વિષય: એડોલેશન્ટ એજ્યુકેશન પ્રોગામ (AEP) અન્વયે કરવાની કામગીરી બાબત સંદર્ભ : નોંધ પર માન. એસ.પી.ડી.શ્રીની મળેલ મંજૂરી અન્વયે
ઉપરોક્ત વિષય અને સંદર્ભ અન્વયે જણાવવાનું કે, વર્ષ ૨૦૨૪-૨૫ માં એડોલેશન્ટ એજ્યુકેશન પ્રોગામ અન્વયે (AEP) ફોર ગર્લ્સ માટે ધોરણ ૬ થી ૮ની કુલ ૧૮૪૭૪ (કન્યા શાળા, મિશ્ર શાળા) શાળાઓમાં અને ૮૧૬ કુમાર શાળાઓમાં નીચે મુજબની કામગીરી કરવાની થાય છે.
પ્રવૃત્તિ-૧. "નેશનલ ગર્લ્સ ચાઈલ્ડ વીક" ની ઉજવણી :
આ જાગૃતિ કાર્યક્રમોમાં આયુષ્યમન ભારતના શાળા આરોગ્ય કાર્યક્રમની માર્ગદર્શિકામાં આવરી લીધેલ વિષયોને ધ્યાને રાખીને શાળાના બાળકોને અને વાલીઓ કન્યા શિક્ષણ પ્રત્યે જાગૃતિ મેળવે. સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા કન્યાઓને આપવામાં આવતા લાભો તેમજ સુવિધાઓ વિશે સમજ કેળવશે. તેમજ અન્ય સમુદાયને જાગૃત કરવા માટે શાળા કક્ષાએ "નેશનલ ગર્લ્સ ચાઈલ્ડ વીક" ની ઉજવણી તા.૨૦-૦૧-૨૦૨૫ થી તા.૨૪-૦૧-૨૦૨૫ દરમિયાન નીચે મુજબના વિષયોને આવરી લઇ આયોજન કરવા જણાવવામાં આવે छे.
(૧) પ્રથમ દિવસ:- (તા.૨૦/૦૧/૨૦૨૫)
કન્યા શિક્ષણ અંગેની જાગૃતિ :- જાગૃતિ રેલી/ સુત્રોચ્ચાર
ધોરણ-૬ થી ૮ ના દરેક બાળકોએ રેલીમાં જોડાય તે મુજબનું આયોજન કરવાનું રહેશે.
રેલીમાં “બેટી બચાવો બેટી પઢાઓ* અને કન્યા શિક્ષણના સૂત્રો બોલાવવાના રહેશે.
• રેલીમાં કન્યા શિક્ષણને પ્રોત્સાહન મળે તેવા ગીતો પણ ગવડાવવાના રહેશે.
• રેલી પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ શાળાના અને ગામના આગેવાન માતા/શિક્ષક/વાલી માટે કન્યા શિક્ષણ વિશે વિષય નિષ્ણાંત દ્વારા માર્ગદર્શનનું આયોજન કરી અને (જરૂરી સાધન સામગ્રી:- સ્કેચપેન. ચાર્ટ પેપરનો) ઉપયોગ કરવાનો રહેશે...
(૨) બીજો દિવસ:-(તા.૨૧/૦૧/૨૦૨૫)
કન્યા શિક્ષણને વધાવો / જેન્ડર સમાનતા (નાટક)
• શાળાના બાળકો દ્વારા કન્યા શિક્ષણને પ્રોત્સાહન મળે તે માટે નુક્કડ નાટક રજુ કરવા જણાવીએ.
આ નાટક નિહાળવા માટે શાળાના બાળકો અને વાલીઓને સહભાગી કરવાના રહેશે.
નાટક પૂરું થયા બાદ નાટકમાં કઈ-કઈ બાબતો આવરી લીધેલ છે તે બાબતે બાળકો અને વાલીઓ સાથે ચર્ચા કરવાની રહેશે. (દા.ત..કન્યા શિક્ષણને પ્રોત્સાહન મળે...વિગેરે)
(૩) ત્રીજો દિવસ:- (તા.૨૨/૦૧/૨૦૨૫)
સખીઓની સાથે વાર્તાલાપ
કન્યાઓને માસિકસ્ત્રાવ સમયના અનુભવોની આપ-લે જેમાં માસિક એટલે શું. માસિક સમયે સ્વચ્છતા, કાળજી, માસિક સમયે ઉભા થતા પ્રશ્નો વિગેરે પર માર્ગદર્શન માટે આયોજન કર્વાનું રહેશે.
જે દીકરીઓને હજુ માસિકસ્ત્રાવ શરુ થયેલ નથી તેવી દીકરીઓ સાથે માસિક એટલે શું? કેટલા દિવસ આવે. શું કાળજી રાખવી, શોષકોનો ઉપયોગ, સ્વચ્છતા. માટે આરોગ્ય વિભાગના વિષય નિષ્ણાંત દ્વારા માર્ગદર્શન પૂરું પાડવાનું રહેશે. કન્યાઓ અન્ય કન્યાઓ સાથે ચર્ચા કરતા સંતોષકારક જવાબ મળી ન રહે તે માટે શાળાના
અનુભવી નોડલ ટીચર્સ અથવા ગામમાં નર્સ બહેન સાથે સંકલન કરવાનું રહેશે.
MH કોર્નર વિશે અને તૈયાર કરેલ સાહિત્ય અંગે કન્યાઓને માર્ગદર્શન પૂરું પાડવાનું રહેશે.
(૪) ચોથો દિવસ:- (તા.૨૩/૦૧/૨૦૨૫)
પોકસો એકટ (POCSO Act) વિશે બાળકોને માહિતગાર કરવાના રહેશે.
બાળકોના સર્વાગી વિકાસ માટે યોગ્ય વાતાવરણ ઉપલબ્ધ થવું જ જોઈએ તે તેમની અધિકાર છે. તે વિશે દરેક બાળકોને જાગૃત કરવા આ કાયદાનો હેતુ બાળકોનું હિત જાળવવાનો છે. વર્તમાન સમયમાં બાળકો રોજની બનતી ઘટનાઓ જેવી કે બાળકો સાથે શારીરિક અડપલા કરવા, બાળકો પર જાતિય હુમલા, જાતિય સતામણી વગેરેથી અને સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા મળતી સુવિધાઓ તથા કાયદાઓથી માહિતગાર થાય તે હેતુથી બાળ સુરક્ષા અધિકારીશ્રીની કચેરીના વિષય નિષ્ણાંત દ્વારા માર્ગદર્શન પૂરું પાડવાનું રહેશે.
(૫) પાંચમો દિવસ:- (તા.૨૪/૦૧/૨૦૨૫)
રાષ્ટ્રીય બાલિકા દિવસની ઉજવણી.
બાલિકાઓ અને વાલીઓ સાથે મીટીંગ જેમાં સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા કન્યા શિક્ષણ માટેની સુવિધાઓ/ લાભો, યોજનાઓ (મફત શિક્ષણ, સલામત પરિવહનની સુવિધાઓ) વિશે અને ગામની બાલિકાઓએ ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ મેળવ્યું હોય એવી બાલિકાઓનું બહુમાન કરવા અને શિક્ષણ દ્વારા થતા ફાયદા વિશે બાલિકાઓ અને અન્ય સમુદાયને માહિતગાર કરવાના રહેશે.
આમ શાળા કક્ષાએ પ્રવૃતિઓ કરાવવા માટે શૈક્ષણિક સાધન સામગ્રીના રૂ.૫૦૦/-અને બાળકોના રીફેશમેન્ટ રૂ.૫૦૦/- પ્રતિ શાળાદીઠ રૂ.૧૦૦૦/- લેખે અત્રેની કક્ષાએથી શાળા કક્ષાએ ચાઈલ્ડ લીમીટમાં ફાળવેલ ગ્રાન્ટ અન્વયે ખર્ચ કરવાનો રહેશે.
તમામ શાળાઓએ શાળા કક્ષાએ કરેલ પ્રવૃતિઓની માહિતી નીચેના ફોર્મેટ મુજબ તૈયાર કરીને શાળા કક્ષાએ નિભાવવાની રહેશે.
જીલ્લાનું નામ - તાલુકાનું નામ- રિસોર્સ પર્સનનું નામહોદ્દો - વિભાગસંસ્થાનું નામ - સહભાગી બાળકોની સંખ્યા - કુમાર - કન્યા - કુલ બાળકો.
ઉક્ત તમામ પ્રવૃત્તિઓ પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ મદદનીશ જીલ્લા કો. ઓ-ગર્લ્સ એજ્યુકેશન દ્વારા ઉપર જણાવેલ ફોર્મેટનું જીલ્લા કક્ષાએ એકંદરીકરણ કરી અત્રેની કચેરીને નીચેના ફોર્મેટમાં મોકલવાની રહેશે.
જીલ્લાનું નામ - તાલુકાનું નામ- રિસોર્સ પર્સનનું નામહોદ્દો - વિભાગસંસ્થાનું નામ - સહભાગી બાળકોની સંખ્યા - કુમાર - કન્યા - કુલ બાળકો.
પ્રવૃત્તિ-૨- કુમાર શાળાઓમાં એડોલેશન્ટ એજ્યુકેશન કાર્યક્રમનું આયોજન
ધોરણ-૬ થી ૮ ના બાળકોની મુંઝવણો દૂર થાય તે માટે ભારત સરકારના “આયુષ્યમાન ભારતના શાળા આરોગ્ય કાર્યક્રમ"ની માર્ગદર્શિકામાં ૧૧ થીમ આવરી લીધેલ છે. કુમાર શાળાઓમાં પાંચ વિષયોની તાલીમ આપવાથી બાળકોમાં પોતાના સ્વાસ્થ્ય, સ્વચ્છતા, સમતોલ આહાર, બાળકોના કાયદા, નશીલા પદાર્થોથી થતા નુકશાન તેમજ ઇન્ટરનેટ અને મિડીયાથી થતા ફાયદા અને નુકશાન વિશે માહિતી મેળવશે તે માટે આ તાલીમ કુમાર શાળાઓમાં માહે નવેમ્બર-૨૦૨૪ થી તાલીમનું આયોજન શાળા કક્ષાએ કરવાનું રહેશે. અને તાલીમ સંદર્ભ તરીકે ઉજાસ ભણી... બુકલેટનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકાશે. તાલીમના વિષયો નીચે મુજબ સૂચિત કરેલ છે.
1. તંદુરસ્ત વૃદ્ધિ અને વિકાસ - નવેમ્બર- ૨૦૨૪ દરમિયાન
2. પોષણ,આરોગ્ય અને સ્વચ્છતા - ડિસેમ્બર ૨૦૨૪ દરમિયાન
3. જેન્ડર સમાનતા /પોકસો એકટ - ડિસેમ્બર ૨૦૨૪ દરમિયાન
4. નશીલા પદાર્થોના દુરઉપયોગની રોકથામ અને વ્યવસ્થાપન - જાન્યુઆરી ૨૦૨૫ દરમિયાન
5. ઇન્ટરનેટ અને સોશ્યલ મીડિયાના સુરક્ષિત ઉપયોગને પ્રોત્સાહનના - જાન્યુઆરી ૨૦૨પ દરમિયાન
ઉક્ત પાંચ વિષયવસ્તુ પર તાલીમ આપવા નીચે મુજબ તજજ્ઞ સૂચિત કરવામા આવે છે. શિક્ષણ સાથે સંકળાયેલા જીલ્લા/તાલુકાથી શાળાના શિક્ષકો/આચાર્યો જેઓએ તાલીમ મેળવેલ
હોય/સી.આર.સી/યુ.આર.સી/ડાયટ લેકચરર/શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થાઓના વિષય નિષ્ણાંત..
જીલ્લા/તાલુકા/જુથ કક્ષાના આરોગ્ય વિભાગ/મહિલા અને બાળવિકાસ વિભાગના નિષ્ણાંતો.
જે તે ક્ષેત્રમાં કાર્ય કરતી સ્વૈછિક સંસ્થાઓના વિષય નિષ્ણાંતો.
આ પ્રવૃત્તિના અમલીકરણ માટે ૮૧૬ કુમાર શાળાઓમાં ઉપર જણાવેલ વિષયોની તાલીમ માટે એક વિષયના રૂ.૧૦૦૦/- જેમાં (રૂ.પ૦૦/-બાળકોને પૌષ્ટિક નાસ્તો તેમજ રૂ.૫૦૦/-તજજ્ઞ ભથ્થું) આમ એક શાળામાં એક વિષયના રૂ.૧૦૦૦/- લેખે પાંચ વિષયના રૂ.૫૦૦૦/- લેખે અત્રેની કક્ષાએથી શાળા કક્ષાએ ચાઈલ્ડ લીમીટમાં ફાળવેલ ગ્રાન્ટ અન્વયે ખર્ચ કરવાનો રહેશે.
ઉકત તમામ પ્રવૃત્તિ પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ પ્રવૃત્તિ-(૧) માં દર્શાવેલ ફોર્મેટ મુજબ શાળા કક્ષાની માહિતી શાળા કક્ષાએ નિભાવવાની રહેશે. અને જીલ્લા કક્ષાએ મદદનીશ જીલ્લા કો. ઓ-ગર્લ્સ એજ્યુકેશન દ્વારા ફોર્મેટ મુજબ એકંદરીકરણ કરી અત્રેની કચેરીને ઉક્ત દર્શાવ્યા ફોર્મેટ મુજબ માહિતી તૈયાર કરી મોકલવાની રહેશે.

Subject: Performance under Adolescent Education Program (AEP) Village Subject Reference: Note on Hon. As per the approval of S.P.D.Shri
According to the above topic and reference, in the year 2024-25, under the Adolescent Education Program (AEP) for girls of class 6 to 8, a total of 18474 (girls' school, mixed school) schools and 816 Kumar schools have to do the following.
Activity-1. Celebration of "National Girl's Child Week" :
In these awareness programs school children and parents will be made aware of girl child education by keeping in mind the topics covered in the Ayushyama India School Health Program Guidelines. Will develop an understanding about the benefits and facilities provided to girls by the Govt. Also, in order to make other communities aware, the celebration of "National Girls' Child Week" at the school level is requested to be organized from 20-01-2025 to 24-01-2025 covering the following topics.
(1) First Day:- (Dated 20/01/2025)
Awareness on Girl Education :- Awareness Rally/ Slogan
Every child of class-6 to 8 has to plan accordingly to participate in the rally.
Slogans of “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao* and girl education should be chanted in the rally.
• Songs promoting girl education should also be sung in the rally.
• After the completion of the rally, the guidance of the subject matter expert on girl education for the school and village head mother/teacher/guardian should be organized and used (Materials required:- Sketchpen. Chart paper)…
(2) Second day:-(Date 21/01/2025)
Celebrate Girls' Education / Gender Equality (Drama)
• Ask school children to present nukkad dramas to promote girl education.
School children and parents have to participate to watch this play.
After the end of the play, the children and parents have to discuss the issues covered in the play. (eg..promote girl education...etc)
(3) Third day:- (dated 22/01/2025)
Conversation with friends
Sharing experiences of menstruation to girls including what menstruation is. Planning should be done for guidance on hygiene, care, questions arising during menstruation etc.
What is menstruation with daughters who have not started menstruating yet? how many
come the day What to watch out for, use of absorbents, hygiene. For this, guidance will have to be provided by the subject matter expert of the health department. Girls discuss with other girls of school for not getting a satisfactory answer
Coordinate with experienced nodal teachers or village nurse sister.
Guidance should be provided to girls regarding MH corner and prepared literature.
(4) Fourth day:- (dated 23/01/2025)
Children should be informed about POCSO Act.
It is the right of children to have a suitable environment for their overall development. The purpose of this law is to protect the interest of children by making every child aware about it. In the present day, the subject matter experts of the Child Protection Officer's office have to provide guidance for the purpose of making the children aware of the daily incidents like physical abuse of children, sexual assault on children, sexual harassment etc. and the facilities and laws provided by the government.
(5) Fifth day:- (dated 24/01/2025)
Celebrating National Girl Child Day.
Meetings with girls and parents to inform the girls and other community about the facilities/benefits, schemes (free education, safe transport facilities) for girls education by Sarkarshree and to honor the girls of the village who have received higher education and the benefits of education.
Thus, for carrying out activities at school level, Rs.500/- for educational materials and Rs.500/- for children's refreshment, Rs.1000/- per school per article will have to be spent as per the grant allocated in the child limit from the school level to the school level.
All the schools have to prepare the information of the activities done at the school level as per the following format and maintain them at the school level
After completion of all the said activities Assistant District Co. O-Girls Education should aggregate the above format at the district level and send it to the office in the following format.
Activity-2- Organization of Adolescent Education Program in Kumar Schools
11 themes are covered in the guidelines of the Government of India's "Ayushyaman Bharat School Health Programme" to remove the confusion of the children of class-6 to 8. By imparting training in five subjects in Kumara Schools, children will learn about their own health, hygiene, balanced diet, children's laws, substance abuse. This training will be organized at the school level from November-2024 in Kumar schools to get information about the harm and benefits of internet and media The booklet can be used as Ujas Bhani.The topics of training are mentioned below.
The following experts are notified to provide training on the above five subjects. School Teachers/Principals from District/Taluka involved in education who have received training
Hoy/CRC/URC/Diet Lecturer/Subject Expert of Educational Institutions..
Specialists from District/Taluka/Juth level Health Department/Women and Child Development Department.
Subject matter experts of voluntary organizations working in that field.
For implementation of this activity Rs.1000/- per subject including (Rs.500/-nutritious breakfast to children and Rs.500/-expert allowance) for training in the above mentioned subjects in 816 Kumar schools thus Rs.1000/- per subject in one school five articles Rs.5000/- per article of the subject as per the grant allocated in the child limit from grade level to school level. Will have to spend.
After completion of all the above activities, the school level information has to be maintained at the school level as per the format mentioned in the activity (1). And at the district level Assistant District Co. O-Girls Education will have to compile the information as per the format and send the information to the office here as per the mentioned format.
