Ki Gompa (Buddhist Monastery) is located about 12 km from Kaja in Lahaul and Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh state in India. This monastery was established in the 13th century. This is the largest monastery in the Spiti region. This monastery is built on a huge cone-shaped rock at a height of 13,504 feet above sea level. Every year in the month of June-July, 'Cham Utsav' is celebrated here. In 2000, the 'Kalachakra Abhishek' was organized at this Math, in which the Dalai Lama himself performed the pujas. Like a magnificent fort on a Himachal peak, this Math adds to the natural beauty.
