સંદભ: R/SCA: 13843/2024 ના તા.૩૦/૦૯/૨૦૨૪ના ઓરલ ઓર્ડર અન્વયે ઉમેદવારોની તા.૦૫/૧૦/૨૦૨૪ની રજુઆત.
શ્રીમાન,
ઉપર્યુક્ત વિષય અને સંદર્ભ અન્વયે જણાવવાનું કે, TAT-1 અને TAT-2 વર્ષ ૨૦૧૮/૨૦૧૯ ક્વોલીફાઈ (વાર્ષિક પરીક્ષા પદ્ધતિમાં અબ્યાસ કરેલ) ઉમેદવારોએ નામ.હાઈકોર્ટમાં R/SCA:13843/2024 દાખલ કરેલ છે. નામ.હાઈકોર્ટના તા.૩૦/૦૯/૨૦૨૪ના ઓરલ ઓર્ડર અનુંસાર ઉમેદવારોની રજુઆત પરત્વે છ અઠવાડિયામાં નિયમાનુંસાર નિર્ણય લેવા માટે જણાવેલ છે.
આ બાબાત પોલિસી વિષયક તેમજ શિક્ષણ વિભાગ સંબંધિત હોઇ, આગળની કાર્યવાહી માટે ઉમેદવારો તરફથી આવેલ સંદર્ભની રજુઆત આ સાથે સામેલ રાખી મોકલી આપવામાં આવે છે. જે ધ્યાને લઈ ઉમેદવારોને નિયત સમય મર્યાદામાં પ્રતિઉત્તર પાઠવવા વિનંતી છે.

In pursuance of the above subject and reference, TAT-1 & TAT-2 year 2018/2019 Qualify (practiced in Annual Examination System) candidates have filed R/SCA:13843/2024 in the Name.High Court. Name. According to the oral order of the High Court dated 30/09/2024, it is stated to return the submission of the candidates within six weeks to take a decision according to the rules.
As this matter is related to the policy and education department, the references from the candidates are enclosed herewith for further action. In view of which candidates are requested to send the reply within the stipulated time limit.
