નેશનલ સ્ટેટિસ્ટિકલ ઑફિસ (NSO)ના ડેટા દર્શાવે છે કે નાણાકીય વર્ષ 2024-25 ના જુલાઈ- સપ્ટેમ્બર ક્વાર્ટરમાં કૃષિ ક્ષેત્રે ૩.૬ ટકા વૃદ્ધિ નોંધાવી હતી, જે એક વર્ષ અગાઉના સમાન સમયગાળામાં 1.7 ટકા હતી. મેન્યૂફેક્ચરિંગ સેક્ટરનો વિકાસ દર છેલ્લા ત્રિમાસિક ગાળામાં ઘટીને 2.2 ટકા થયો હતો, જ્યારે એક વર્ષ અગાઉ તેણે 14.3 ટકાની વૃદ્ધિ નોંધાવી હતી.

બીજા ત્રિમાસિક ગાળાનાGDPના આંકડા આવવાથી ચાલુ નાણાકીય વર્ષના પ્રથમ અર્ધવાર્ષિક ગાળામાં GDP વૃદ્ધિ છ ટકા રહેવાનો અંદાજ છે. ગયા નાણાકીય વર્ષના પ્રથમ છ મહિનામાં GDP ગ્રોથ 8.2 ટકા હતો. ચાલુ નાણાકીય વર્ષના પ્રથમ ત્રિમાસિક ગાળામાં GDP વૃદ્ધિ 6.7 ટકા પર યથાવત રહી.

નાણાકીય વર્ષ 2024-25ના પ્રથમ 7 મહિનામાં કેન્દ્રનું રાજકોષીય નુકસાન આખા વર્ષના લક્ષ્યાંકના 46.5 ટકા સુધી પહોંચી ગયું. શુક્રવારે સરકારી આંકડામાં આ માહિતી આપવામાં આવી છે. કંટ્રોલર જનરલ ઓફ એકાઉન્ટ્સ (CGA)ના ડેટા અનુસાર, એપ્રિલ-ઓક્ટોબરના સમયગાળા દરમિયાન રાજકોષીય નુકસાન રૂ. 7,50,824 કરોડ. સરકારના ખર્ચ અને આવક વચ્ચેના તફાવતને રાજકોષીય નુકસાન કહેવામાં આવે છે. નાણાકીય વર્ષ 2023-24ના સમાન સમયગાળામાં નુકસાન, બજેટ અંદાજના 45 ટકા હતું.

The GDP growth in the first half of the current financial year is estimated to be six per cent with the second quarter GDP figures coming in. GDP growth was 8.2 percent in the first half of the last financial year. GDP growth remained unchanged at 6.7 percent in the first quarter of the current financial year.

The fiscal loss was 46.5 percent.
