સંદર્ભઃ- (૧) શાળા શિક્ષણ અને સાક્ષરતા વિભાગ, શિક્ષણ મંત્રાલય, ભારત સરકારના પત્ર ક્રમાંક:- 17-11/2023-Coord ८. २१/११/२०२४ (૨) તા. ૨૫/૧૧/૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ વીડીયો કોન્ફરન્સમાં મળેલ સૂચના
ઉપર્યુક્ત વિષય અને સંદર્ભ અન્વયે જણાવવાનું કે, શાળા શિક્ષણ અને સાક્ષરતા વિભાગ, શિક્ષણ મંત્રાલય, ભારત સરકારના તા. ૨૧/૧૧/૨૦૨૪ ના પત્ર અન્વયે દર વર્ષે ૨૬ મી નવેમ્બરને બંધારણ દિવસ (સંવિધાન દિવસ) તરીકે ઉજવવામાં આવે છે. ભારતના બંધારણને અપનાવવાની યાદમાં અને ડૉ. બી.આર.આંબેડકરની અધ્યક્ષતામાં બંધારણ સભાની ડ્રાફ્ટિંગ કમિટીના યોગદાનને સન્માનિત કરવા અને સ્વીકારવા તથા બંધારણીય આદર્શો અને સિદ્ધાંતોને પુનઃપુષ્ટ કરવાનો પ્રસંગ પણ છે. ભારતીય બંધારણના ૭૫મા વર્ષની ઉજવણી એક વર્ષના સમયગાળા માટે કરવામાં આવશે. આ સમયગાળા દરમિયાન શાળાઓ દ્રારા તા. ૨૬મી નવેમ્બર ૨૦૨૪ થી તા. ૨૬મી જાન્યુઆરી ૨૦૨૫ સુધી નીચે મુજબની પ્રવૃત્તિઓનું આયોજન કરવાનું રહેશે.
(৭) તમામ પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં તા. ૨૬/૧૧/૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ સવારની પ્રાર્થનામાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓને બંધારણના મહત્વથી વાકેફ કરવા.
(૨) મહાનુભાવોને આમંત્રિત કરીને વાર્તાલાપ/ચર્ચા/સેમિનાર યોજવા.
(૩) ચિત્ર/પોસ્ટર મેકિંગ/ક્રાફ્ટ સ્પર્ધાઓનું આયોજન કરવું. (
૪) બંધારણના મૂળભૂત સિધ્ધાંતો તેમજ આદર્શો અંગે ચર્ચા કરવી.
(५) શેરી નાટકો, પ્રભાત ફેરી વગેરે જેવી સમુદાય જાગૃતિની પ્રવૃત્તિઓ કરવી.
(૬) સેલ્ફી પોઈન્ટ જેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સાથે જોડાવાની સર્જનાત્મક રીતો, માનવ રચના, ગીતો વગેરે.
(७) ૧૨મી જાન્યુઆરીએ સ્વામી વિવેકાનંદનો જન્મદિવસ ભારત મંડપમ, દિલ્હી ખાતે ઉજવવામાં આવશે (ક્વિઝ સ્પર્ધામાંથી પસંદ કરાયેલ વિજેતાને PM સાથે સામ-સામે વાતચીત કરવાની તક મળશે)
(८) પ્રવૃત્તિઓ અને જિયો-ટેગ ધરાવતા ફોટોગ્રાફ્સ અપલોડ કરવા માટે Google ટ્રેકર શેર કરવામાં આવશે.
(৫) શાળાઓ અને રાજ્ય વહીવટીતંત્ર #બંધારણ દિવસ પોસ્ટ કરીને અને MOE ને ટેગ કરીને ફોટા સોશિયલ મીડિયા પર શેર કરી શકે છે.
(૧૦) PM-eVidya પ્લેટફોર્મ પર બંધારણ દિવસ પર એક વીડિયો વિભાગ દ્વારા અપલોડ કરવામાં આવશે. જે તમામ પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓને બતાવવાનો રહેશે.
(૧૧) MyGov પોર્ટલ પર ક્વિઝ અપલોડ કરવામાં આવશે જેથી તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, શિક્ષકો, વાલીઓ, શિક્ષણ સંચાલકોને MyGov પોર્ટલ પર લૉગિન કરી ભાગ લેવા માટે પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવાના રહેશે.
તા. ૨૬/૧૧/૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ બંધારણ દિવસની ઉજવણી કરવા બાબતે આપના તાબા હેઠળની તમામ પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં ઉકત જણાવેલ પ્રવૃત્તિઓ કરવાની રહેશે તથા બંધારણ ઉજવણીમાં ભાગ લીધેલ શાળાઓની સંખ્યા, શિક્ષકોની સંખ્યા, વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સંખ્યા, કરેલ પ્રવૃત્તિની વિગતો તથા તેના સારી કવોલીટીના જીઓ ટેગ ધરાવતા ફોટોસ આ કચેરીના ઇમેઇલ sankalan.dpe.guj@gmail.com પર તા.૨૭/૧૧/૨૦૨૪ ના ૧૨.૦૦ કલાક સુધીમાં જિલ્લા કક્ષાએથી સંકલીત કરીને મોકલી આપવા આથી જણાવવામાં આવે છે.

In pursuance of the above subject and reference to state that the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India dated As per letter dated 21/11/2024, 26th November every year is celebrated as Constitution Day (Constitution Day). In commemoration of the adoption of the Constitution of India and Dr. It is also an occasion to honor and acknowledge the contribution of the Drafting Committee of the Constituent Assembly chaired by BR Ambedkar and to reaffirm the constitutional ideals and principles. The 75th anniversary of the Indian Constitution will be celebrated for a period of one year. During this period the schools dt. From 26th November 2024 The following activities have to be organized till 26th January 2025.
(1) Date in all primary schools. 26/11/2024 To make students aware of the importance of constitution in morning prayer.
(2) Conducting talks/discussions/seminars by inviting dignitaries.
(3) Organizing drawing/poster making/craft competitions.
4) To discuss the basic principles and ideals of the constitution.
(5) Conducting community awareness activities like street plays, Prabhat Ferries etc.
(6) Creative ways of engaging with students like selfie points, human creations, songs etc.
(7) Swami Vivekananda's birthday will be celebrated on 12th January at Bharat Mandapam, Delhi (Winner selected from the quiz competition will get a chance to interact with the PM face-to-face)
(8) Google Tracker will be shared for uploading activities and geo-tagged photographs.
(9) Schools and State Administration photos by posting #constitutionday and tagging MOE Can share on social media.
(10) A video on Constitution Day will be uploaded by the department on PM-eVidya platform. Which has to be shown to students in all primary schools.
(11) Quiz will be uploaded on MyGov portal so that all students, teachers, parents, education administrators have to be encouraged to participate by logging on to MyGov portal.
Dt. Regarding the celebration of Constitution Day on 26/11/2024, all the primary schools under your jurisdiction have to carry out the above-mentioned activities and the number of schools participating in the Constitution celebration, the number of teachers, the number of students, the details of the activities and their good quality geo-tagged photos of this office. Respected Ma'am / Sir,
As you know, every year 26th November is celebrated as Constitution Day (Samvidhan Divas), since 2015, to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India and to honor and acknowledge contribution of the drafting committee of the Constituent Assembly under the chairmanship of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. It is also an occasion to reaffirm the constitutional ideals and principles. India would be celebrating 75th year of adoption of the Constitution of 26.11.2024 and coming into force of the Constitution on 26.01.2025.
2. It has been decided that the 75th year of Indian Constitution would be celebrated for a period of one year. During this period schools will organize: -
(i) Morning assembly on 26.11.2024 in every school to make students aware of the importance of the Constitution.
(ii) Talks/discussions/seminars by inviting eminent personalities.
(iii) Painting/poster making/craft competitions.
(iv) Declamations on the significance of the Constitution.
(v) Community awareness activities like street plays, prabhat pheries, etc.
(vi) Creative ways of engaging with students like selfie points; formation of human chains; rap songs etc.
3. This Department will share a module on Constitution Day as well as upload it on the DIKSHA platform. This module may be translated into local languages and further disseminated to all schools under your jurisdiction. This module may be utilized as background material for activities to celebrate Constitution Day on 26.11.2024 and thereafter.
4. A video on the Constitution Day will also be uploaded on PM-eVidya platform. All schools under your jurisdiction may consider showing the video to their students. Similarly, a Quiz will be uploaded on MyGov portal. All students, teachers, parents, education administrators may be encouraged to login to MyGov portal.
5. I would request you to suitably apprise all the concerned officers of your State/UT on the above.
6. A VC meeting will be held on this subject on 22.11.2024 at 1500 hrs. The Nodal Officer of your State/UT may be directed to attend the meeting on the following link:-
