Bi-level TAT (Secondary) and TAT (Higher Secondary) examination of various subjects/medium has been conducted by the State Examination Board in the year-2023 for the recruitment of knowledge assistants on contractual basis in government and non-government aided secondary and higher secondary schools. Among them, the candidate who has passed the examination of the medium and subject will be able to apply for the same subject and medium. Also they should have acquired academic and professional qualification in the same subject. (Subject wise merit list is available on the portal.)
According to Education Department Resolution No.: BAMSH-1014-140-G (Pa.F.A.) dated 10/07/2023, the selection list for Gyan Sahachar Madhyamik will be based on the marks obtained in the Dual Level Teacher Aptitude Test Madhyamik (TAT-S) 2023 and the knowledge Bi-Level Teacher of Selection List Candidate for Assistant Higher Secondary

અરજી કરતા પૂર્વે નીચે મુજબની સૂચનાઓ ધ્યાને લેવાની રહેશે.
1) શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત અને વ્યાવસાયિક લાયકાત:-
સરકારી અને બિન સરકારી અનુદાનિત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં જ્ઞાન સહાયક કરાર આધારિત ભરતી માટે રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા વર્ષ-૨૦૨૩માં વિવિધ વિષયો/માધ્યમની દ્વિસ્તરીય TAT (માધ્યમિક) અને TAT (ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક) પરીક્ષા લેવામાં આવેલ છે. તે પૈકી જે ઉમેદવારે જે માધ્યમ અને વિષયની પરીક્ષા પાસ કરેલ હોય તે જ વિષય અને માધ્યમ માટે ઉમેદવારી નોંધાવી શકશે. તેમજ તે જ વિષયમાં તેઓએ શૈક્ષણિક અને વ્યાવસાયિક લાયકાત મેળવેલી હોવી જોઇશે. Aptitude Test Secondary (TAT-HS) 2023 will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained.
Candidate should possess minimum educational qualification and professional qualification for contractual appointment of Knowledge Assistant in Secondary and Higher Secondary in Government and Non-Government aided Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools. (Subject wise merit list is available on the portal.)
Candidates have to select the school from the list of vacancies in the same subject and medium in which they have passed the examination and give priority.
Candidates will be allotted schools on the basis of Merit cum Preference according to the subject and medium chosen by the school and given priority.
Candidates informed about school allotment on Merit cum Preference basis by SMS. will be done from
A provisional merit list will be prepared by the entire Shiksha. The candidates who will be included in this list will be informed about it by SMS. will be done from The document verification instructions for the candidates included in the merit list will be placed on the website. Candidates will have to undergo document verification within the stipulated period. (The proposed list of grounds to be attached with the application for document verification will be published on the Gyan Sahachar Recruitment website.) Candidates who do not undergo document verification will automatically have their candidature canceled and their name will be reduced from the merit list.

2) Higher Honorary Wages (Bhasik):-
A monthly fee of Rs.26,000/- plus honorarium will be available for Knowledge Assistant Higher Secondary (Contractual) in Government and Non-Government Aided Secondary Schools. Also, monthly fee of Rs.24,000/- higher honorarium will be available for Gyan Sahak Madhyamik (Contractual).
અભિરૂચિ કસોટી માધ્યમિક (TAT-HS) 2023 માં મેળવેલ ગુણના આધારે તૈયાર કરવામાં આવશે.
ઉમેદવાર સરકારી અને બિનસરકારી અનુદાનિત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળામાં જ્ઞાન સહાયકની માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક માટે કરાર આધારિત નિમણૂક માટેની ન્યુનત્તમ શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત અને વ્યવસાયિક લાયકાત ધરાવતો હોવો જોઇએ. (પોર્ટલ પર વિષય મુજબ લાયકાતની યાદી ઉપલબ્ધ કરેલ છે.)
ઉમેદવારોએ જે વિષય અને માધ્યમની પરીક્ષા પાસ કરેલ હોય તે જ વિષય અને માધ્યમની ખાલી જગ્યાઓની યાદીમાંથી શાળાની પસંદગી કરી અને અગ્રીમતાક્રમ આપવાનો રહેશે.
ઉમેદવારોએ જે વિષય અને માધ્યમની શાળાની પસંદગી કરી અને અગ્રીમતાક્રમ આપેલ હશે તે મુજબ Merit cum Preference ના ધોરણે શાળા ફાળવણી કરવામાં આવશે.
ઉમેદવારોને Merit cum Preference ના ધોરણે શાળા ફાળવણી અંગેની જાણ એસ.એમ.એસ. થી કરવામાં આવશે.
સમગ્ર શિક્ષા દ્વારા કામચલાઉ મેરીટ યાદી તૈયાર કરવામાં આવશે. આ યાદીમાં જે ઉમેદવારોનો સમાવેશ થશે તેઓને તે અંગેની જાણ એસ.એમ.એસ. થી કરવામાં આવશે. મેરીટ યાદીમાં સમાવેશ થયેલ ઉમેદવાર માટે ડોક્યુમેન્ટ વેરીફીકેશન અંગેની સુચના વેબસાઈટ પર મુકવામાં આવશે. નિશ્ચિત કરવામાં આવેલ સમયગાળામાં ઉમેદવારોએ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ વેરીફીકેશન ફરજીયાત કરાવવાનું રહેશે. 2) ઉચ્ચક માનદ વેતન (ભાસિક):-
સરકારી અને બિન સરકારી અનુદાનિત માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં જ્ઞાન સહાયક ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક (કરાર આધારિત) માટે માસિક ફીકસ રૂા.૨૬,૦૦૦/- ઉચ્ચક માનદ વેતન મળવાપાત્ર થશે. તેમજ જ્ઞાન સહાયક માધ્યમિક (કરાર આધારિત) માટે માસિક ફીકસ રૂા.૨૪,૦૦૦/- ઉચ્ચક માનદ વેતન મળવાપાત્ર થશે.
3) Age Limit:-
The maximum age limit of the candidate (as on the date of application) will be 42 years for Gyan Sahak Higher Secondary (Contractual) and 40 years for Gyan Sahak Madhyamik (Contractual).
4) Vacancies to be filled:-
The details of district-wise, school-wise and subject-wise vacancies in government and non-government aided secondary and higher secondary schools in that district will be displayed on the website.
Any positions mentioned in the above advertisement are subject to change. The decision of the Government regarding cancellation of any vacancy shall be final.
5) Duration of Contract
The contract for the operation of Gyan Sahachar Madhyamik and Higher Madhyamik will be for 11 months. On completion of the contract period of 11 months, the contract will automatically be considered cancelled.
6) Important Tips for Online Filling of Application Form:-

ઉમેદાવારની મહત્તમ વયમર્યાદા (અરજીની તારીખે) જ્ઞાન સહાયક ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક (કરાર આધારિત) ૪૨ વર્ષ અને જ્ઞાન સહાયક માધ્યમિક (કરાર આધારિત) માટે ૪૦ વર્ષ રહેશે.
4) ભરવાપાત્ર જગ્યાઓ:-
જે તે જિલ્લામાં સરકારી અને બિન સરકારી અનુદાનિત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં જિલ્લાવાર, શાળાવાર અને વિષયવાર ભરવાપાત્ર જગ્યાઓની વિગતો વેબસાઈટ પર દર્શાવવામાં આવશે.
સદર જાહેરાતમાં દર્શાવેલ પૈકી કોઈપણ જગ્યાઓ ફેરફારને આધીન છે. કોઈપણ ખાલી જગ્યા રદ કરવા અંગેનો સરકારશ્રીનો નિર્ણય આખરી રહેશે.
5) કરારનો સમયગાળો
જ્ઞાન સહાયક માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક ની કામગીરીનો કરાર ૧૧ માસ સુધીનો રહેશે. ૧૧ માસનો કરારનો સમય પૂર્ણ થતાં કરાર આપોઆપ રદ થયેલ ગણાશે.

3. ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવામાં ઉમેદવાર પોતે ભુલ કરશે તો તેવી અરજી ઉપર કોઇ વિચારણા કરવામાં આવશે નહી જેથી સંપર્ણ કાળજીપૂર્વક ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરનારની રહેશે.

9. સરકારી અને બિનસરકારી અનુદાનિત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં જ્ઞાન સહાયક (કરાર આધારિત) ભરતી સંબંધે તમામ સુચનાઓ/વિગતો વખતોવખત વેબસાઇટ પરથી જોવા મળી શકશે. ઉમેદવારોએ નિયમિત રીતે વેબસાઇટની ચકાસણી કરવાની રહેશે. વેબસાઇટ પર મુકેલ કોઇપણ સુચના/વિગતથી અવગત ન થનાર ઉમેદવારો ભરતીના કોઇપણ તબક્કે સામેલ ન થઈ શકે તો આ અંગે ઉમેદવારની અંગત જવાબદારી રહેશે. આ અંગે કોઇ લેખિત કે મૌખિક રજુઆત ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહીં.

In order not to cause injustice to the candidate, the following has been decided regarding total marks and marks obtained.
►Candidates must indicate the total marks and marks obtained in their marksheet in the online application form, if the total marks and marks obtained are not given in the qualifying marksheet and only CGPA/CPI/GRADE is given, the candidates have to select the details shown in their marksheet.
E.g. If CGPA is indicated in the mark sheet of a candidate, the details of total and obtained CGPA must be indicated.
11. Certificate in Computer Knowledge
According to the resolution dated 13/08/08 of the General Administration Department, the certificate regarding the basic knowledge of computer has to be submitted.
12. The details filled by the candidate in the online application form will be considered final for the entire recruitment process and the proofs thereof will have to be submitted in original when asked for at that stage of recruitment. The appointment of candidates who fail to appear will be canceled at that stage.
13. Candidates who are employed or have served as Knowledge Assistants will have to submit a satisfactory performance certificate regarding the work performed by them.
14. If the candidate has to move to another school as a knowledge assistant in the school in which the candidate is currently working as a knowledge assistant, the contract termination letter from the current school must be submitted at the time of document verification.
15. If any candidate submits forged documents or documents are submitted by tampering, legal action will be taken against him as per rules and criminal offense will also be filed if necessary.
ઉમેદવારને અન્યાય ન થાય તેવા હેતુથી કુલ ગુણ અને મેળવેલ ગુણ બાબતે નીચે મુજબનો નિર્ણય કરેલ છે.
►ઉમેદવારોએ ઓનલાઇન અરજી ફોર્મમાં તેઓની માર્કશીટમાં આપેલ કુલ ગુણ અને મેળવેલ ગુણજ દર્શાવવા, જો લાયકાતની માર્કશીટમાં કુલ ગુણ તથા મેળવેલ ગુણ આપેલ ન હોય અને ફક્ત CGPA/CPI/GRADE આપેલ હોય તેવા ઉમેદવારોએ પોતાની માર્કશીટમાં દર્શાવેલ વિગત પસંદ કરી ભરવાની રહેશે.
દા.ત. કોઈ ઉમેદવારની માર્કશીટમાં CGPA દર્શાવેલ છે તો કુલ અને મેળવેલ CGPA ની વિગતો દર્શાવવાની રહેશે.
11. કમ્પ્યુટર જાણકારી અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર
સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તા.૧૩/૦૮/૦૮ના ઠરાવ મુજબ કમ્પ્યુટરની બેઝિક જાણકારી અંગેનુ પ્રમાણપત્ર રજુ કરવાનું રહેશે.
12. ઉમેદવારે ઓનલાઇન અરજીપત્રકમાં ભરેલ વિગતો સમગ્ર ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા માટે આખરી ગણવામાં આવશે અને તેના પુરાવાઓ ભરતીના જે તે તબક્કે માંગવામાં આવે ત્યારે અસલમાં રજુ કરવાના રહેશે. રજૂ ન કરી શકનાર ઉમેદવારોની નિમણૂક જે તે તબક્કે રદ કરવામાં આવશે.
13. જે ઉમેદવાર જ્ઞાન સહાયક તરીકે કાર્યરત છે અથવા ફરજ બજાવેલ છે તે ઉમેદવારોએ પોતે બજાવેલ કામગીરી અંગે સંતોષકારક કામગીરી બાબતનું પ્રમાણપત્ર રજુ કરવાનું રહેશે.
14. જો ઉમેદવાર જ્ઞાન સહાયક તરીકે હાલ જે શાળામાં કાર્યરત છે તે ઉમેદવારને અન્ય શાળામાં જ્ઞાન સહાયક તરીકે જવાનું થાય છે તે કિસ્સામાં ડોક્યુમેન્ટ વેરીફીકેશન સમયે હાલની શાળામાંથી કરાર સમાપ્તિનો પત્ર રજુ કરવાનો રહેશે.
15. કોઈ ઉમેદવાર બનાવટી દસ્તાવેજો રજુ કરશે કે દસ્તાવેજો સાથે ચેડાં કરીને રજુ કરવામાં આવશે તો તેમની સામે નિયમોનુસાર કાયદાકીય કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે અને જરૂર જણાયે ફોજદારી ગુનો પણ દાખલ કરવામાં આવશે.

Candidates who provide wrong information while applying online will be disqualified. In the matter of application for recruitment of Contractual Knowledge Assistant in Government and Non-Government aided Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools, the candidate has to furnish the educational qualification and all the requested information correctly. If the information provided by the candidate is found to be false, incomplete or misleading, then the candidate will be disqualified at any stage of future recruitment and service and no application/referral will be entertained in this regard.

Due to this, if the candidate is not selected, it will be the full responsibility of the candidate. If the information is incorrect, incomplete, erroneous, then the application will be considered cancelled. and such candidate shall be disqualified from candidature for five years in future.

The applicant has entered his e-mail I.D. And mobile number has to be provided compulsorily and time-to-time of the recruitment process will be informed to the applicant through SMS. And in this regard the applicant has to verify the SMS.

The applicant should take a printout of the filled form and sign each page. And should be presented when required.
20. Candidates possessing a certificate of qualification obtained through a regular course from a University outside the State shall be eligible for appointment only after verification of the original certificates by the District Education Officer as per rules before making the appointment. If the qualification certificate is fake, it will be punishable as per the rules.

The decision of the Government regarding this entire recruitment process will be final.

જે ઉમેદવાર ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરતી વખતે ખોટી માહિતી આપશે તેમને ગેરલાયક ઠરાવવામાં આવશે. સરકારી અને બિનસરકારી અનુદાનિત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં કરાર આધારિત જ્ઞાન સહાયક અંગેની ભરતીની અરજી બાબતોમાં ઉમેદવારે શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત અને માંગેલ તમામ માહિતી સાચી આપવાની રહેશે. જો ઉમેદવારે આપેલ માહિતી ખોટી, અધૂરી અથવા ભુલભરેલી ઠરશે તો ભવિષ્યમાં ભરતી અને સેવાના કોઈ પણ તબક્કે ગેરલાયક ઠેરવવામાં આવશે અને આ અંગે કોઈપણ પ્રકારની અરજી/રજુઆત સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહીં.
સાચી માહિતી આપવાની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી ઉમેદવારની રહેશે અને કોઈપણ
સંજોગોના કારણે કોઈપણ સંજોગોમાં આપેલ માહિતી ખોટી, અધૂરી કે ભૂલભરેલી હશે

તેના કારણે ઉમેદવારની પસંદગી ન થાય તો તેની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી ઉમેદવારની રહેશે. જો માહિતી ખોટી, અધૂરી, ભુલભરેલી હશે તો અરજી રદ થયેલી ગણાશે. અને આવા ઉમેદવારને ભવિષ્યમાં પાંચ વર્ષ માટે ઉમેદવારી માટે ગેરલાયક ઠરાવવામાં આવશે.

અરજદારે પોતાનું ઈ-મેઈલ આઈ.ડી. અને મોબાઇલ નંબર ફરજીયાત આપવાના રહેશે અને ભરતી અંગેની પ્રક્રિયાની વખતો-વખતની જાણ અરજદારને એસ.એમ.એસ.થી કરવામાં આવશે. અને આ બાબતે અરજદારે એસ.એમ.એસ.ની ચકાસણી કરવાની રહેશે.

અરજદારે જે ફોર્મ ભરેલ છે તેની પ્રિન્ટ લઈ, તેના દરેક પાનાં પર સહી કરવાની રહેશે. અને જ્યારે જરૂર પડે ત્યારે રજુ કરવાની રહેશે.

જે ઉમેદવાર રાજય બહારની યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી નિયમિત અભ્યાસક્રમ દ્વારા મેળવેલ લાયકાતના પ્રમાણપત્ર ધરાવતાં હશે તેઓને નિમણૂક આપતાં પહેલાં અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રોની ખરાઇ જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રીએ નિયમોનુસાર કર્યા પછી જ નિમણૂક માટે પાત્ર ઠરશે. જો લાયકાતના પ્રમાણપત્ર બનાવટી હશે તો નિયમોનુસાર શિક્ષાને પાત્ર ઠરશે.
21.
આ સમગ્ર ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા બાબતે સરકારશ્રીનો નિર્ણય આખરી ગણાશે.
