સંદર્ભ- તા-22.11.2024ના રોજ નોંધ પર માન.એસપીડીશ્રીની મળેલ મંજૂરી અન્વયે.

શ્રીમાન,

ઉપરોકત વિષય અન્વયે જણાવવાનું કે, દર વર્ષે રાજ્યની સરકારી શાળાઓમાં ધોરણ-9 માં અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પ્રતિભાને ઓળખવા માટે ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ દ્વારા યોજવામાં આવતી ટેલેન્ટ સર્ચ એક્ઝામમાં (પ્રખરતા શોધ કસોટી)માં ભાગ લેતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ફી સરભર કરવા શાળાઓને PAB માં મંજૂર થયેલ બજેટમાંથી ગ્રાન્ટ ફાળવવામાં આવે છે.

PAB 2024-25 અને PM SHRI શાળાઓના બજેટમાં "Talent Search at school level " હેડ અંતર્ગત સરકારી શાળા (Dept. Of education, KGBV, RMSA School, Model School (Central Govt.), Model Day School (State Govt.), Local Body, Municipal School Board (MSB) Social Welfare Dept., Tribal Welfare Department)નાં ધોરણ : 9 નાં કુલ 83985 બાળકો અને 3173 PM SHRI શાળાના બાળકો માટે બાળક દીઠ ₹100 મંજૂર થયેલ છે.

હાલની પ્રસ્થાપિત પદ્ધતિ :

ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ દ્વારા દર વર્ષે સંભવિત ફેબ્રુઆરી માસમાં ધોરણ-9નાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે આ પરીક્ષા માટેનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવે છે. અન્ય શાળાની જેમ સરકારી શાળા બાળકોનાં ફોર્મ ભરવા સાથે પરીક્ષા ફી ભરવાની થાય છે. સમગ્ર શિક્ષા કચેરી દ્વારા સરકારી શાળાનાં ધોરણ:9નાં તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સંખ્યા મુજબ મંજૂર બજેટ અનુસાર જિલ્લાઓને ગ્રાન્ટ ફાળવવામાં આવે છે અને આ ગ્રાન્ટ જિલ્લા દ્વારા શાળાને ફાળવવામાં આવે છે. શાળાઓ દ્વારા ભરવામાં આવેલ પરીક્ષા ફી ઉપરોક્ત ગ્રાન્ટમાંથી ખર્ચ કરવામાં આવે છે. આમ, પરીક્ષા ફી પેટે આપવામાં આવતી રકમ ઉક્ત લાંબી વહીવટી પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ કર્યા બાદ ફી સ્વરૂપે ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડમાં જ પરત આવે છે.

નવી સૂચિત પદ્ધતિ :

ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ દ્વારા પ્રખરતા શોધ કસોટીનાં જાહેરનામામાં सरडारी ॥०॥ (Dept. Of education, KGBV, RMSA School, Model School (Central Govt.), Model Day School (State Govt.), Local Body, Municipal School Board (MSB) Social Welfare Dept., Tribal Welfare Department)નાં બાળકો માટે પરીક્ષા ફ્રી શૂન્ય (₹ 0/-) દર્શાવવામાં આવે. તે જ મુજબ આ શાળાઓ માટે કસોટીના આવેદનપત્ર ભરવાની માટેના પોર્ટલમાં પણ આનુંષગિક ફેરફાર કરવામાં આવે.

કસોટીના આવેદનપત્ર ભરવાની પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ થવા બાદ ઉક્ત શાળાનાં જેટલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ આવેદનપત્ર ભરેલ હોય તેઓની ફીની કુલ રકમ સમગ્ર શિક્ષા, ગુજરાત દ્વારા ગ્રાન્ટ સ્વરૂપે ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ, ગાંધીનગરને ફાળવણી કરવામાં આવશે. આમ, સૂચિત પદ્ધતિ મુજબ ફેરફાર કરવાથી સરકારી તંત્રનાં માનવબળનાં સમયની બચત થશે તેમજ વહીવટી પ્રક્રિયાના સરળીકરણથા વધુ બાળકો કસોટીમાં ભાગ લેતા થશે.

ઉક્ત વિગત ધ્યાને લઇ વિદ્યાર્થીઓના હિતમાં નવી સૂચિત પદ્ધતિ મુજબ ફેરફાર કરવા વિનંતી છે.

sir,

According to the above subject, schools are approved in PAB to reimburse the fees of students studying in class-9 in state government schools every year participating in the Talent Search Exam (Pakharta Sokhta Kasai) conducted by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education to identify talent. The grant is allocated from the budget.

In the budget of PAB 2024-25 and PM SHRI schools under the head "Talent Search at school level" (Dept. Of Education, KGBV, RMSA School, Model School (Central Govt.), Model Day School (State Govt.), Local Body, Municipal School Board (MSB) Social Welfare Dept., Tribal Welfare Department) Standard : ₹ 100 per child for a total of 83985 children of 9 and 3173 PM SHRI school children. is approved.

Currently established method:

Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education organizes this examination for the students of Class-9 every year in the month of February. Like any other school, government school children have to pay the exam fee along with filling the forms. Grants are allocated to the districts as per the budget approved by the entire education office as per the number of students of class 9 of the government school and this grant is allocated to the school by the district. The examination fee paid by the schools is met from the above grant. Thus, the amount paid as examination fee is longer After completing the administrative process, the fee returns to the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education itself.

New Proposed Method:

Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Sardari in Notification of Agility Search Test ॥0॥ Examination for children of (Dept. Of Education, KGBV, RMSA School, Model School (Central Govt.), Model Day School (State Govt.), Local Body, Municipal School Board (MSB) Social Welfare Dept., Tribal Welfare Department) Free zero (₹ 0/-) should be displayed. Accordingly, the portal for filling the examination application form for these schools should also be changed accordingly.

After the completion of the process of filling the application form of the test, the total amount of fees of the students of the said school who have filled the application form will be allocated by the entire Shiksha, Gujarat in the form of a grant to the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Gandhinagar. Thus, the change in the proposed method will save the manpower time of the government system and simplify the administrative process and more children will participate in the test.

It is requested to change the new proposed system in the interest of the students by considering the above details.

ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ, ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા માન્યતા પ્રાપ્ત રાજ્યની તમામ માધ્યમિક શાળાઓના આચાર્યશ્રીઓને જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે ધોરણ-9ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓની પ્રતિભા બહાર લાવવા માટે આયોજિત થતી પ્રખરતા શોધ કસોટી ચાલુ વર્ષે તા.30/01/2025ના રોજ લેવામાં આવનાર છે. પ્રખરતા શોધ કસોટી(TST)ના આવેદનપત્રો તા.26/11/2024 થી તા.10/12/2024 દરમ્યાન બોર્ડની વેબસાઇટ gseb.org અથવા prakharata.gseb.org પરથી ફક્ત ઓનલાઈન ભરી શકાશે. પ્રખરતા શોધ કસોટીના આવેદનપત્રો ભરવા અંગેની જરૂરી વિગતો બોર્ડની વેબસાઇટ ઉપર મૂકવામાં આવશે. પરીક્ષા માટે આવેદન કરનારે બેંક ખાતા મુજબનું નામ, બેંક ખાતા નંબર, બેંકની શાખા, IFSC CODE વગેરે જેવી વિગતો પોતાની બેંક પાસબુકને આધારે કાળજીપૂર્વક ભરવાની રહેશે. પરિણામ બાદ મેરીટમાં આવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પુરસ્કારની રકમ આવેદનપત્રમાં દર્શાવેલ બેંક ખાતામાં જ જમા કરવામાં આવશે. જેની તમામ સંબંધિતોએ નોંધ લેવા અને સમય મર્યાદામાં આવેદનપત્રો ભરવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે.

The principals of all secondary schools of the state recognized by Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Gandhinagar are informed that the aptitude test conducted to bring out the talent of the students of class-9 will be conducted this year on 30/01/2025. Application forms of Prakharata Search Test (TST) can be filled online only from Board website gseb.org or prakharata.gseb.org from 26/11/2024 to 10/12/2024. Necessary details regarding filling of application forms of diligence search test will be placed on the website of the board. Applicants for the examination have to fill the details like bank account wise name, bank account number, bank branch, IFSC CODE etc. carefully based on their bank passbook. After the result, the award amount will be credited to the bank account mentioned in the application form for the meritorious students. All concerned are requested to take note and fill the application forms within the time limit.

ઉપરોક્ત વિષય અન્વયે જણાવવાનું કે ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ, ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા જાહેર કરવામાં આવેલ શાળાકીય પ્રવૃત્તિ કેલેન્ડર વર્ષ 2024-25માં દર્શાવ્યા મુજબ ધોરણ-9ની પ્રખરતા શોધ કસોટી તારીખ-30/01/2025ના રોજ યોજાનાર છે. આ પરીક્ષામાં વધુ ને વધુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ભાગ લે તે માટે આપની કક્ષાએથી જાણ કરવાની રહેશે.

All the students of Tribal Welfare Department) and PM SHRI schools are instructed to apply to the Principal of each school and form this examination from 26/11/2024. Can be filled on board website till 5.00 pm on 10/12/2024. Grant of all government schools to be paid by Toto Shiksha, Gandhinagar to Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Gandhinagar. So, it is requested to give the instruction to the principal of all the secondary schools through you that all the students should apply. All the details of the students who have applied have to be sent to this office.

Government schools will not have to pay fees while grant-in-aid schools and self-supporting schools will have to pay the following fees.
