નિયામકશ્રી, પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયામકની કચેરીના તા.૧૬/૦૮/૨૦૨૪ ના પત્ર ક્રમાંક:-પ્રાશિનિ/મકમ/ક.૧ /કે.નિ./૨૦૨૪/1796 થી મદદનીશ કેળવણી નિરીક્ષક માટેની Special Competitive Exam નું આયોજન કરવા રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડને જણાવવામાં આવેલ છે. રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા નીચેની વિગતે આ પરીક્ષાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવેલ છે. આ પરીક્ષા માટે લાયકાત, અનુભવ, ઉંમર વગેરે બાબતો નિયામકશ્રી પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણના તા.૧૬/૦૮/૨૦૨૪ના પત્ર મુજબ રાખવામાં આવેલ છે. રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા આ જાહેરનામાં અંતર્ગત નીચેની વિગતે પરીક્ષાના આયોજન કરી પરીક્ષાનું પરિણામ નિયામકશ્રી પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયામકની કચેરીને આપવામાં આવશે. આગળની પ્રક્રિયા નિયામકશ્રી, પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયામકની કચેરી દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે.

The candidate who possesses the requisite qualifications, for the post of Assistant Education Inspector, Class III, in the Subordinate Services of the Directorate of Primary Education or Respective District or Municipal Primary Education Committee, prescribed under the relevant recruitment rules (i.e-2.(A)(I) have worked for not less than five years in the cadre of Head Teacher (HTAT). Class III in the subordinate service of the Directorate of Primary Education. Guiarat State or District Primary Education Committee or Municipal Primary Education Committee) shall be eligible for admission to the Examination. Provided that no person shall be eligible to appear in the examination if any department inquiry or legal matter regarding seniority or date of appointment is pending before the court of law on the date of application.
વ્યક્તિગત માહિતી, શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, અનુભવ તેમજ અન્ય વિગતોની વિગતોની ચકાસણી બઢતી/ભરતી પસંદગી સમિતિ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે અને આ અંગે બઢતી/ભરતી પસંદગી સમિતિનો નિર્ણય જ અંતિમ રહેશે. રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ ફી ભરેલ તમામ ઉમેદવારોને પરીક્ષામાં બેસવા તક આપશે. તેથી પરીક્ષા આપી પાસ થવાથી બઢતી/ભરતી માટે લાયક ગણી શકાશે તેવો દાવો કરી શકાશે નહી. આ અંગે બઢતી/ભરતી સમિતિ જે નિર્ણય લે તે આખરી ગણાશે.
નોંધ :
બઢતી માટેની કાર્યવાહી :
બઢતી/ભરતી સમિતિ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે. નિયામકશ્રી પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણની કચેરીની મળેલ સુચના મુજબ જે HTAT મુખ્ય શિક્ષક જે જિલ્લા/નગર પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ સમિતિમાં હાલ ફરજ બજાવતા હોય તેજ જિલ્લા/નગર પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ સમિતિની આ જગ્યા માટે લાયક ગણાશે.
• કસોટીનું માળખુ:
શિક્ષણ વિભાગના તા. ૦૭-૦૮-૨૦૨૩ના જાહેરનામાં ક્રમાંક:જીએચ/એસએચ/૨૯/પીઆરઇ/૧૧૨૦૨૧ /એસએફ-૧૯/કે મુજબ નીચે પ્રમાણે રહેશે.
આ કસોટી બહુવિકલ્પ સ્વરૂપની અને વિવિધ હેતુલક્ષી સ્વરૂપની (Multiple Choice Question Based- MCQs) अने (Without books only) રહેશે.
આ કસોટી બે વિભાગમાં રહેશે. વિભાગ-૧ માં ૫૦ પ્રશ્નો તથા વિભાગ-૨ માં ૧૫૦ પ્રશ્નો રહેશે.
આ કસોટીના બંન્ને વિભાગ અને તમામ પ્રશ્નો ફરજીયાત રહેશે. આ કસોટીના બંન્ને વિભાગનું સળંગ એક જ પ્રશ્નપત્ર રહેશે.
આ કસોટીમાં વિવિધ હેતુલક્ષી કુલ ૨૦૦ પ્રશ્નો માટેના પ્રશ્નપત્રનો સળંગ સમય ૧૨૦ મિનીટનો રહેશે.

આ કસોટીઓના મુલ્યાંકનમાં કોઇ નકારાત્મક મુલ્યાંકન રહેશે નહી.
પ્રશ્નપત્રનો અભ્યાસક્રમ શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા વખતો વખત ઠરાવવામાં આવે તે મુજબનો રહેશે.
+ પરીક્ષા ફી:
SC અને ST કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવારો માટે પરીક્ષા ફી 400/- (ચારસો પુરા) + 18% GST જયારે (SC અને ST કેટેગરી સિવાયના) અન્ય તમામ કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવારો માટેની પરીક્ષા ફી 500/- (પાંચસો પુરા) 18% GST ફી ભરવાની રહેશે. આ ઉપરાંત સર્વિસ ચાર્જ અલગથી રહેશે.
કોઇપણ સંજોગોમા ભરેલ ફી પરત કરવામાં આવશે નહિ.
* ફી ભરવાની પધ્ધતિ:
ઉમેદવારે ઓનલાઈન પેમેન્ટ ગેટ વે દ્વારા DEBIT CARD/NET BANKING/CREDIT CARD/UPI थी પરીક્ષા ફી ભરી શકશે. ઓનલાઇન ફી જમા કરાવવા માટે Print Application/Pay Fees" ઉપર ક્લીક કરવું અને વિગતો ભરવી. ત્યાર બાદ Online Payment" ઉપર ક્લીક કરવું. ત્યારબાદ આપેલ વિકલ્પોમાં Net Banking of fee" અથવા Other Payment Mode" ના વિકલ્પોમાંથી યોગ્ય વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવો અને આગળની વિગતો ભરવી. ફી જમા થયા બાદ આપને આપની ફી જમા થઇ ગઇ છે તેવું screen પર લખાયેલું આવશે. અને e-receipt મળશે જેની પ્રિન્ટ કાઢી લેવી. જો પ્રક્રિયામાં કોઇ ખામી હશે તો screen પર આપની ફી ભરાયેલ નથી તેમ જોવા મળશે.
ઓનલાઇન ફી ભરનાર ઉમેદવારે જો તેના બેંક ખાતામાંથી ફીની રકમ કપાયા બાદ ફીની e-receipt જનરેટ ન થઇ હોય તો તેવા ઉમેદવારોએ તાત્કાલિક રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડનો ઇ-મેલ (gseb21@gmail.com) થી સંપર્ક કરવાનો રહેશે.
• પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર:
પરીક્ષા માટે નોંધાયેલ ઉમેદવારોની સંખ્યા તથા પરીક્ષાલક્ષી વહીવટી અનુકૂળતા અનુસાર રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા ગુજરાત રાજ્યમાં જ કસોટી/પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રો નક્કી કરવામાં આવશે. ઉમેદવારે બોર્ડ દ્વારા ફાળવવામાં આવેલ પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર પર સ્વખર્ચે પરીક્ષા આપવા ઉપસ્થિત રહેવાનું રહેશે.
• પ્રશ્નપત્રના માધ્યમ:
પ્રશ્નપત્રનું માધ્યમ ગુજરાતી રહેશે.
• અગત્યની સુચનાઓ:
1. ફોર્મ ભરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ પછીથી વેબસાઈટ નિયમિત જોતા રહેવું આવશ્યક છે.
2. પરીક્ષા સંબંધી વિગતોથી સતત માહિતગાર થવા માટે http://www.sebexam.org વેબસાઈટ જોતા રહેવાનું રહશે.
3. ઓનલાઈન અરજીપત્રકમાં દર્શાવેલ વિગતો અંગે રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા ખરાઈ કરવામાં આવતી નથી. આથી વ્યક્તિગત માહિતી, શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, અનુભવ તેમજ અન્ય વિગત માટે ઉમેદવાર પોતે જવાબદાર રહે છે.
4. આ કસોટી માટે રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ, ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા આવેદનપત્ર ઓનલાઇન ભરાવવામાં આવે છે અને તેમાં જે માહિતી માંગેલ હોય તે માહિતીની વિગતો ઉમેદવાર દ્વારા છુપાવવામાં આવી હોય અથવા ખોટી માહિતી આપવાનું બોર્ડને માલુમ પડશે તો તેવા ઉમેદવારના પરિણામ રદ કરવાનો નિર્ણય અધ્યક્ષશ્રી, રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ લેશે. પરીક્ષાલક્ષી તમામ બાબતો માટે અધ્યક્ષશ્રી રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડનો નિર્ણય આખરી રહેશે.
5. ઉમેદવારે પોતે ભરેલ ફોર્મની વિગત સાચી છે તેવું પ્રમાણપત્ર ઓનલાઈન આપવાનું રહેતુ હોઈ જો કોઈ ખોટી વિગત રજુ કરશે તો તેનુ ફોર્મ રદ થવા પાત્ર બનશે તથા તેની સામે ફોજદારી ગુનો બનશે.
6. વ્યક્તિગત માહિતી, શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, અનુભવ તેમજ અન્ય વિગતોની ચકાસણી ભરતી પસંદગી સમિતિ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે અને આ અંગે ભરતી પસંદગી સમિતિનો નિર્ણય જ અંતિમ રહેશે.
7. અનુસૂચિત જાતિના તેમજ અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિના કિસ્સામાં સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્ર હોવું જરૂરી છે.
8. જે ઉમેદવારે નિયત પરીક્ષા ફીની પે સ્લીપની રસીદ મેળવેલ હશે તે જ ઉમેદવાર પોતાની કમ્પ્યુટરાઈઝ હોલટિકિટ પોતાનો કન્ફર્મેશન નંબર અને જન્મ તારીખ નાખી ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકશે.
9. ઉમેદવારે હોલટિકિટ ડાઉનલોડ કર્યા બાદ તેની નીચે/પાછળ આપેલી સૂચનાઓનો વિગતવાર અભ્યાસ કરવો. OMR શીટ પર છાપેલ તમામ સૂચનાઓનો વિગતવાર અભ્યાસ કરવો ખૂબ જ જરૂરી છે. જેથી પરીક્ષા સમયે કોઈ ગુંચવણ ઊભી ન થાય.
10. આ કસોટીમાં અનુસૂચિત જાતિ અને અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિ કેટેગરી ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોના કિસ્સામાં વિભાગ-૧ અને ૨ બંન્નેમાં મળી ઓછામાં ઓછા 35% (70 ગુણ) મેળવેલ હશે તો જ પાસ ગણાશે.
11. (SC અને ST કેટેગરી સિવાયના) અન્ય તમામ કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવારો માટે વિભાગ-૧ અને ર બંન્નેમાં મળી ઓછામાં ઓછા 40% (80 ગુણ) મેળવેલ હશે તો જ પાસ ગણાશે.
નોંધ: આ પરીક્ષાનું માળખુ, પરીક્ષા પધ્ધતિ અને બાકીની સુચનાઓ પરીક્ષા પહેલા સરકારશ્રીના વખતોવખતના ઠરાવો, સુચનાઓ અને જોગવાઈઓને આધિન રહેશે.
12. રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા લેવાઈ રહેલ આ કસોટી બાબતે ઉમેદવારોને લાલચ કે છેતરપીંડી આચરે તેવા અસામાજિક તત્વોથી સાવધ રહેવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે. કોઈપણ પ્રકારાની લાગવગ/દબાણ લાવનાર ઉમેદવારને ગેરલાયક ઠરાવીને શિક્ષાત્મક કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે.
13. ઉકત જાહેરાત અન્વયે વધુ માહિતીની જરૂર જણાય તો કચેરીના ચાલુ કામકાજના દિવસે કચેરી સમય દરમિયાન બોર્ડની કચેરીના હેલ્પલાઈન નંબર (079) 23248461, 23248462 ઉપર સંપર્ક કરી શકાશે.
• ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવાની રીત :
આ જાહેરાતના સંદર્ભમાં રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા તા:૧૧/૧૨/૨૦૨૪ થી તા:૨૬/૧૨/૨૦૨૪ દરમિયાન http://www.sebexam.org પર ઓનલાઈન જ અરજીપત્રક સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે. ઉમેદવારે નિયત કરેલ ફોર્મ ઓનલાઈન ભરવા માટેની સૂચનાઓ નીચે મુજબની છે. ઉમેદવારે અરજી કરવા માટે નીચે મુજબના સ્ટેપ્સ અનુસરવાના રહેશે.
અરજી ફોર્મ ચોકસાઈપૂર્વક online ભરવાનું રહેશે. નામ, અટક, જન્મ તારીખ, જાતિ (કેટેગરી) કે અન્ય કોઈ બાબતે પાછળથી બોર્ડ દ્વારા સુધારો કરવામાં આવશે નહી. જેની ખાસ નોંધ લેવી.

સૌ પ્રથમ http://www.sebexam.org પર જવું.
"Apply Online" પર Click કરવું.
Apply Now પર Click કરવાથી Application Format દેખાશે. Application Format માં સૌ પ્રથમ Personal Details ઉમેદવારે ભરવી. (અહીં લાલ(*) ફુદડીની નિશાની જયાં હોય તેની વિગતો ફરજિયાત ભરવાની રહેશે.)
Educational Details ઉપર Click કરીને તેની વિગતો પૂરેપૂરી ભરવી.
હવે Save પર Click કરવાથી તમારો Data Save થશે. અહીં ઉમેદવારનો Application Number Generate થશે. જે ઉમેદવારે સાચવીને રાખવાનો રહેશે.
હવે પેજના ઉપરના ભાગમાં Upload Photo પર click કરો. અહીં તમારો Application Number Type કરો અને તમારી Birth Date Type કરો. ત્યાર બાદ OK પર Click કરો. અહીં Photo અને Signature upload કરવાના છે. Photo અને Signature upload કરવા સૌ પ્રથમ તમારો Photo અને Signature JPG Format માં (15 KB) સાઈઝથી વધારે નહીં તે રીતે સોફ્ટકોપીમાં હોવા જોઈએ. Letter No. dated 16/08/2024 from the Office of the Director of Primary Education:- Prashini/Makam/K.1/K.N./2024/1796 informing the State Examination Board to organize the Special Competitive Exam for Assistant Education Inspector. is This exam is organized by the State Examination Board as per below details. Qualification, experience, age etc. for this examination are kept as per the letter dated 16/08/2024 of the Director of Primary Education. Under this announcement, the State Examination Board will organize the examination in the following details and the result of the examination will be given to the office of the Director of Primary Education. Further processing will be done by the office of the Director, Primary Education.

The candidate who possesses the requisite qualifications, for the post of Assistant Education Inspector, Class III, in the Subordinate Services of the Directorate of Primary Education or Respective District or Municipal Primary Education Committee, prescribed under the relevant recruitment rules (i.e-2.(A)(I) have worked for not less than five years in the cadre of Head Teacher (HTAT). Class III in the subordinate service of the Directorate of Primary Education. Guiarat State or District Primary Education Committee or Municipal Primary Education Committee) shall be eligible for admission to the Examination. Provided that no person shall be eligible to appear in the examination if any department inquiry or legal matter regarding seniority or date of appointment is pending before the court of law on the date of application.
The details of personal information, educational qualification, experience and other details will be verified by the Promotion/Recruitment Selection Committee and the decision of the Promotion/Recruitment Selection Committee will be final. The State Examination Board will give opportunity to all fee paying candidates to appear in the examination. Therefore, passing the examination cannot be claimed to qualify for promotion/recruitment. The decision taken by the promotion/recruitment committee will be final.
The procedure for promotion will be done by the Promotion/Recruitment Committee. As per the instructions received from the Office of the Director of Primary Education, the HTAT Head Teacher who is currently serving in the District/Town Primary Education Committee will be considered eligible for this post in the District/Town Primary Education Committee.
• Test Structure:

This test is of multiple choice form and different objective form (Multiple Choice Question Based- MCQs) and (Without books only) 2300.
This test will be in two sections. There will be 50 questions in section-1 and 150 questions in section-2.
Both sections and all questions of this test will be compulsory. There will be a single question paper for both the sections of this test.
In this test, the duration of the question paper will be 120 minutes for a total of 200 questions on various objectives.
The medium of the question paper will be Gujarati.

Examination fee for SC and ST category candidates is 400/- (four hundred whole) + 18% GST whereas for all other category candidates (except SC and ST category) the examination fee is 500/- (five hundred whole) 18% GST fee. Apart from this, the service charge will be separate.

* Fee Payment Method:
Candidates can pay the exam fee through online payment gateway through DEBIT CARD/NET BANKING/CREDIT CARD/UPI. Click on "Print Application/Pay Fees" to deposit the fee online and fill in the details. Then click on "Online Payment". Then select the appropriate option from the options of Net Banking of fee" or Other Payment Mode" in the given options and fill the further details. After depositing the fee, it will be written on the screen that your fee has been deposited. And you will get e-receipt which should be printed. If there is any error in the process, your fee will be shown as not paid on the screen.
Candidates who have paid the fee online, if the fee e-receipt has not been generated after deducting the fee amount from their bank account, then such candidates should immediately contact the State Examination Board through e-mail (gseb21@gmail.com).
• Examination Centre:
According to the number of candidates registered for the examination and examination-oriented administrative convenience, the test/examination centers will be decided by the State Examination Board in the state of Gujarat itself. The candidate has to attend the examination at the examination center allotted by the board at his/her own expense.

• Important Tips:

3. The details mentioned in the online application form are not verified by the State Examination Board. Hence the candidate himself remains responsible for personal information, educational qualification, experience and other details.
4. The application form is filled online by the State Examination Board, Gandhinagar for this test and if the details of the information sought by the candidate have been concealed or false information is found by the board, the decision to cancel the result of the candidate will be taken by the Chairman, State Examination Board. . The decision of the Chairman State Examination Board shall be final for all examination related matters.
5. The candidate has to give a certificate online that the details of the form filled by him/herself are correct, if any person submits wrong details, his/her form will be liable to be canceled and a criminal offense will be committed against him/her.
6. Verification of personal information, educational qualification, experience and other details will be done by the Recruitment Selection Committee and the decision of the Recruitment Selection Committee will be final.
7. In case of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes caste certificate from competent authority is required.
8. Candidates who have received the payment slip of the prescribed examination fee can download their computerized hall ticket by entering their confirmation number and date of birth.
9. Candidate should study the instructions given below/behind the hall ticket in detail after downloading it. It is very important to study all the instructions printed on the OMR sheet in detail. So that no confusion arises at the time of examination.
10. In case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories in this test, a minimum of 35% (70 marks) obtained in both Section-1 and Section-2 will be considered pass.
11. Candidates belonging to all other categories (except SC and ST category) will be considered pass if they have obtained at least 40% (80 marks) in both Section-I and Section-R.
Note: The structure of this examination, examination pattern and other instructions shall be subject to the resolutions, instructions and provisions of the Government from time to time prior to the examination.
12. Candidates are advised to beware of any anti-social elements who may lure or cheat in this examination conducted by the State Examination Board. Candidates who bring any form of harassment/pressure will be disqualified and penal action will be taken.

• How to Apply Online :
In terms of this advertisement, the application form will be accepted by the State Examination Board from 11/12/2024 to 26/12/2024 at http://www.sebexam.org. Following are the instructions for the candidate to fill the prescribed form online. Candidates have to follow the following steps to apply.
The application form has to be filled online accurately. Name, surname, date of birth, caste (category) or any other matter will not be amended later by the board. Take special note of that.
The entire form has to be filled in English.
First go to http://www.sebexam.org.

Clicking on Apply Now will show the Application Format. Candidate must first fill Personal Details in Application Format. (Details where there is a red(*) asterisk mark must be filled here.)
Click on Educational Details and fill the details completely.
Now clicking on Save will save your data. Here the application number of the candidate will be generated. Which the candidate has to keep.
Now click on Upload Photo at the top of the page. Here Type your Application Number and Type your Birth Date. After that click on OK. Photo and Signature are to be uploaded here. To upload photo and signature, first of all your photo and signature should be in soft copy in JPG format (15 KB) in size. Click on Browse Button. Now, from the screen of Choose File, select the file in which your Photo Store is in JPG format, as well as the file in which your Sign Store is stored, as well as all the files in which Certificates are stored and click on the Open Button. And click on Upload Button, now your Photo, Sign and all your Certificates will appear next to it.
Now click on Confirm Application at the top of the page and after entering the Application Number and Birth Date Type, click on Submit, the Application Preview will appear and you have to click on Confirm Application to confirm your application.
Further, if the candidate has made any mistake in his name, surname, date of birth or category while filling the details, then the candidate should take special care that no correction will be made later.
By clicking on Confirm Application, the candidate's application will be accepted online in the board. Confirm Number will be generated here. Which is necessary for all the subsequent procedures, the candidate has to save. Candidates have to show their Confirmation Number while making any correspondence or presentation with the Board.
