વારંવાર પુછાતા પ્રશ્નો
(૧) ધોરણ ૧૨ ના સમકક્ષ હોવા અંગેનું માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ પ્રમાણપત્રના આધારે જે ઉમેદવારો ઉમેદવારી કરતાં હોય તેઓએ HSC Equivalent વિકલ્પ પંસદ કરી વિગતો ભરવાની રહેશે અને તેના ગુણ ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહીં.
(૨) ઉમેદવારની માર્કશીટમાં કુલ ગુણ અને મેળવેલ ગુણ આપેલ હોય તો ગુણ માટે યુનિવર્સિટીના ગુણ બાબતના પ્રમાણપત્રની જરૂર નથી. પરંતુ જો માર્કશીટમાં ગુણ દર્શાવેલ न होय अने मात्र CGPA/CPI/GRAD/EQUIVALENT PERCENTAGE होय तेवा ઉમેદવારોએ યુનિવર્સિટી પાસેથી ગુણપત્ર મેળવીને કુલ ગુણ અને મેળવેલ ગુણ દર્શાવવા. ફોર્મ્યુલાની મદદથી કે જાતે કન્વર્ટ કરેલ કુલ ગુણ કે મેળવેલ ગુણની વિગતો માન્ય રહેશે નહી.
(૩) જ્યાં લાયકાતના વિષયમાં પોતાનો વિષય આપેલ ન હોય તો Other વિકપ પસંદ કરી ઉમેદવારોએ તે લાયકાતનો પોતાનો મુખ્ય વિષય હોય તે દર્શાવવાનો રહેશે.
(૪) ગુજરાત રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ, ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા લેવાયેલ પી.ટી.સી./D.El.Ed. ની પરીક્ષા પાસ
કરેલી હોવી જોઈશે. અન્ય કોઈ પી.ટી.સી./D.El.Ed. ની લાયકાત માન્ય ગણાશે નહીં. NIOS દ્વારા મેળવેલ પી.ટી.સી./D.El.Ed. ની લાયકાત માન્ય ગણાશે.
(૫) જે ઉમેદવારોને રજિસ્ટ્રેશનમાં જન્મ તારીખ ખોટી હોવાના કારણે અથવા અન્ય કારણે રજિસ્ટ્રેશન નથી થતું તેવા ઉમેદવારોએ જિલ્લાના સ્વીકાર કેન્દ્ર પર જઈ પોતાની ટેટ નંબર આપી ટેટ વખતે દર્શાવેલ જન્મ તારીખ જાણીને રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરવાનું રહેશે આ રીતે દર્શાવેલ જન્મ તારીખ જો ખોટી હોય તો રજિસ્ટ્રેશન થયા બાદ લોગિન થઈ ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે તેમાં સુધારો કરી સાચી જન્મ તારીખ નાંખી શકાશે.
(૬) ઉમેદવારને રજિસ્ટ્રેશન વખતેની વિગતોમાં કોઈ ભૂલ હોય જેવી કે વિષય, માધ્યમ વગેરે ખોટું દર્શાવેલ હોય તો સ્વીકાર કેન્દ્ર પર જઈ જરૂરી વિગતો પુરી પાડવાની રહેશે અને સ્વીકાર કેન્દ્ર દ્વારા આ વિગતો સાથે સમિતિનો સંપર્ક કરી જરૂરી સુધારો કરાવવાનો રહેશે.
(૭) ચાલુ નોકરીવાળા ઉમેદવારો કે જેઓને એન.ઓ.સી. બાબતે વિગતવાર જાહેરાતમાં જરૂરી સુચના આપેલ હોઈ તે ધ્યાને લેવા વિનંતી છે. વધુમાં વિગતવાર જાહેરાત વાંચીને જ ફોર્મ ભરવા વિનંતી છે અને જરૂર જણાય તો વેબસાઈટ પર જરૂરી ઠરાવ/પરિપત્ર/જાહેરનામા પણ મુકેલ હોય તેનો અભ્યાસ કરી ફોર્મ ભરવા.
(૮) ડોક્યુમેન્ટ અપલોડ કરવા બાબતે
સ્નાતક/અનુસ્નાતક/બી.એડ. વગેરે લાયકાતોના તમામ સેમેસ્ટર/વર્ષ/પાર્ટની તમામ માર્કશીટ PDF કરીને અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે. ફોટો અને સહી JPG અને અન્ય વિગતો PDF કે JPG ફોર્મેટમાં અપલોડ કરવી. (જે ઉમેદવારોએ અગાઉ સ્વીકાર કેન્દ્ર પર ફોર્મ જમા કરાવેલ છે તેઓને કોઈ સુધારાની જરૂરિયાત નથી)
(૯) બી.એડ. અને પીટીસી બંને લાયકાત ધરાવતાં ઉમેદવારોએ ફોર્મ ગુણ ગણવા અંગે.
ઉમેદવાર ટેટની પરીક્ષા પહેલા સ્નાતક અને પીટીસી/બી.એડ કરેલા હોય અને ત્યારબાદ જો અન્ય તાલીમી લાયકાત એટલે કે પીટીસી/બી.એડ. કરેલ હોય તેવા સંજોગોમાં ઉમેદવાર પીટીસી/બી.એડ. બંનેમાંથી જે ગુણ દર્શાવવા માંગે તે દર્શાવી શકે છે.
(૧૦) અરજીપત્રક ઓનલાઈન સબમીટ કરવા બાબતે.
ઉમેદવાર પોતાનું અરજીપત્રક એક વખત સેવ કર્યા પછી પ્રિન્ટ કરીને અરજીપત્રક જમા કર્યા પહેલાં જો કોઈ સુધારો કરી ફરી સેવ કરશે તેવા સંજોગોમાં છેલ્લે સેવ કરેલ અરજી જ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે. એટલે કે ઉમેદવારે છેલ્લે સેવ કરેલ અરજીની જ પ્રિન્ટ જમા કરાવવાની રહેશે. તે સિવાય અરજી સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહી.

તાજેતરમાં વિધ્યાસહાયક ભરતી માટે જે જાહેરાત આવેલ છે એમાં કોઈ 2022 ની ભરતીવાળા વિધ્યાસહાયક ને અરજી કરવાની હોય તો N.O.C. મેળવવી ફરજીયાત છે. N.O.C. માટે નીચે મુજબના ડોક્યુમેન્ટ સાથે અરજી કરવાની જાણ કરવાની રાખશો..

Frequently Asked Questions
(1) Candidates who are applying on the basis of the certificate issued by the Board of Secondary Education regarding being equivalent to standard 12th, have to fill the details by choosing HSC Equivalent option and their marks will not be considered.
(2) A mark sheet of the candidate shall not require a certificate of marks from the University if the total marks and marks obtained are given in the mark sheet of the candidate. But if the marks are not shown in the mark sheet only CGPA/CPI/GRAD/EQUIVALENT PERCENTAGE then you can get the mark sheet from the candidate's university to show the total marks and the marks obtained. Total marks or details of marks obtained with the help of formula or manually converted will not be accepted.
(3) Where their own subject is not given in the subject of qualification, candidates have to indicate their main subject of qualification by selecting Other option.
(4) PTC/D.El.Ed conducted by Gujarat State Examination Board, Gandhinagar. pass the exam
should be done. Any other PTC/D.El.Ed. The qualification of will not be considered valid. PTC/D.El.Ed obtained by NIOS. Eligibility of will be considered valid.
(5) Candidates who are not registered due to wrong date of birth in the registration or due to other reasons, they have to go to the admission center of the district and give their TAT number and register after knowing the date of birth mentioned in the TAT. If the date of birth mentioned in this way is wrong, then login after registration While filling the form, it can be amended and the correct date of birth can be entered.
(6) If the candidate has any mistake in the details at the time of registration such as the subject, medium etc. has been wrongly indicated, he has to go to the admission center and provide the necessary details and the admission center has to contact the committee with these details and make necessary corrections.
(7) Candidates in ongoing employment who have received NOC. It is requested to note that necessary instructions have been given in the detailed advertisement in this regard. Further, it is requested to fill the form only after reading the detailed advertisement and if necessary, fill the form after studying the necessary resolution/circular/advertisement posted on the website.
(8) Regarding uploading of documents
Graduate/Post Graduate/B.Ed. etc. all the mark sheets of all semesters/years/parts of the qualifications have to be uploaded in PDF format. Upload photo and signature in JPG and other details in PDF or JPG format. (Candidates who have already submitted the form at the Admission Center need no correction)
(9) B.Ed. and PTC both qualified candidates regarding the calculation of form marks.
A candidate should have completed graduation and PTC/B.Ed before TET examination and thereafter if other training qualification ie PTC/B.Ed. In case the candidate has done PTC/B.Ed. Either of the two can display the quality they want to display.
(10) Regarding submission of application form online.
After saving the application form once, before submitting the application form, if the candidate makes corrections and saves it again, only the last saved application will be accepted. That is, the candidate has to submit the print of the last saved application only. Otherwise the application will not be accepted.
