અગ્ર મુખ્ય વન સંરક્ષકશ્રી અને હેડ ઓફ ફોરેસ્ટ ફોર્સ, ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા તા.૨૦/૧૦/૨૦૨૨ના રોજ જાહેરાત ક્રમાંકઃ Forest/202223/1 "વનરક્ષક" વર્ગ-૩ સંવર્ગની તા.૦૮/૦૨/૨૦૨૪ થી તા.૨૭/૦૨/૨૦૨૪ દરમ્યાન યોજાયેલ MCQ-CBRT (Computer Based Recruitment Test) લેખિત પરીક્ષા તેમજ ત્યારબાદ તા.૦૫/૧૦/૨૦૨૪ થી તા.૦૮/૧૦/૨૦૨૪ના રોજ વન અને પર્યાવરણ વિભાગ દ્વારા લેવામાં આવેલ શારીરિક ક્ષમતા કસોટીમાં સફળ થયેલા ઉમેદવારોની ઉમેદવારોએ MCQ-CBRT (Computer Based Recruitment Test) લેખિત પરીક્ષામાં મેળવેલ ગુણના મેરીટસ આધારે પસંદગી/પ્રતિક્ષા યાદીમાં સમાવવાપાત્ર સંભવિત ઉમેદવારો કે જેઓના અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણી કરવાની થાય છે તેવા ઉમેદવારોના MCQ-CBRT (Computer Based Recruitment Test) परिक्षामा मेनवेल गुराना मेरीट प्रमाणे જિલ્લાવાર ઉમેદવારોની યાદી આ સાથે પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવામાં આવે છે.

ઉકત સીધી ભરતી માટે પ્રમાણપત્ર ચકાસણી માટે લાયક ઠરેલા ઉમેદવારોના અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણીના કાર્યક્રમ તા. ૧૧/૧૧/૨૦૨૪ થી તા. ૧૪/૧૧/૨૦૨૪ દરમિયાન આયોજન કરવામાં આવેલ છે.

આજરોજ પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવામાં આવેલ ઉમેદવારોની યાદીના સીરીયલ નંબર પ્રમાણેના ઉમેદવારોએ નીચે દર્શાવેલ તારીખ અને સમય દરમ્યાન અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રની ચકાસણી માટે ઉપસ્થિત થવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે.

સૂચનાઓઃ-

(৭) પ્રસ્તુત યાદીમાં, ઉમેદવારોએ MCQ-CBRT (Computer Based Recruitment Test) પરીક્ષામાં ઉમેદવારે પસંદ કરેલ જિલ્લા માટે જિલ્લાવાઇઝ મેળવેલ ગુણના મેરીટસ, લઘુત્તમ લાયકી ગુણ અને કેટેગરી વાઈઝ ભરવાની થતી જગ્યાઓના આધારે પસંદગી યાદીમાં સમાવવાપાત્ર સંભવિત ઉમેદવારો કે જેઓને અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણી સારૂ બોલાવવાના થાય છે તેવા ઉમેદવારોનો સમાવેશ કરવામાં આવેલ છે.

(२) ઉપર દર્શાવેલ યાદીમાં સમાવેશ થયેલ ઉમેદવારોના અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણીને અંતે લાયક ઠરેલ ઉમેદવારોની સંખ્યા અને જાહેરાતમાં દર્શાવેલ કેટેગરી વાઇઝ ભરવાની થતી જગ્યાઓની વિગતો ધ્યાને લઇ ઉમેદવારોએ પરીક્ષામાં મેળવેલ ગુણના મેરીટસ આધારે કેટેગરી પ્રમાણે પસંદગી યાદી તૈયાર કરી પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવામાં આવશે.

(૩) આજરોજ પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેલ યાદીમાં પોતાના નામના સમાવેશ માત્રથી ઉમેદવાર પસંદગી યાદીમાં સમાવેશ માટેનો કોઇ હક્ક દાવો કરી શકશે નહીં.

(४) જે ઉમેદવાર નિયત તારીખે અને સમયે જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો સાથે ઉપસ્થિત નહીં તેવા ઉમેદવારો ઓનલાઇન અરજીમાં દર્શાવેલ નિયત પ્રમાણપત્ર ધરાવતા નથી અને સદરહુ સીધી ભરતીની પ્રક્રિયામાં નિમણૂક મેળવવા ઇચ્છતા નથી તેમ માની નિયમોનુસાર આગળની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરવામાં આવશે.

(५) આકસ્મિક સંજોગોવસાત કોઇ ઉમેદવાર અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રના ચકાસણી કાર્યક્રમમાં હાજર રહી શકે તેમ ન હોય તો ઉમેદવાર પોતાના વતી તેમના નજીકના સગા-સબંધીને અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો સાથે અને તે અંગેનું સંમિતપત્ર સહિત મોકલી આપવાના રહેશે તેમજ વાલીએ ઓળખનો અસલ પુરાવા સાથે રાખવા ફરજીયાત છે. (સંમતિપત્રનો નમુનો સામેલ છે). તદ્દઉપરાંત કોઇ ઉમેદવાર માત્ર અનિવાર્ય કારણોસર શીડયુલ પ્રમાણેના દિવસે અને સમયગાળામાં અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રની ચકાસણી માટે આવી શકે તેમ ન હોય તો તેઓ તા.૧૧/૧૧/૨૦૨૪ થી તા.૧૪/૧૧/૨૦૨૪ના અસલ પ્રમાણપત્ર ચકાસણી કાર્યક્રમમાં કોઇ દિવસે/કોઇપણ સ્લોટમાં આવી શકે છે. આ અંગે ઉમેદવારે અગાઉથી મંડળને જાણ કરવાની રહેશે.

(૬) ઉમેદવારોએ આ સાથે સામેલ પ્રમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણીના ફોર્મમાં જરૂરી વિગતો ભરી, નીચે દર્શાવેલ ક્રમ મુજબ લાગુ પડતા અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો ગોઠવીને તથા તેની સ્વપ્રમાણિત ઝેરોક્ષ નકલો એક સેટમાં અવશ્ય સાથે લાવવાની રહેશે. અરજી પત્રકમાં દર્શાવેલ નંબર અને તારીખવાળા પ્રમાણપત્રોમાં, પ્રમાણપત્ર ઈશ્યુ કરનાર કચેરીના સક્ષમ અધિકારીની સહિ/સિક્કા તથા ઈશ્યુ તારીખ દર્શાવેલ હોવા અંગેની ચકાસણી ઉમેદવારે સ્વયં કરીને પ્રમાણપત્રો લાવવાના રહેશે.

(৭) જન્મ તારીખના પુરાવા માટે શાળા છોડયાનો દાખલો અથવા એસ.સી.સી.નું સર્ટીફીકેટ.

(२) અનામત વર્ગના ઉમેદવારોએ જાતિ અંગેનો દાખલો.

(3) S.E.B.C. ઉમેદવારોએ જાતિ અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર તેમજ નાણાંકીય વર્ષ ૨૦૨૦-૨૦૨૧,૨૦૨૧-૨૦૨૨, ૨૦૨૨-૨૦૨૩ ની આવકના આધારે તા.૦૧/૦૪/૨૦૨૦ થી તા.૧૫/૧૧/૨૦૨૨ દરમિયાન ઇસ્યૂ થયેલ નોન-ક્રિમિલેયર પ્રમાણપત્ર. 

(४) આર્થિક રીતે નબળા (EWS) વર્ગના ઉમેદવારોએ અરજી કરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ.૧૫/૧૧/૨૦૨૨ સુધીમાં મેળવેલ હોય તેવું આર્થિક રીતે નબળા (EWS) વર્ગનું પાત્રતા પ્રમાણપત્ર. 

(५) ઉમેદવાર ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શાળાના પ્રમાણપતંત્ર પરીક્ષા એચ.એસ.સી. (ધોરણ-૧૨) અથવા તેની સમકક્ષ સરકારશ્રી માન્ય શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત ધરાવતા હોવાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર.

(6) જે ઉમેદવારે રમતગમત માટે ઓનલાઇન અરજીમાં વધારાના ગુણ માટે ઓપ્શન ટીક કર્યુ હોય તેવા ઉમેદવારે સ્પોર્ટસ ઉમેદવારો માટે નિયત રમતો પૈકીની રમતમાં નિયત કક્ષા (રાષ્ટ્રીય/ આંતર રાષ્ટ્રીય કક્ષા અથવા આંતર યુનિવર્સિટી અથવા અખિલ ભારત શાળા સંઘ દ્વારા યોજાતી સ્પર્ધાઓમાં)

એ પ્રતિનિધિત્વ કરેલ હોવા અંગેનું સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારીનું નિયત નમૂનાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર રજુ કરવાનું રહેશે. (જોડાણ-ગ, નમૂના ફોર્મ-૧, ફોર્મ-૨, ફોર્મ-૩, ફોર્મ-૪ સામેલ છે)

(७) જે ઉમેદવારે નેશનલ કેડર કોર્પ્સ (NCC) માટે ઓનલાઇન અરજીમાં વધારાના ગુણ માટે ઓપ્શન ટીક કર્યું હોય તેવા ઉમેદવારે નેશનલ કેડર કોર્પ્સ (NCC)નું "C" લેવલ સર્ટીફીકેટ રજૂ કરવાનું રહેશે.

(८) જે ઉમેદવારે ભારતીય સેનામાં વાયુદળ,ભૂમિદળ અને જળદળમાં આપેલ સેવા બદલ માજી સૈનિક તરીકે ઉમેદવારી નોંધાવેલ હોય તેઓએ સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું ઓળખકાર્ડ અને ડીસ્ચાર્જ બુક રજૂ કરવાની રહેશે.

Program for Verification of Certificates

Notification No.: Forest/202223/1 "Forest/202223/1" of "Forest Conservator" Class-3 cadre from 08/02/2024 to 27/02/2024 dated 20/10/2022 by Chief Conservator of Forests and Head of Forest Force, Gandhinagar. Conducted MCQ-CBRT (Computer Based Recruitment Test) written examination and thereafter from 05/10/2024 Candidates who have passed the physical fitness test conducted by the Department of Forest and Environment on 08/10/2024 will be eligible for selection/waiting list based on the merit of the marks obtained in the MCQ-CBRT (Computer Based Recruitment Test) written examination. District wise list of candidates appearing in MCQ-CBRT (Computer Based Recruitment Test) examination as per Mainvel Gurana Merit is published herewith.

Program for Verification of Original Certificates of Candidates Eligible for Certificate Verification for the said Direct Recruitment Dated. 11/11/2024 to Organized during 14/11/2024.

Candidates as per serial number of list of candidates published today are requested to appear for verification of original certificate during the date and time mentioned below.

Program for Verification of Certificates

Venue: Committee Hall, Gujarat Secondary Service Selection Board, Block no. 2, Karmayogi Bhavan, Near Aranya Bhavan, Sector-10-A, Gandhinagar

Instructions:-

(7) In the presented list, the candidates will be selected based on merit, minimum qualifying marks and category wise vacancies for the district selected by the candidate in the MCQ-CBRT (Computer Based Recruitment Test) examination for the district selected by the candidate. Eligible candidates who are invited after verification of original certificates are included.

(2) After verifying the original certificates of the candidates included in the above mentioned list, after taking into account the number of qualified candidates and the details of the category wise vacancies mentioned in the advertisement, the candidates will prepare and publish a category wise selection list based on the merit of the marks obtained in the examination.

(3) A candidate cannot claim any right to be included in the selection list by mere inclusion of his name in the list published today.

(4) Candidates who do not appear with the required documents on the prescribed date and time shall be treated as not possessing the prescribed certificate mentioned in the online application and do not wish to be appointed directly in the recruitment process, further as per the rules. Action will be taken.

(5) In case of unforeseen circumstances, a candidate is not able to attend the verification program of original certificate, the candidate has to send his next of kin on his behalf along with the original certificates along with the affidavit and the guardian is required to carry the original proof of identity. (Sample of consent form enclosed). Further, if a candidate is unable to appear for original certificate verification on the scheduled day and period only due to unavoidable reasons, he/she can appear on any day/any slot in the original certificate verification program from 11/11/2024 to 14/11/2024. The candidate has to inform the board in advance about this.

(6) Candidates shall fill up the necessary details in the Certificate Verification Form enclosed herewith, arranging the applicable original certificates in the order mentioned below and must bring self-attested xerox copies thereof in one set. In the certificates with number and date mentioned in the application form, the signature/coin of the competent authority of the office issuing the certificate and the date of issue are mentioned, the candidate has to bring the certificates himself.

(7) School leaving certificate or SCC certificate for proof of date of birth.

01/04/2020 to 15/11/2022 based on income for 2021-2022, 2022-2023

Non-Criminal Certificate issued during Economically Weaker (EWS) Category Candidates Eligibility Certificate of Economically Weaker (EWS) category obtained by 15/11/2022 last date of application. (4)

(5) Candidate Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination H.Sc. (Standard-12) or its equivalent certificate of having educational qualification recognized by Govt.

(9) A candidate who has ticked the option for additional marks in the online application for Sports, shall have a prescribed level (National/ Inter-National Level or Inter-University or All India School Association competitions) in the sports prescribed for Sports candidates.

He will have to produce a certificate in prescribed format from the competent authority to the effect that he is represented. (Attachment-C, Sample Form-1, Form-2, Form-3, Form-4 included)

(7) A candidate who has ticked the option for additional marks in the online application for National Cadre Corps (NCC) shall produce National Cadre Corps (NCC) "C" level certificate.

(8) Candidates who have applied as ex-servicemen for service rendered in Air Force, Land Force and Naval Force in the Indian Army shall produce the identity card and discharge book of the competent authority.

(e) Photo I.D. Proof (addressee) (any one of Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Election Card/Driving License in original)

(10) 02 recent passport size photographs.
