સંબંધિત પરીક્ષામાં લઘુત્તમ ક્વોલીફાઇંગ ગુણ મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પૈકી પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ(PSE)માં તાલુકા વાઇઝ રાજ્યનો કુલ ક્વોટા ૧૦૦૦ અને માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ પરીક્ષા(SSE)માં તાલુકા વાઇઝ રાજ્યનો ક્વોટા ૨૯૦૦ (ગ્રામ્ય-૧૫૦૦, શહેરી-૧૦૦૦, ટ્રાયબલ-૪૦૦) અનુસારની સંખ્યા મુજબ મહત્તમ ગુણ મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો જ મેરીટ યાદીમાં સમાવેશ કરવામાં આવે છે.

વિદ્યાર્થી પરીક્ષામાં મેળવેલ ગુણનું ગુણપત્રક www.sebexam.org વેબસાઇટ પર આપેલ "Result" ઓપ્શનમાં વિદ્યાર્થીનો બેઠક નંબર અથવા UDISE અને જન્મ તારીખ નાખી ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકશે.

નિયત ક્વોટામાં જોગવાઇઓ મુજબ પાત્રતા ધરાવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સ્કોલરશીપ મળવાપાત્ર થશે. નિયત ક્વોટામાં સમાવેશ થવા પાત્ર કટ ઓફ માર્કસની વિગતો હવે પછી વેબસાઇટ ઉપરથી જાણી શકાશે. તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને માર્કશીટ અત્રેથી દરેક જિલ્લાના તમામ તાલુકા બી.આર.સી. મારફતે મોકલવામાં આવશે.

મેરીટમાં આવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓની યાદી ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ કમિશ્નરની કચેરી, ગાંધીનગરને મોકલી આપવામાં આવશે. ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ કમિશ્નરની કચેરી, ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા સંબંધિત જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી તથા જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રીની કચેરી મારફતે શિષ્યવૃત્તિની ચૂકવણી કરવામાં આવશે.

A minimum score of 35% (42 marks) in the relevant examination is considered as the qualifying mark.

Among the students who have secured the minimum qualifying marks in the relevant examination, only those students who have secured the maximum marks as per the total quota of Taluka Wise State in Primary Education Scholarship (PSE) of 1000 and Taluka Wise State in Secondary Education Scholarship Examination (SSE) of 2900 (Rural-1500, Urban-1000, Tribal-400) are included in the merit list.

Students can download the mark sheet of the marks obtained in the examination by entering the student's seat number or UDISE and date of birth in the "Result" option provided on the website www.sebexam.org.

Students who are eligible as per the provisions of the prescribed quota will be eligible for scholarship. Details of the cut off marks eligible for inclusion in the prescribed quota will be available on the website from now on. Mark sheets for all students will be sent from here to all the talukas of each district through BRC.

The list of students who will appear in the merit list will be sent to the Office of the Commissioner of Higher Education, Gandhinagar. The Office of the Commissioner of Higher Education, Gandhinagar will pay the scholarship through the concerned District Primary Education Officer and the District Education Officer.
