Digital Gujarat Post Metric Scholarship 2024: Post Matric Scholarship 2024-25 Scheme has been launched by Gujarat Government. Under which filling of post matric scholarship form has been started for SC/ST/OBC students on Digital Gujarat portal for the academic year 2023-24. Every student has to fill the form on this website @https://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in/ from 09/10/2024 to 10/11/2024.

Digital Gujarat Scholarship Online Application

First of all, you have to go to the website of Digital Gujarat.

There you have to do your registration and then login.

After login you have to click on Services and click on Scholarship Services.

Then, click Request A New Service or Renew

After doing that you have to click on Continue to Services.

The Registration Details page will open, fill in the correct details and click on the Save And Next button.

Then, Save Draft by uploading the document in Bank Details, Academic Details, Disability Details and Attachment.

Now click on the checkbox given above and click on Verify Mobile Number.

After confirming the OTP, you have to click on Confirm And Final Submit, so your Digital Gujarat Scholarship 2022-23 form will be submitted. Now you can print your form and submit it to your school or college.

Important Note: Students who have account in Dena Bank should carry the new IFSC code (as Dena Bank is now affiliated to Bank of Baroda).

After filling the scholarship form in Digital Gujarat, if you want to make any changes or show it to the college, first after filling the form, get a draft print (raw print) and then submit the final after making the changes, if the final is not submitted before the last date of filling the form. Tips to Fill Online Application Forms of Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for Developing Caste Students

First students open Digital Gujarat Portal and click on Login option "Citizen Login/Registration" Open 44 "New Registration (Citizen)" 52 Lead Derry Ninth registration will be 42nd. New registration has to be done through Email ID, mobile number and self decided password. Which has to be preserved permanently for this portal. E-mail ID and mobile number are mandatory at the time of registration. (Please continue to use the mobile number until the full course scholarship/assistance is received.) After registration, the student should login again using his mobile number or Email Id as his username and the password he has created to his profile (My Profile) Update

must be done. (Student can apply online only if My Profile is updated, which all students have to note.)

A student who has previously registered a profile on the Digital Gujarat Portal (such as having applied online for the scholarship scheme through Sadharhun portal in the previous year or applied for a tablet or applied to benefit from other scholarship schemes of the portal) need not register again. They login with the previous Login ID-Password they can directly apply to the applicable scheme.

Students who have forgotten their last year's ID-Password will have to click on "Forget Password" and get the OTP on their registered mobile to create a new password. After getting the new password, your mobile number will be the User ID and the password will be the newly created one. "Forget Password" option is on the login page of Digital Gujarat Portal.

Students whose registered mobile number is lost or blocked for any reason can contact the SC/ST/OBC office of the district and establish their identity and change the mobile number in their profile.

After logging in the Digital Gujarat portal, all students have to go to the "Services" menu and click on the 'Scholarship Services' option to apply online. Students cannot apply for the scholarship scheme from any other place, which all students must note.

After clicking on Scholarship Services Option, select Year: 2017-18 to Year: 2023-24 in the Select Financial Year drop-down menu, if any scholarship application has been made online in previous years, that application can be seen. To apply online for the current year: 2024-25, click on the "Request a New Services" button and select the year: 2024-25 in the Select Financial Year drop down menu.

Students who applied online in last year 2023-24 and got scholarship as per rules

Current year renewal application of such students has been placed in automatic "Renewal" mode That is, such students do not have to apply fresh. Click on the "Renewal" button and all your own

Last 4th class Registration Detail, Bank Detail, Academic Detail, Disability Detail etc.

The application has to be sent online after uploading the necessary enclosures. (Students should submit the original document

SCAN AND UPLOAD) Students who got scholarship last year and submit their form in automatic "Renewal" mode for current year, click on "Request a New Service" button and click on "Select Financial Year" drop down menu for the year 2024- 25 and apply in the applicable scheme by filling fresh form.

The students of developing caste who want to apply fresh should open Digital Gujarat portal and click on 'Login' option and go to 'Citizen Login/Registration' option and login with their Id-Password. After login go to 'Services' menu and go to 'Scholarship Services Option' Click on "Request a New Service" button. Then Select Financial Year' drop down

Select the year 2024-25 in the menu and the scheme shown under the heading *(Director Developing Caste Welfare)"

After clicking on "Continue to Service" all the details as requested by the student like Registration

After verifying all the details and uploading the document, the student's latest passport

Size photo has to be uploaded and after filling the complete application form "Verify Mobile Number"

You have to click on the button and get the OTP on your mobile and submit the online application "Final Submit".

All eligible students belonging to the developing castes for the academic year 2024-25 to apply for scholarship/assistance dt. From 10/10/2024 By 10/11/2024 online applications must be done in the applicable schemes on Digital Gujarat portal.

From the year: 2022-23, under the Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme of the Government of India, the scholarship payment is made on Aadhaar base only. That is, the scholarship is paid into the bank account linked to the student's Aadhaar number. Hence all the students should be specially informed that the students who

Leaking/seeding of Aadhaar and bank account should be done immediately. The student staying in the hostel has to download the hosteler certificate from the Digital Gujarat portal and get it signed by the concerned hostel official and scanned and uploaded. While applying that

After login, can be downloaded from "Instruction" page while applying to the scheme.

If the students belonging to the developing castes who are natives of Gujarat are studying in a recognized institution outside the state of Gujarat, they must also apply online on the Digital Gujarat Portal under the scholarship scheme of the Government of India and upload a copy of all the documents uploaded along with the application form and the accreditation of the institution, its curriculum. A copy of the order of recognition and fee sanction of the institute should be deposited with the forwarding letter of the institute in the office of the developing castes of the district of origin.

Students who choose a state other than Gujarat state in "Registration Detail Current Address State" while filling the scholarship scheme form will be considered as studying outside the state.

If the student has applied online and has not submitted the final or the printout of the application has not been deposited in his institution with all the documents, the application of the student will not be considered.

The student has to ensure that the KYC (KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER) form is filled or not as per the bank rule to keep his bank account open. Also, if the wrong bank account number is filled by the student while filling the form and the scholarship is credited to another account, then the student will be fully responsible for the same.

If the student has not operated his/her bank account for a long time (i.e. has not done any transaction of withdrawing or depositing money in the bank account) his/her account is dormant or suspended. Scholarship cannot be deposited in such account. So all the students have to ensure that their account is not dormant or suspended while filling the scholarship form in the bank specially so that there is no problem while depositing the scholarship online.

A student has to choose his course details very carefully. If any wrong institution or wrong course is selected by the student, then his application will be sent online to any other school / college / university. If any such situation arises then the responsibility of the student is 2000.

While filling the online form by the student if his/her own course details are not available in the menu

It has to be reported to his institution and then if the institution goes to its login to add that course

If they do, the student will be able to select that course after some time.

Any wrong filling/selection of information by the student or concealment of any information

If he comes, he will not be allowed to fill the scholarship form again in any way. If the student incorrectly.

If one tries to get the scholarship by concealing the information, he will be blacklisted for the scholarship. Students are requested not to attempt to fill duplicate applications again.

The student is requested not to wait till the last date of filling the online application and fill the form as soon as possible under the guidance of the institute.

The student should obtain the estimated date of completion of the session from the institution. (Students have to fill the annual date. Semester wise date is not to be filled)

The student has to upload the mark sheet in order of year wise final year of all the courses done in class: 10th and thereafter and submit it to the institution. (Students to scan the original document and upload it)

If there is a backlog in the course after class 10, it means that no course has been taken or no scholarship has been availed during that time, then an affidavit must be uploaded and submitted to the institution along with the application.

The student will submit the final application online after which no corrections can be made. So, if the students need to make any corrections in the online application, then the institution has to return such application and make the necessary corrections and additions to the student and give necessary notice to the student regarding the return of the application. (The facility of "Withdraw" has now been placed in the student's login in the portal so that if the institution has not taken any action on the student's application, the student can manually withdraw his application and resend his application after making corrections.)

At rural level students can fill their form online from E-gram center. No offline scholarship will be paid to any student as all scholarship operations are done online. All students/principals should note this.

Details to note:

→ The student has to keep in mind while filling the online form that he must have his own e-mail address if not then he has to create an e-mail id immediately.

→ OTP (ONE TIME PASSWORD) will be sent to the student's mobile number while filling the online form. Also, necessary messages and instructions will come in the future so that the students should keep their mobile number in working condition until they get the scholarship.

+ Year: From 2022-23 under the Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme of the Government of India, the scholarship payment is made on Aadhaar base only. That is, the scholarship will be disbursed to the bank account that has the student's Aadhaar number linked to the bank account.

→ Income proof of guardian issued by competent authority (If father is not alive then death certificate of father and if parents are divorced then proof of income of mother will be accepted on production of divorce decree/adhaar) (Uploading Income Tax Form-16 regarding income along with proof of income of the student's parent)

→ Year wise marks sheet of all the courses taken by the student up to the final year of class 10th and thereafter

→ Affidavit that if there is a gap in the course after class 10, it means that no course has been taken or no scholarship has been availed during that time.

→ The student staying in the hostel should submit the hosteler certificate (the sample of which is available on the portal which should be downloaded and signed by the competent authority)

→ Certificate issued by the competent authority if the student is disabled

જે વિદ્યાર્થીએ અગાઉ ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલ પર પ્રોફાઇલ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવેલ હોય (જેમ કે અગાઉના વર્ષમાં સદરહું પોર્ટલ મારફત શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના માટે ઓનલાઇન એપ્લાય કરેલ હોય કે ટેબલેટ માટે અરજી કરેલ હોય કે પોર્ટલની અન્ય શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજનાઓમાં લાભ લેવા અરજી કરેલ હોય) તેઓએ ફરીથી રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવવાનું રહેશે નહી. તેઓ અગાઉના Login ID-Password વડે લોગીન કરી જે તે લાગુ પડતી યોજનામાં સીધી અરજી કરી શકશે.

જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ગત વર્ષનો પોતાનો ID-Password ભુલી ગયેલ હોય તે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ "Forget Password" પર ક્લીક કરી પોતાના રજીસ્ટર્ડ મોબાઇલ પર OTP મેળવી નવો પાસવર્ડ બનાવી લેવાનો રહેશે. નવો પાસવર્ડ મળ્યા બાદ પોતાનો મોબાઇલ નંબર User ID રહેશે અને પાસવર્ડ જે નવો બનાવેલ છે તે રહેશે. "Forget Password" ઓપ્શન ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલના લોગીન પેજ પર છે.

જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો રજીસ્ટર્ડ મોબાઇલ નંબર ખોવાઇ ગયેલ હોય કે કોઇ કારણસર બંધ થઇ ગયેલ હોય તો તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ જિલ્લાની SC/ST/OBC કચેરીનો સંપર્ક કરી પોતાની ઓળખ પ્રસ્થાપિત કરી પોતાની પ્રોફાઇલમાં મોબાઇલ નંબર બદલાવી શકે છે.

ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલમાં લોગીન થયા બાદ તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ "Services" મેનુમાં જઈ 'Scholarship Services" Option પર ક્લીક કરીને જ ઓનલાઇન એપ્લાય કરવાની કામગીરી કરવાની રહેશે. અન્ય કોઇ જગ્યાએથી વિદ્યાર્થી શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજનામાં એપ્લાય કરી શકશે નહિ જેની તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ નોંધ લેવાની २हेशे.

Scholarship Services Option પર ક્લિક કર્યા બાદ Select Financial Year ડ્રોપ ડાઉન મેનુમાં વર્ષ:૨૦૧૭- ૧૮ થી વર્ષ:૨૦૨૩-૨૪ સીલેક્ટ કર્યેથી જો અગાઉના વર્ષોમાં કોઇ શિષ્યવૃત્તિની અરજી ઓનલાઇન કરેલ હશે તો તે અરજી જોઇ શકાશે. ચાલુ વર્ષ:૨૦૨૪-૨૫ માટે ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવા માટે "Request a New Services" બટન પર કલીક કરી Select Financial Year ડ્રોપ ડાઉન મેનુમાં વર્ષ:૨૦૨૪-૨૫ જ સીલેક્ટ કરવાનું રહેશે.

જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ગત વર્ષ ૨૦૨૩-૨૪માં ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરેલ હતી અને નિયમોનુસાર શિષ્યવૃત્તિ મેળવેલ

હતી તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ચાલુ વર્ષની રીન્યુઅલ અરજી ઓટોમેટીક "Renewal" મોડમાં મુકવામાં આવેલ છે.

એટલે કે તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ફ્રેશ એપ્લાય કરવાનુ નથી. "Renewal- બટન પર ક્લિક કરી પોતાની તમામ विगत Registration Detail, Bank Detail, Academic Detail, Disability Detail , જરૂરી બિડાણો અપલોડ કરી અરજી ઓનલાઇન સેન્ડ કરવાની રહેશે. (વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ઓરીજીનલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ SCAN કરી અપલોડ કરવા) જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ગત વર્ષે શિષ્યવૃત્તિ મળેલ હતી અને તેનુ ફોર્મ ચાલુ વર્ષે ઓટોમેટીક "Renewal" મોડમાં ન भोवा मने तो तेवा विद्यार्थीओ "Request a New Service" 어टन पर लीड करी "Select Financial Year" ડ્રોપ ડાઉન મેનુમાં વર્ષ ૨૦૨૪-૨૫ પસંદ કરીને લાગુ પડતી યોજનામાં ફ્રેશ ફોર્મ ભરી અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.

જે વિકસતી જાતિના વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ફ્રેશ અરજી કરવાની છે તેણે ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલ ઓપન કરી 'Login" ઓપ્શન પર ક્લીક કરી "Citizen Login/Registration" ઓપ્શનમાં જઈ પોતાના Id-Passwordથી લોગીન કરવાનું રહેશે. લોગીન કર્યા બાદ "Services" મેનુમાં જઈ "Scholarship Services Option પર ક્લીક કરી "Request a New Service" બટન પર ક્લીક કરવાનું રહેશે. ત્યારબાદ Select Financial Year' ડ્રોપ ડાઉન

મેનુમાં વર્ષ ૨૦૨૪-૨૫ સીલેક્ટ કરી *(Director Developing Caste Welfare)" હેડિંગના નીચે દર્શાવેલ યોજના

પૈકી જે યોજનામાં પાત્રતા ધરાવતા હોય તેના પર ક્લીક કરી એપ્લાય કરવાનું રહેશે. યોજના પંસદ કર્યા બાદ

"Continue to Service" પર ક્લીક કર્યા બાદ વિદ્યાર્થીએ માગ્યા મુજબની તમામ વિગતો જેવી કે Registration

Detail, Bank Detail, Academic Detail, Disability Detail विगेरे रहेशे अने Attachmentમાં લાગુ પડતા તમામ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ Upload કરવાના રહેશે. (વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ઓરીજીનલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ SCAN કરી અપલોડ કરવા)

તમામ વિગતોની ચકાસણી કરી અને ડોક્યુમેન્ટ Upload થઈ ગયા બાદ વિદ્યાર્થીએ પોતાનો તાજેતરનો પાસપોર્ટ

સાઇઝનો ફોટો અપલોડ કરવાનો રહેશે અને સંપૂર્ણ અરજીપત્રક ભરાઇ ગયા બાદ "Verify Mobile Number"

બટન પર ક્લીક કરી પોતાના મોબાઇલ પર OTP મેળવી ઓનલાઇન અરજી "Final Submit કરવાની રહેશે

જેથી વિદ્યાર્થીની અરજી સંબંધિત શાળા/કોલેજ/સંસ્થાના લોગીનમાં ઓનલાઇન સબમીટ થઈ જશે. ઓનલાઇન

અરજી થઇ ગયા બાદ ફ્રેશ તથા રીન્યુઅલ વિદ્યાર્થીએ તેની પ્રિન્ટ કાઢી જરૂરી સાધનિક પુરાવા અરજી સાથે

બિડાણ કરી પોતાની શાળા/ કોલેજ/સંસ્થાને જમા કરવાના રહેશે.

નોંધ: જાતિ અને આવક અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર સક્ષમ અધિકારી દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ હોય તે જ અપલોડ કરવાનુ

રહેશે.

વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે અન્ય સૂચનાઓ)

શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૪-૨૫ માટે વિકસતી જાતિના તમામ પાત્રતા ધરાવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ/સહાય મેળવવા માટે તા. ૧૦/૧૦/૨૦૨૪ થી તા. ૧૦/૧૧/૨૦૨૪ સુધીમાં ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલ પર લાગુ પડતી યોજનાઓમાં બિનચૂક Online અરજીઓ કરવાની રહેશે.

વર્ષ: ૨૦૨૨-૨૩થી ભારત સરકારશ્રીની પોસ્ટમેટ્રીક શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના અંતર્ગત શિષ્યવૃત્તિનું ચુકવણું આધાર બેઝ જ કરવામાં આવે છે. એટલે કે વિદ્યાર્થીનો આધારનંબર જે બેંક ખાતા સાથે લીંક હોય તે બેંક ખાતામાં શિષ્યવૃત્તિની ચુકવણી કરવામાં આવે છે. આથી તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ખાસ જણાવવામાં આવે કે જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ

આધાર અને બેંક ખાતાનું લીકીંગ/સીડીંગ કરાવેલ ના હોય તેઓએ તાત્કાલિક કરાવી લેવાનું રહેશે. હોસ્ટેલમાં રહેતા વિદ્યાર્થીએ હોસ્ટેલર અંગેનું સર્ટીફીકેટ ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલ પરથી ડાઉનલોડ કરીને હોસ્ટેલના સંબંધિત સત્તાધિકારીશ્રીના સહી સિક્કા કરાવીને સ્કેન કરીને અપલોડ કરવાનુ રહેશે. જે એપ્લાય કરતી વખતે લોગીન થયા બાદ, યોજનામાં એપ્લાય કરતી વખતે "Instruction" પેજ પરથી ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકાશે.

ગુજરાતના વતની હોય તેવા વિકસતી જાતિના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ગુજરાત રાજય બહાર Out Stateમાં માન્યતા પ્રાપ્ત સંસ્થામાં અભ્યાસ કરતાં હોય તો તેઓએ પણ ભારત સરકારશ્રીની શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના અંતર્ગત Digital Gujarat Portal પર Online જ અરજી કરવાની રહેશે અને કરેલ અરજીફોર્મ સાથે અપલોડ કરેલ તમામ ડોક્યુમેન્ટની નકલ તથા સંસ્થાની માન્યતા, તેના અભ્યાસક્રમની માન્યતા અને સંસ્થાની ફી મંજૂરીના આદેશની નકલ સંસ્થાના ફોરવર્ડીંગ લેટર સાથે મૂળ વતનના જિલ્લાની વિકસતી જાતિની કચેરીએ જમા કરાવવાની રહેશે.

જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજનાનું ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે "Registration Detail Current Address State" માં ગુજરાત રાજ્ય સિવાયનું રાજ્ય પંસદ કરશે તે વિદ્યાર્થી રાજય બહાર અભ્યાસ કરે છે તેવુ ગણવામાં આવશે.

વિદ્યાર્થીએ ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરેલ હશે અને તેને ફાઇનલ સબમીટ કરવામાં નહિ આવેલ હોય કે એપ્લીકેશનની પ્રીન્ટ પોતાની સંસ્થામાં તમામ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ સહીત જમા કરાવેલ નહી હોય તો તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીની અરજી ધ્યાને લેવામાં નહિ આવે.

વિદ્યાર્થીએ પોતાનું બેંકનું ખાતુ ચાલુ રહે તે માટે બેંકના નિયમ મુજબ KYC (KNOW YOUR CUSTMER) ફોર્મ ભરેલ છે કે નહીં તેની ખાતરી કરવાની રહેશે. તેમજ વિદ્યાર્થી દ્વારા જો ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે ખોટો બેંક એકાઉન્ટ નંબર ભરવામાં આવશે અને શિષ્યવૃત્તિ અન્ય ખાતામાં જમા થશે તો તે અંગેની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી વિદ્યાર્થીની રહેશે.

જો વિદ્યાર્થીએ પોતાનું બેંક ખાતુ લાંબા સમયથી ઓપરેટ કરેલ ન હોય (એટલે કે બેંક ખાતામાં પૈસા ઉપાડવાનો કે જમા કરવાનો કોઇ વ્યવહાર કરેલ ન હોય) તેઓના ખાતા ડોરમેન્ટ કે સ્થગિત થઇ ગયેલ હોય છે. આવા ખાતામાં શિષ્યવૃત્તિ જમા થઇ શકતી નથી. જેથી તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ શિષ્યવૃત્તિનું ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે પોતાનુ ખાતુ ડોરમેન્ટ કે સ્થગિત થઇ ગયેલ નથી તેની ખાતરી બેંકમાં ખાસ કરી લેવાની રહેશે જેથી ઓનલાઇન શિષ્યવૃત્તિ જમા કરતી વખતે મુશ્કેલી ઉભી ન થાય.

વિદ્યાર્થીએ પોતાના અભ્યાસક્રમની વિગત ખૂબ જ સાવધાની પૂર્વક પસંદ કરવાની રહેશે. જો વિદ્યાર્થી દ્વારા કોઇ ખોટી સંસ્થા અથવા ખોટો અભ્યાસક્રમ પસંદ કરવામાં આવશે તો તેની અરજી કોઇ અન્ય શાળા / કોલેજ / યુનિવર્સિટીને Online Send થઈ જશે. જો આવી કોઇ પરીસ્થિતિ ઉભી થશે તો તે અંગેની જવાબદારી વિદ્યાર્થીની २हेशे.

વિદ્યાર્થી દ્વારા ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે જો તેના પોતાના અભ્યાસક્રમની વિગત મેનુમા ન મળે તો તે

અંગેની જાણ તેની સંસ્થાને કરવાની રહેશે અને ત્યારબાદ જો સંસ્થા તે અભ્યાસક્રમ પોતાના લોગીનમાં જઇ એડ

કરશે તો વિદ્યાર્થી તે અભ્યાસક્રમ થોડા સમયબાદ સીલેક્ટ કરી શકશે.

વિદ્યાર્થી દ્વારા કોઇપણ પ્રકારની માહિતી ખોટી ભરવામાં/ પસંદ કરવામાં આવશે અથવા કોઇ માહિતી છુપાવવામાં

આવશે તો તેને કોઇપણ રીતે ફરીથી સ્કોલરશીપનુ ફોર્મ ભરવા દેવામાં આવશે નહી. જો વિદ્યાર્થી ખોટી રીતે માહિતી છુપાવી શિષ્યવૃત્તિ મેળવવાનો પ્રયાસ કરશે તો તેને શિષ્યવૃત્તિ માટે બ્લેકલીસ્ટ કરી દેવામાં આવશે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓને વિનંતી છે કે તેઓ ફરીથી ડુપ્લીકેટ એપ્લીકેશન ભરવાનો પ્રયત્ન ન કરે.

વિદ્યાર્થીએ ઓનલાઇન એપ્લીકેશન ભરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ સુધી રાહ ન જોવી અને સંસ્થાના માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ બને તેટલુ સત્વરે ફોર્મ ભરી દેવા વિનંતી છે.

વિદ્યાર્થીએ સત્ર પૂરૂ થવાની અંદાજિત તારીખ સંસ્થા પાસેથી મેળવી લેવાની રહેશે. (વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ વાર્ષિક તારીખ ભરવાની રહેશે. સેમેસ્ટર પધ્ધતિ મુજબ તારીખ ભરવાની નથી)

વિદ્યાર્થીએ ધોરણ:૧૦ તથા ત્યારબાદ કરેલ તમામ અભ્યાસક્રમની વર્ષ વાઇઝ ફાઇનલ વર્ષની ક્રમાનુસાર માર્કશીટ અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે તથા સંસ્થાને જમા કરવાની રહેશે. (વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ઓરીજીનલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ SCAN કરી અપલોડ કરવા)

ધોરણ:૧૦ બાદ અભ્યાસક્રમમાં તુટ(બેક) પડેલ હોય તો તે સમય દરમિયાન કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો અભ્યાસક્રમ કરેલ નથી કે કોઇપણ પ્રકારની શિષ્યવૃત્તિનો લાભ મેળવેલ નથી તે મતલબનું એકરારનામું કરી અપલોડ કરવાનુ રહેશે અને અરજી સાથે સંસ્થાને રજુ કરવાનુ રહેશે.

વિદ્યાર્થી અરજી ઓનલાઇન ફાઇનલ સબમીટ કરશે ત્યારબાદ કોઇ સુધારા-વધારા કરી શકશે નહિ. જેથી ઓનલાઇન અરજીમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ જો કોઇ સુધારો-વધારો કરવાની જરૂરીયાત ઉભી થાય તો સંસ્થાએ આવી અરજી પરત કરી વિદ્યાર્થી પાસે જરૂરી સુધારા-વધારા કરાવવાના રહેશે તેમજ અરજી પરત કર્યા અંગે વિદ્યાર્થીને જરૂરી સૂચના આપવાની રહેશે. (પોર્ટલમાં વિદ્યાર્થીના લોગીનમાં હવે "Withdraw" ની ફેસેલીટી મુકવામાં આવેલ છે જેથી જો સંસ્થાએ વિદ્યાર્થીની અરજી પર કોઈ કાર્યવાહી ન કરેલ હોય તો વિદ્યાર્થી જાતે જ પોતાની અરજી પરત ખેચી શકશે અને પોતાની અરજીમાં સુધારા-વધારા કરી ફરી સેન્ડ કરી શકશે.)

ગ્રામ્ય કક્ષાએ વિદ્યાર્થી E-gram સેન્ટર પરથી પોતાનુ ફોર્મ ઓનલાઇન ભરાવી શકશે. શિષ્યવૃત્તિની તમામ કામગીરી ઓનલાઇન થતી હોય કોઇપણ વિદ્યાર્થીને ઓફલાઇન શિષ્યવૃત્તિ ચુકવવામાં આવશે નહિ જેની તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ/આચાર્યશ્રીઓએ નોંધ લેવી.

વિદ્યાર્થીએ ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલ પર ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે કોઇ જરૂર જણાય તો હેલ્પ ડેસ્ક નં:18002335500 પર સંપર્ક કરવાનો રહેશે.

વિદ્યાર્થીએ ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ ભરતા પહેલા નીચે મુજબની વિગતો ધ્યાને રાખવી તથા નીચે મુજબના તમામ ઓરીજીનલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ સ્કેન કરીને રાખવા)

ધ્યાને રાખવાની વિગતો:

→ વિદ્યાર્થીએ ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે ખાસ ધ્યાનમાં રાખવાનું છે કે તેનું પોતાનું ઇ-મેઇલ એડ્રેસ હોવું જરૂરી છે જો તે ન હોય તો તેને તાત્કાલિક ઇ-મેઇલ આઇ.ડી બનાવવાનું રહેશે.

→ ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે વિદ્યાર્થીના મોબાઇલ નંબર પર OTP (ONE TIME PASSWORD) આવશે. તેમજ ભવિષ્યમાં જરૂરી મેસેજ તથા સુચનાઓ આવશે જેથી પોતાનો મોબાઇલ નંબર શિષ્યવૃત્તિ ન મળે ત્યા સુધી કાર્યરત હાલતમાં રહે તે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ખાસ ધ્યાનમાં રાખવુ.

+ વર્ષ: ૨૦૨૨-૨૩થી ભારત સરકારશ્રીની પોસ્ટમેટ્રીક શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના અંતર્ગત શિષ્યવૃત્તિનું ચુકવણું આધાર બેઝ જ કરવામાં આવે છે. એટલે કે વિદ્યાર્થીનો આધારનંબર જે બેંક ખાતા સાથે લીંક હોય તે બેંક ખાતામાં શિષ્યવૃત્તિની ચુકવણી કરવામાં આવશે.

ડોક્યુમેન્ટ:

→ સક્ષમ અધિકારી દ્વારા ઇસ્યુ કરવામાં આવેલ વાલીનો આવકનો દાખલો (જો પિતા હયાત ન હોય તો તેવા કિસ્સામાં પિતાના મૃત્યુનું પ્રમાણપત્ર અને જો માતા-પિતાએ છૂટાછેડા લીધા હોય છુટાછેડાનો આદેશ/આધાર રજૂ કર્યેથી માતાનાં આવકનો દાખલો માન્ય રહેશે)(જે વિદ્યાર્થીના પિતા/વાલી સરકારી નોકરી કરતા હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીના વાલીના આવકના દાખલાની સાથે આવક અંગેનુ ઇન્કમટેક્ષ માટેનું ફોર્મ-૧૬ અપલોડ કરવુ)

→ વિદ્યાર્થીએ ધોરણ ૧૦ તથા ત્યારબાદ કરેલ તમામ અભ્યાસક્રમની વર્ષ વાઇઝ ફાઇનલ વર્ષ સુધીની ક્રમાનુસાર માર્કશીટ

→ ધોરણ ૧૦ બાદ અભ્યાસક્રમમાં તુટ(બેક) પડેલ હોય તો તે સમય દરમ્યાન કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો અભ્યાસક્રમ કરેલ નથી કે કોઇપણ પ્રકારની શિષ્યવૃત્તિનો લાભ મેળવેલ નથી તે મતલબનું એકરારનામું

→ જે વિદ્યાર્થી હોસ્ટેલમાં રહેતા હોય તેઓએ હોસ્ટેલર તરીકેનું સર્ટીફીકેટ (જેનો નમુનો પોર્ટલ ઉપર ઉપલબ્ધ છે જે ડાઉનલોડ કરી સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારીશ્રીના સહી સિક્કા કરાવવાનાં રહેશે)

→ જો વિદ્યાર્થી દિવ્યાંગ હોય તો તે અંગેનું સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારીશ્રી દ્વારા ઇસ્યુ કરવામાં આવેલ પ્રમાણપત્ર

સક્ષમ અધિકારી દ્વારા ઇસ્યુ કરવામાં આવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીનો જાતિનો દાખલો

બેંક પાસબુકનું પ્રથમ પાનું જેમાં ખાતા નંબર, આઇએફએસસી કોડ (IFSC), બેંકની શાખા દર્શાવેલ હોય તે/ જો પાસબુક ન હોય તો Cancel ચેક જેમાં ખાતા નંબર, આઇએફએસસી કોડ (IFSC), બેંકની શાખા દર્શાવેલ હોય તે (જે બેંકો મર્જ થયેલ હોય તેવા કિસ્સામાં નવી બેંકના IFSC તથા નવા બેંક એકાઉન્ટ નંબર વાળી પાસબુક/ચેક)

વિદ્યાર્થીએ ભરેલ ફીની પહોંચ (વાર્ષિક) →

→ પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝનો ફોટો

→ વિદ્યાર્થીનીના પરિણિત કિસ્સામાં લગ્ન પ્રમાણપત્ર

→ આધારનંબર

→ જરૂર પડયે જિલ્લા અધિકારીશ્રી દ્વારા માંગવામાં આવતા અન્ય આનુષાંગિક પુરાવા

નોંધ: ૧. વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ખાસ જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે ફક્ત ઓરીજીનલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ SCAN કરી અપલોડ કરવા (જો કોઇ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ ઓરીજીનલ ઉપલબ્ધ ન થઇ શકે તેમ હોય તો જ નકલ અપલોડ કરવાની છુટ આપવામાં આવશે) ૨. ફોર્મ સંસ્થામાં જમા કરાવતી વખતે જે ડોક્યુમેન્ટ અપલોડ કરેલ હોય તેની સ્વપ્રમાણિત નકલ સહિત સંસ્થામાં ફોર્મ આપવુ.
