પ્રસ્તાવના:

ભારતીય બંધારણમાં વ્યક્ત થયેલ આદર્શો પ્રત્યે આદર જગાવવા તથા રાષ્ટ્રની ઉન્નતિ માટે નાગરિકોને જાગૃત કરવા ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા પ્રજાસત્તાક દિન (૨૬મી જાન્યુઆરી), સ્વાતંત્ર્ય દિન (૧૫મી ઑગષ્ટ), ગુજરાત રાજ્ય સ્થાપના દિન (૧લી મે) ની રાજ્ય કક્ષાએ તથા જિલ્લા અને તાલુકા કક્ષાએ ઉજવણી કરવામાં આવે છે. આ ઉપરાંત, રાજ્યના વૈવિધ્યસભર સાંસ્કૃતિક વારસાની ઉજવણી કરવા, ગુજરાતની ગરિમાથી લોકોને અભિમુખ કરવા તથા લોક કલ્યાણ અને સમુદાયિક ભાગીદારીને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા માટે રાજ્ય સરકાર પ્રતિબદ્ધ છે. રાજ્ય સરકારના વિવિધ વિભાગો દ્વારા રાજ્યની સમાવેશીતા, પ્રગતિ અને પરંપરા પ્રત્યેના આદરના મૂલ્યોને પ્રતિબિંબિત કરતા તહેવારો, કાર્યક્રમો તથા ઉજવણીઓ કરવામાં આવે છે, જે નાગરિકોની એકતા કાયમ કરે છે અને સામૂહિક વિકાસને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરે છે.

પરિપત્ર

આ પ્રકારની ઉજવણીઓ તથા કાર્યક્રમોનું અસરકારક આયોજન થાય, રાજ્ય / જિલ્લા / તાલુકા વગેરે કક્ષાએ એકસૂત્રતા જળવાય, જનભાગીદારી વધારી શકાય અને નાગરિકોને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરી શકાય. રાજ્યની સંસ્કૃતિ સ્થાનિક, રાષ્ટ્રીય અને આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય સ્તરે ઉજાગર કરી શકાય તથા આ કાર્યક્રમો / ઉજવણીઓનું સુચારુ અમલીકરણ સુનિશ્ચિત કરી શકાય, તે માટે આ પ્રકારના કાર્યક્રમો/ઉજવણીઓની એક યાદી આથી પરિપત્રીત કરવામાં આવે છે.

Introduction:

Celebrating Republic Day (26th January), Independence Day (15th August), Gujarat State Foundation Day (1st May) at state level and district and taluk level by Gujarat Government to inculcate respect for the ideals expressed in the Indian Constitution and to awaken citizens for the betterment of the nation. comes Apart from this, the State Government is committed to celebrate the diverse cultural heritage of the State, inculcate the dignity of Gujarat and promote public welfare and community participation. Festivals, programs and celebrations are organized by various departments of the state government reflecting the state's values of inclusiveness, progress and respect for tradition, which perpetuates the unity of citizens and encourages collective development.

Such celebrations and programs are organized effectively, harmony is maintained at the state / district / taluka etc. level, public participation can be increased and citizens can be encouraged.
