In pursuance of the above subject, as per the resolution of the concerned Education Department, the Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to standard-6 in Gnanshakti Residential Schools, Gnanshakti Tribal Residential Schools, Rakshashakti Schools and Model Schools and Chief Minister Gnanasetu Merit Scholarship Scheme for the academic year 2025-26 by the Education Department. ) to be held by the State Examination Board on 22/03/2025.
Students who have completed the course of Class-1 to 5 in Government and Granted Schools and studying in Class-V will be admitted in the said scheme schools on the basis of merit in Class-6 Common Entrance Examination in June-2025 and Chief Minister Gnanasetu Merit Scholarship (for studying in Class-6 to 12) Common Admission will be given on the basis of merit in the examination.
A student who has completed 5th standard in an independent school and is currently studying in 5th standard gets admission in Rakshashakti Schools (within the limit of 25% of total seats) as well as model schools of his own taluk for admission to standard 6th based on the merit of this Common Entrance Test (CET). will be able to.

The structure of this exam will be as follows.
- The entrance exam will be of multiple choice form and will be of multiple choice question- MCQ based form.
The question paper of the entrance exam will be of 120 marks and the duration will be 150 minutes.
The medium of entrance examination will be in Gujarati/English language.
The entrance exam will be on standard syllabus. Including Mathematics, Gujarati, English, Hindi and Environment
Subject and Logical Reasoning Ability Test and General Knowledge will be subject based questions.

ઉપરોક્ત વિષયના અનુસંધાને જણાવવાનું કે, સંદર્ભના શિક્ષણ વિભાગના ઠરાવ અન્વયે શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૫-૨૬ માટે જ્ઞાનશક્તિ રેસીડેન્સિયલ સ્કુલ્સ, જ્ઞાનશક્તિ ટ્રાયબલ રેસીડેન્સિયલ સ્કુલ્સ, રક્ષાશક્તિ સ્કુલ્સ અને મોડેલ સ્કુલ્સમાં ધોરણ-૬માં પ્રવેશ તેમજ મુખ્યમંત્રી જ્ઞાનસેતુ મેરીટ સ્કોલરશીપ યોજના માટેની કોમન પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષા (CET) રાજય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા તા.૨૨/૦૩/૨૦૨૫ના રોજ યોજાનાર છે.
સરકારી અને ગ્રાન્ટેડ શાળાઓમાં ધોરણ-૧ થી ૫ નો અભ્યાસક્રમ પૂર્ણ કરનાર તેમજ ધોરણ-પમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ઉકત યોજનાની શાળાઓમાં જુન-૨૦૨૫માં ધોરણ-૬માં કોમન પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષાના મેરીટના આધારે પ્રવેશ તથા મુખ્યમંત્રી જ્ઞાનસેતુ મેરીટ સ્કોલરશીપ (ધોરણ-૬ થી ૧૨ના અભ્યાસ માટે) કોમન પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષાના મેરીટને આધારે આપવામાં આવશે.
સ્વનિર્ભર શાળાઓમાં ધોરણ-૫ નો અભ્યાસ પૂર્ણ કરનાર અને હાલ ધોરણ-પમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીને રક્ષાશક્તિ સ્કુલ્સ (કુલ બેઠકના ૨૫% ની મર્યાદામાં) તેમજ પોતાના જ તાલુકાની મોડેલ સ્કુલ્સમાં ધોરણ-૬માં પ્રવેશ માટે આ કોમન પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષા (CET)ના મેરીટના આધારે પ્રવેશ મેળવી શકશે.
રાજય સરકાર દ્વારા આ રેસીડેન્સિયલ સ્કુલ્સમાં વિદ્યાર્થી વિનામૂલ્યે ધોરણ-૬ થી ૧૨ નું શિક્ષણ, રહેવા-જમવાની અદ્યતન સુવિધા સાથે મળનાર છે. તેમજ મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી જ્ઞાનસેતુ મેરીટ સ્કોલરશીપ (ધોરણ- ૬ થી ૧૨ ના અભ્યાસ માટે) ૩૦૦૦૦ પ્રતિભાશાળી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને આ કોમન પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષા (CET)ના મેરીટના આધારે મળશે.

વધુમાં જણાવવાનું કે, આગામી વર્ષે લેવાનાર કોમન એન્ટ્રન્સ ટેસ્ટ (CET) પરીક્ષાના ધોરણ-પના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ગત્ વર્ષની જેમ શૈક્ષણિક વિડીઓનું પ્રસારણ વિદ્યા સમીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર, (VSK) ના સ્ટુડિયો દ્વારા બાયસેગ નેટવર્કના માધ્યમથી નીચેની ચેનલ પર પ્રસારણ કરવામાં આવશે. જેની તારીખ અને સમયની જાણ અલાયદી કરવામાં આવશે.

- પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષા બહુવિકલ્પ સ્વરૂપની અને વિવિધ હેતુલક્ષી સ્વરૂપની (Multiple Choice Question- MCQ Based) રહેશે.
પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષાનું પ્રશ્નપત્ર ૧૨૦ ગુણનું તથા સમય ૧૫૦ મિનિટનો રહેશે.
