IMMOVABLE સ્થાવર-જંગમ પ્રોપર્ટી એડ કરવા માટે
Add existing property પર ક્લિક કરવું
ફોર્મ નીચે મુજબના સ્ટેપ મુજબ ભરવું
1. From type LAND WITH COMMERCIAL BUILDING OR APARTMENT (FLAT) OR LAND WITH COMMERCIAL BUILDING OR COMMERCIAL SHOP OR COMMERCIAL OFFICE OR WAREHOUSE OR NON AGRICULTURE LAND/PLOT OR AGRICULTURE LAND OR OTHER IMMOVABLE હોય તો immovable પસંદ કરવું.
2. Type of property માં લાગુ પડતો વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવો.
3. purpose:: post transaction declaration પસંદ કરવું.
4. Actual/Proposed Acquisition Date :: માં ખરીદી તારીખ લખવી.
5. Mode of Acquisition: લાગુ પડતો વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવો (ખરીદી હોય તો purchase વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવો.)
6. Description of Property(Area of Land/Area of Construction) : પ્રોપર્ટીનું વર્ણન લખવું.
7. Whether freehold or lease hold::- FREE HOLD (स्वतंत्र માલિકીનું હોય),LEASE HOLD (ભાડા પેટે હોય), OTHERS (અન્ય કઈ હોય)
8. Whether the Applicant's interest in the property is in full or part : FULL (પોતાની માલિકી હોય),PART (ભાગીદારી હોય ), NOT APPLICABLE ( અન્ય કઈ હોય)
9. Full Property Address (Full details about location, viz, municipal No., Street/Village, Taluka, District and State in which situated)* :: પ્રોપર્ટી નું એડ્રેસ લખવું.
10.Full name of Acquirer*:: - માલિક નું નામ
11. Relationship with Employee* : SELF (पोताना नामे प्रोपर्टी હોય ),SPOUSE (પત્નીનું નામ ) કે અન્ય જે ભાગીદાર હોય તેની સાથેનો સબંધ લખવો.
12. Share of acquirer in property (In percentage Ex. 50)* ::-ભાગીદારીમાં હોય તો ટકાવારી લખવી (ex. 50 %)
13. Annual income from property :પ્રોપર્ટીમાંથી જો આવક થતી હોય તો વાર્ષિક આવક લખવી (મિલકત માંથી આવક ન હોય તો no લખવું)
14. Purchase Price (Market value, if gifted or inherited)* ::- ખરીદી કિંમત, જો ભેટ કે વારસાગત હોય તો બજાર કિંમત લખવી
15. Personal Savings: ખરીદી કરવા સીવિંગ પૈસામાંથી જે પૈસા ભર્યા હોય તેની વિગત લખવી.
16.Other Sources: લોન કરી હોય તો તે બેન્કનું નામ અને લોનની રકમ લખવી.
17. Person from whom property was acquired
Full name of person* : જે વ્યક્તિ પાસેથી મિલકત ખરીદી હોય તેનું નામ લખવું.જો ભેટ કે વારસાગત મીલકત મળી હોય તો જેની પાસેથી મિલકત મળી તે
વ્યક્તિનું નામ લખવું. 18. Full Address* : જે વ્યક્તિ પાસેથી મિલકત ખરીદી હોય તેનું સરનામું લખવું. જો ભેટ કે વારસાગત મિલકત મળી હોય તો તે વ્યક્તિનું સરનામું લખવું.
19. Relation: ખરીદીમાં જો કોઈ સબંધ ન હોય તો NOT APPLICABLE લખવું. જો ભેટ અને વારસાગત મિલક્ત મળી હોય તો જે વ્યક્તિ તરફથી મિલકત મળી તે વ્યક્તિ સાથેનો સબંધ લખવો.
20. Whether the person (s) shown above has/have a relation with the employee in his/her official capacity? Or Is there any possibility in the future as such?:: No લખવું.
21. Full Name of person through whom transaction was done and How was the transaction arranged? (Whether through any statutory body or a private agency through advertisement or through friends and relatives. Full particulars to be given) ::- NOT APPLICABLE લખવું.
22. In case of acquisition by Gift, whether sanction (if required) under Rule13 of Gujarat Civil Service (Conduct) Rules or Rule11 of AIS (Conduct) Rules as applicable is obtained? :: NOT APPLICABLE લખવું.
23. Any other details, if felt necessary to mention :: अन्य કોઈ વધારાની વિગત લખવી હોય તો

1. From type :: માં કાર અથવા બાઈક અથવા જ્વેલરી અથવા ગોલ્ડ અથવા શેર અથવા અન્ય હોય તો movable પસંદ કરવું.
2. Type of property માં લાગુ પડતો વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવો.
3. purpose:: post transaction declaration પસંદ કરવું.
4. Actual/Proposed Acquisition Date :: માં ખરીદી તારીખ લખવી.
5. Mode of Acquisition: લાગુ પડતો વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવો (ખરીદી હોય તો purchase વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવો.)
6. Description of Property(Area of Land/Area of Construction) : કાર કે બાઈકની કંપનીનું નામ અને મોડલનું નામ લખવું.
7. Make/Model of Property, where necessary: બાઈક કે કાર ની કંપની નું નામ, મોડલનું નામ,કલર, રજીસ્ટ્રેશન નંબર લખવો.
8. Purchase Price (Market value, if gifted or inherited)*: ખરીદી કિંમત લખવી.
9. Personal Savings: ખરીદી કરવા સીવિંગ પૈસામાંથી જે પૈસા ભર્યા હોય તેની વિગત લખવી.
