-૨તરીય TAT( Higher Secondary) પરીક્ષા -૨૦૨૩માં મેળવેલ ગુણના પાંચ ટકા ગુણ ઉમેરીને ધ્યાનમા લેવામાં આવશે.

મહિલા વિધવા ઉમેદવારે અરજી ફોર્મમા વિધવા ઉમેદવાર તરીકે નો તથા પુન: લગ્ન કરેલ નથી તે બાબતનો વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે.

નિમણૂંક મેળવતી વખતે આવા ઉમેદવારે પુન:લગ્ર કરેલ હોવા જોઈશે નહિ.

વિધવા મહિલા ઉમેદવારે અરજી ચકારચણી વખતે વિધવા હોવા અંગેનું સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર, જરૂરી આધારો તેમજ પુન:લગ્ન ના કર્યા બાબતનું રૂ.૧૦૦/-ના સ્ટેમ્પ પેપર પર ચોગંદનામુ રજૂ કરવાનું રહેશે.

G. કોમ્પ્યુટરની જાણકારી:

ઉમેદવાર રાજય સરકારના સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તા.૧૩/૦૮/૨૦૦૮ તેમજ તા.૧૮/૦૩/૨૦૧૧ ના સરકારી ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક:

સીઆરઆર/૧૦૨૦૦૭/૧૨૦૩૨૦/ગ.૫ થી નિયત કરેલ અભ્યાસક્રમ મુજબ કોમ્પ્યુટર અંગેનું બેઝીક નોલેજ ધરાવતા હોવા અંગેનું કોઈપણ તાલીમી સંસ્થાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર/માર્કશીટ ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈશે. અથવા સરકાર માન્ય યુનિવર્સિટી અથવા સંસ્થામાં કોમ્પ્યુટર જ્ઞાન અંગેના કોઈપણ ડિપ્લોમા/ડીગ્રી કે સર્ટીફિકેટ કોર્ષ કરેલ હોય તેવા પ્રમાણપત્રો અથવા ડીગ્રી કે ડીપ્લોમા અભ્યાસક્રમમાં કોમ્પ્યુટર એક વિષય તરીકે હોય તેવા પ્રમાણપત્રો અથવા ધોરણ-૧૦ અથવા ધોરણ-૧૨ ની પરીક્ષા કોમ્પ્યુટરના વિષય સાથે પસાર કરેલ હોય તેવા પ્રમાણપત્રો ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈશે.

 

ઉમેદવારે ઓનલાઈન અરજીપત્રકમાં દર્શાવેલ તમામ વિગતો સમગ્ર ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા માટે આખરી ગણવામાં ગણવામાં આવશે અને તેના પૂરાવાઓ ભરતી પસંદગી સમિતિ /ખાતા/સંબંધિત શાળા દ્વારા મંગાવવામા આવે ત્યારે અસલમાં રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે. રજૂ ન કરી શકનાર ઉમેદવારોની નિમણૂક જે તે તબક્કે રદ કરવામાં આવશે.

- કોઈ ઉમેદવાર બનાવટી દસ્તાવેજો રજૂ કરશે કે દસ્તાવેજો સાથે ચેડાં કરીને રજૂ કરવામાં આવશે તો તેમની સામે નિયમોનુસાર

કાયદાકીય કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે અને જરૂર જણાયે ફોજદારી ગુનો પણ દાખલ કરવામાં આવશે.

>> પસંદગી સમિતિને સંતુષ્ટિ નહિ થાય કે ઉમેદવાર જાહેરાત સંબંધિ તમામ લાયકાતો ધરાવે છે તથા તમામ જરૂરીયાતો પરિપૂર્ણ કરેલ છે તે સિવાય પસંદ પસંદગી સમિતિ દ્વારા ઉમેદવારની અરજી ધ્યાનમાં લેવામાં આવશે નહિ. ઉમેદવારની લાયકાત બાબતે પસંદગી સમિતિ નો નિર્ણય આખરી ગણાશે.

પસંદગી યાદીમાં સમાવેશ થવાથી ઉમેદવારને આ જગ્યા પર નિમણૂકનો કોઈ અધિકાર પ્રાપ્ત થતો નથી. પસંદગી સમિતિને યોગ્ય જણાય તેવી જરૂરી પુછપરછ બાદ જ્યાં સુધી ઉમેદવાર તમામ પાસાઓમાં યોગ્ય છે તેવો સંતોષ ના થાય ત્યાં સુધી ઉમેદવારને આ જગ્યા પર નિમણૂક આપવામાં આવશે નઠિ.

2. જેના જીવનસાથી હયાત હોય અને તેણે અન્ય વયક્તિ સાથે લગ્ન અથવા લગ્ન કરાર કરેલ હોય

તેવા ઉમેદવાર આ જગ્યા માટે નિમણૂક મેળવી શકશે નહિ.

પરંતુ તે વ્યક્તિ અથવા સામેની વ્યક્તિને લાગુ પડતા હોય તેવા કોઈ અંગત કાયદાની જોગવાઈને આધીન હોય અને તેમ કરવા માટે ખાસ કારણો છે તેવી ખાતરી થતા સરકારશ્રી આ નિયમના અમલમાંથી માફી આપી શકશે.

ઉમેદવાર પુરૂષ હશે તો તેણે એક કરતા વધારે પત્ની હયાત હોવા અને જો રસ્ત્રી ઠશે તો તેણીએ, જેની અન્ય પત્ની હયાત હોય એવા પુરૂષ સાથે લગ્ન કરેલ હોવા બાબતે ઉમેદવારે અરજીપત્રકમાં જાહેર કરવું જોઈશે.

- ઉમેદવારને જે ઉમેદવાર નીચેની બાબતે દોષિત હોય અથવા પસંદગી સમિતિ દ્વારા દોષિત જાહેર ક૨વામાં આવ્યો હોય તો તે સમયગાળા માટે શિક્ષકની નિમણૂક માટે ગેરલાયક ઠરાવવામાં આવશે જે પાંચ વર્ષ સુધી લંબાવી શકાય.

(a) કોઈપણ રીતે તેની ઉમેદવારી માટે સમર્થન મેળવવું

(b) બનાવટી વ્યક્તિત્વ ઉભું કરવું,

(c) અન્ય કોઈ વ્યક્તિ દ્વારા બનાવટ કરવી કે કરાવવી.

(d) ચેડા કરેલા દરસ્તાવેજો અથવા બનાવટી દસ્તાવેજો જમા કરાવવા

(e) ખોટા અથવા સાચા ન હોય તેવા નિવેદન કરવા અથવા કોઈ માહિતી છુપાવવી

(1) કોઈપણ વિસંગત અથવા અયોગ્ય માધ્યમોનો આશરો લેવો

(B) પસંદગી પ્રક્રિયા દરમિયાન અન્ય કોઈપણ રીતે ગેરવર્તન કરવું;

(h) પસંદગી સમિતિ દ્વારા નિયુકત કર્મચારીઓને હેરાન કરવું અથવા શારીરિક નુકસાન કરવું;

(1) ગુનો કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરવો અથવા, કોઈ કિસ્સામાં ઉપરોક્ત કલમોમાં ઉલ્લેખિત તમામ અથવા કોઈપણ કૃત્યોને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવું

> જે ઉમેદવાર ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરતી વખતે ખોટી માહિતી આપશે તેમને ગેરલાયક ઠરાવવામાં આવશે. સરકારી ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં શિક્ષણ સહાયક અંગેની ભરતીની અરજી બાબતોમાં ઉમેદવારે શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત અને માંગેલ તમામ માહિતી સાચી આપવાની રહેશે. જો ઉમેદવારે આપેલ માહિતી ખોટી, અધૂરી અથવા ભુલભરેલી ઠરશે તો ભવિષ્યમાં ભરતી અને સેવાના કોઈ પણ તબક્કે ગેરલાયક ઠેરવવામાં આવશે અને આ અંગે કોઈપણ પ્રકારની અરજી/રજૂઆત સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહી. અને આવા ઉમેદવારને ભવિષ્યમાં પાંચ વર્ષ માટે ઉમેદવારી માટે ગેરલાયક ઠરાવવામાં આવશે.

અરજદારે પોતાનું ઈ-મેઈલ આઈ.ડી. અને મોબાઈલ નંબર ફરજીયાત આપવાના રહેશે. અને ભરતી અંગેની પ્રક્રિયાની વખતો-

વખતની જાણ અરજદારને એસ.એમ.એસ.થી કરવામાં આવશે. અને આ બાબતે અરજદારે એસ.એમ.એસ.ની ચકાસણી કરવાની રહેશે.

b) સરકારી/અનુદાનિત શાળામાં પ્રાથમિક/માધ્યમિક/ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક વિભાગમાં શિક્ષક તરીકે ફરજ બજાવતા ઉમેદવારોએ નિયત નમૂનાનું સોગંદનામું રૂ. ૩૦૦/- ના સ્ટેમ્પ પેપર પર નોટરી સમક્ષ કરાવી રજૂ કરવાનું રહેશે.

15. શિક્ષણ વિભાગ સિવાય સરકારના અન્ય વિભાગ હેઠળ કે બોર્ડ/નિગમમાં ફરજ બજાવતા ઉમેદવારોએ

1. Educational and Professional Qualification :-

Education Department, Government of Gujarat vide Notification No. GH/SH/105/SMS/1011/258/G.1 dated 15/11/2019, and vide Notification No. GH/SH/51/SMS/1011 dated 12/09/2024 /258/P.F.1/G.1 should possess prescribed qualification. According to which,

Candidate's age should not be more than 39 years as on last date of application.

Dt. Educational Qualification of Graduate Post Graduate as mentioned against the subject given in Appendix-1 with notification dated 12/9/24 as well as professional minimum qualification from any of the Universities established or established under any Central or State Act in India or from any other educational institution or University recognized as such Must have obtained from any educational institution declared as Deemed University under Section-3 of Grant Commission Act-1951 and must have passed the dual level TAT (Higher Secondary) conducted by the State Examination Board in the subject mentioned in column-9 with 90% marks. A candidate who has passed dual level TAT (Higher Secondary)-2023 in the subject/medium can apply for the post of the subject/medium.

Candidate should have basic knowledge of computer usage as stipulated in Gujarat Civil Service Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules-1967.

Candidate should have adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both languages.

2. Relaxation of age limit

Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) will get relaxation of up to five years in age limit.

• Female candidates of all categories (in addition to the relaxations in the above reserved categories) are eligible for a relaxation of five years up to a maximum age of 45 years.

• Senior candidates are eligible for ten years relaxation in the maximum age limit in addition to the above relaxation. (Subject to medical certificate from Medical Board having 40% or more disability)

• For ex-servicemen in the upper age limit a relaxation of three years will be available in addition to the total period of duty rendered by them as military services.

• Age with relaxation in upper age limit available to all categories of candidates except ex-servicemen should not exceed 45 years under any circumstances.

3. Other important matters related to advertisement:

• The selection list of candidates with prescribed qualifications will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the two-level TAT (Higher Secondary) examination-2023.

• In case of equal marks in TAT (Higher Secondary) examination-2023, priority will be given to the candidate who is an adult to determine the merit cum of the candidate. In case of same marks with same date of birth in dual level TAT (Higher Secondary) examination, priority will be decided on the basis of first letter of applicant's first name, surname and mother's name (alphabetical cum) respectively.

• Candidates who wish to submit their application (including certificates) in the district in which they wish to submit their verification will have to select the option of the district in the online form.

• Candidates who will be included in PML-1 (Provisional Merit List-1) will be intimated through SMS/website. After that the candidates get the document verification letter online, the document verification has to be made mandatory at the district level within the period fixed by the selection committee.

• Candidature of candidates who do not undergo document verification will be automatically cancelled. And such candidate from PML (Provisional Merit List-1) will be dropped and will not be included in the further recruitment process. The candidate will not be able to claim any right in this regard and no written/oral representation or correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

• List of document verification centers of the district will be placed on the website.

• Candidates currently serving as Teaching Assistants / Teaching Assistants in Government or Non-Government aided Primary / Secondary Schools may apply under this advertisement Education Department Resolution No: PRE/112017/Single File-6/1, Dated 22/3 As per the provision of 17/17, the application has to be made after obtaining the NOC in the prescribed format prescribed by the appointing authority after the announcement. 4. Pay Scale:-

• The teaching staff of the Government Higher Secondary Department will be entitled to a monthly salary of Rs.49400/- for the first five years. Social Justice and Empowerment Department's resolution dated 01/11/95, dated 06/02/91, and 27/04/2010 regarding Non-Criminal Certificate for socially and educationally backward class candidates. It has to be presented in the form as per Annexure-4.

Candidates of SEBC Category (Sh.S.P. Category) issued maximum number of Non-Chemical Certificates- 2 of three financial years including the year. But such certificate should be issued by the last date of online application for the relevant advertisement and should be valid till the last date of application only then the benefit of relaxation in upper age limit and reservation of category will be availed.

A married woman candidate belonging to socially and educationally backward class has to produce such non creamy layer certificate in respect of her parents' income. If such candidates have produced such a certificate in respect of their husband's income, their application will be "cancelled".

The candidate will have to produce the same certificate at the time of verification of the application form as the details of the non-chemilayer certificate mentioned while applying online. Even if the candidate obtains a fresh certificate after the last date of advertisement due to mistake in such certificate, only the certificate mentioned in the online application will be valid for being eligible as a socially and educationally backward class candidate.

If the candidates belonging to socially and educationally backward classes have not produced such certificate during application verification and they do not fall within the age limit as unreserved candidates, their application will not be considered.

C. Economically Weaker Sections (EWS):

E.W.S. Category (Economically Weaker Section) candidates vide State Government Department of Social Justice and Empowerment Resolution No. dated 13/09/2019; e. No. and date of certificate for Economically Weaker Classes obtained in prescribed form-C vide W.S./122019/ 45903/A should be mentioned while applying online.

Resolution No. of Social Justice and Empowerment Department dated 13/09/2019:- As per the provision of EWS/122019/45903/A Eligibility Certificates for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) will be considered valid for three years from the date of issue. Only those who have a valid certificate will get the benefit of relaxation in the upper age limit and reserved category seats. Otherwise they can apply as general category candidates and in that case they will not be able to get the benefit of preference regarding age limit, examination fee and reserved seat.

If the income of the applicant's family exceeds the income limit prescribed by the State Government within a period of three years from the date of issue of this certificate, the applicant will have to make a voluntary admission to the competent authority issuing the certificate and the applicant will not have to use such certificate. If the applicant or his guardian willfully conceals the details, the benefit of reservation received by them will be canceled and they will be liable to legal action.

Government of Gujarat Education Department, Secretariat, Gandhinagar Notification No: GH/SH/51/SMS/1011/258/P.F.1/G.1 dated 12/09/2024 The marks obtained in the Secondary TAT (Higher Secondary) Examination-2023 conducted by the Examination Board will be considered by adding five percent marks.

The female widow candidate has to select the option of not being a widow candidate and not remarried in the application form.

Such candidate should not have re-registered at the time of appointment.

At the time of examination of the application, the widowed woman candidate has to submit the certificate of the competent authority regarding her widowhood, the necessary grounds and the fact that she has not remarried, on a stamp paper of Rs.100/-.

G. Computer Knowledge:

Government Resolution No. dated 13/08/2008 and dated 18/03/2011 of the General Administration Department of the Candidate State Government:

Should have a certificate/mark sheet from any training institute about having basic knowledge of computer as per prescribed syllabus vide CRR/102007/120320/G.5. OR Certificates of having completed any Diploma/Degree or Certificate Course in Computer Knowledge from a Government recognized University or Institute or Certificates having Computer as a subject in the Degree or Diploma Course OR Passed Class-10th or Class-12th Examination with Computer Subject Must have.

All the details mentioned by the candidate in the online application form will be considered final for the entire recruitment process and the proofs have to be produced in original when called for by the recruitment selection committee/account/concerned school. The appointment of candidates who fail to appear will be canceled at that stage.

- Any candidate who submits forged documents or tampered documents will be prosecuted against him as per rules

Legal action will be taken and criminal charges will be filed if necessary.
